A Class 4 / Class IV laser of at least 10,000mw is just the right enough of bad for a Flock camera, but a 50,000mw/520nm laser is so much worse since it acts very quickly in burning out the pixels and lens hardware and we certainly don't want that.
Lasers below this 10,000mw power range might work, but it will take longer to damage the camera. He mentions a 1,000mw laser, but those need to be shined into the lens for a little while to disable them (something you should not be doing anyway).

You would never want to point this 50,000mw/520nm laser at a Flock camera since it will destroy it quite fast. You would also never want to point this in your eyes because it would do the same.
They sell anti-laser glasses on amazon and it would probably be wise to get a pair to wear whenever you use such a powerful laser as a safety precaution. The Green and Black versions offer the most protection for your eyes.

far more powerful and not a rip off. on sale there for 60% off normal price. is usually $250.
the one i link to is way more powerful then ebay green 520nm lasers i see, 6x to 16.7x more powerful. way cheaper then lasers they have at a fraction of the power. i doubt the battery lasts long, but you arent buying it for longevity to do a laser light show, you want a laser that dumps power on target. so battery life isnt a biggie.
