The judge let 2 Muslim Somalian Illegal aliens go free, dismissed their cases
even though they have all the evidence they raped an underage girl who
ran away from foster care, starved and raped her for days. She dropped all charges, because the victim left the state over online harassment from the Somali pedo community.
The judge dismissed the case and one of the rapist pedos was the one in the court case.

2022 Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges
He
faced felony charges of third-degree criminal sexual conduct
(penetration of a person under 18 using coercion) and fifth-degree
criminal sexual conduct (nonconsensual penetration), stemming from an
alleged incident on or about January 20, 2022.
The
allegations involved a 16-year-old girl who reported being sexually
assaulted multiple times over about two days (after being offered a
place to stay) by Omar and Mohamed Hussein Omer at a Rochester trailer
home; Omar was identified in a photo lineup per reports. He was arrested
in February 2022 and pleaded not guilty in August 2022.
Outcome:
The Olmsted County Attorney’s Office dismissed the charges against both
men on March 14, 2025, “in the interest of justice” (court file
references include 55-CR-22-817).
