Non-violent J6er gets 22 years. Illegal who killed 3 Americans gets 5…
July 15, 2026
Three people are dead because a semitruck (that should’ve never been on the road) barreled into slow-moving traffic without ever hitting the brakes. The driver was an illegal Indian who can’t speak or read English. He pleaded guilty to three felony counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence.
And his sentence was only four measly years and eight absurd months. Those people are dead, never to be again. He'll be out in 18 months, early parole.
The details of the Cali crash make this piddly, insulting sentence even harder to stomach.
A 21-year-old Indian national who federal authorities said was in the U.S. illegally was sentenced Tuesday to four years and eight months in prison for causing a fiery Southern California crash that killed three people last year.
Jashanpreet Singh pleaded guilty to three felony counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence stemming from the October 2025 crash, according to NBC Los Angeles.
Authorities said Singh was driving a semitruck that plowed into slow-moving traffic on Interstate 10 in San Bernardino County, killing three people and injuring several others.
Fox News Digital previously reported that Singh is an illegal immigrant from India who crossed the southern border in 2022 and was released into the United States by the Biden administration.
According to federal sources, Singh was first encountered by Border Patrol agents in California’s El Centro Sector in March 2022 and released pending an immigration hearing.
The crash, which was captured on dashcam video, showed Singh never applying the brakes before slamming into traffic, according to investigators.
That ridiculously low sentencing number is now igniting a firestorm on the internet. Americans are livid beyond belief because we clearly have a biased injustice system.
Also, they have another number burned into their memory: 22 years.
That was the sentence handed to Enrique Tarrio over January 6, even though he wasn’t even at the Capitol when the breach occurred and wasn’t accused of personally killing or injuring a single person that day.
But he got 22 years…
And the illegal who killed three people got 5…
Nobody can make those numbers jive.
A federal court convicted Tarrio of seditious conspiracy and other charges connected to his so-called “leadership role.” Thankfully, President Trump pardoned him, but the bone-chilling comparison still lands with a gigantic thud.
Enrique Tarrio (American)
> Crime: January 6th protest
> Sentence: 22 years in prisonJashanpreet Singh (illegal)
> Crime: Killing 3 Americans
> Sentence: 4 years, 8 months
Three people were killed in a totally preventable highway inferno, and the illegal who pleaded guilty received less than five years. Tarrio received nearly a quarter of a century for a non-violent offense, and he’s an American citizen.
This is Judge Katrina West. She’s the one who sentenced the illegal to less than 5 years for killing three innocent people.
Here’s what people online are saying:
“The judge should get prison time, too.”
“”Progressive” politicians hate patriotic Americans.”
“Not sure what we do about this, but fellas, we gotta do something”
“At this point, we don’t have a justice system.”
“I vividly remember as a 16 year old leaning that vehicular manslaughter was a 20 year sentence from my drivers ed classes. I guess that only applies to White people.”
“They bring them here to kill you, then try to lock you up for decades if you speak up about it.”
“I think murderers should get put away for life”
“There is evil in our “justice” system.”
Lawyers can argue statutes, sentencing guidelines, and jurisdiction until everyone in Washington is blue in the face. But what they can’t explain away is how this looks to everyday Americans.
For our justice system to survive, it needs public trust. Wildly different outcomes like these aren’t how we get there. They’re exactly why so many Americans believe this country now operates under two sets of rules: the crushing hand of the law for political dissenters, and mercy, compassion, and leniency for everyone else. Especially illegals.
The courts and media can cite every statute in the book, but until the punishment makes sense to ordinary Americans, the words “equal justice under law” will keep sounding like a bunch of useless hooey.
