Texas attacks 1st Amendment passes “HB 366.” criminalizing parodies
When the FBI kicks in your door for a parody that reveals the truth, then know that truth is under attack and anyone whom stands for truth. Thugs with guns whom kill are set free, over and over again, but the truth teller is what they will gear up for.
Something deeply concerning is happening in Texas.
The state that once symbolized rustic, cowboy independence and unapologetic free speech is now on the verge of criminalizing memes. Yes, political memes could land you in jail for a year, thanks to the GOP-run Texas House.
They recently passed a dystopian bill called “HB 366.” It was introduced by Republican Rep. Dade Phelan, and it would criminalize certain political memes and altered media. Sounds like the UK, right? Well, under this law, if a piece of parody content doesn’t have the “government-issued disclaimer,” the person who shared it could face up to one year in jail. The supposed reason for this bill is to prevent election misinformation, but the language is so broad that it leaves the door wide open for abuse, which is probably the entire point.
The bill targets any altered video or image that makes it look like a politician said or did something they didn’t actually say or do. But that’s exactly what political memes are: commentary through parody or exaggeration.

The language is so very broad in this thing. It's not just
- the making of a meme, but also
- copying it
- sharing it
- liking it
- linking to it
They can really round up quite a large gathering of any...say...white people they want removed and vector in for targeting by simple voting clicks. Of course, jewbies (who wrote the law) are exempt, as are all lgbtqphuko groups and illegal aliens of any kind.
This is about crushing dissent, as they do in Great Britain. the gay and lesbian police force in the UK are using their same exact passed law to arrest hundreds of white people, while rape gangs and killers are set free with no trial or little time served.
And now it's my turn.
