Ukraine just went full global reset
So Ukraine has just unveiled that they are now the first fully #digital country, combining over 9 forms of ID with one app, called “DIIA.”

Mobile application Diia 2.0 allows Ukrainians to access 9 digital documents (ID card, foreign biometric passport, student card, driver’s license, vehicle registration certificate, vehicle insurance policy, tax number, birth certificate, IDP certificate) and 12 services in total.
Just recently, Ukraine has become the first country with a digital ID that is valid and can be used everywhere within the country and the fourth in Europe to launch a digital driving licence. All digital documents in Diia now have the same legal force as their plastic or paper counterparts. Using the Diia app, Ukrainians can also share digital copies of the documents, and pay debts or fines.
Well, Okay then.
Next, expect an opposition and gradual adoption in the EU, and the UK, but my gander is that the UK will get it before the EU has accepted it, except in limited form.
As in there will be countries that vehemently oppose it, and are sanctioned and restricted to all get out.
