I've experienced this all my life, and everywhere. It's just that since the Great awakening, normies are finally noticing it.

If it is wet, on any outside surface, its REAL FOG.
If any surface, like a car window or paint or chair is DRY, its chemfog, which is what I've always called it, since 1998.
It happens all the time, usually not all at once, like this time. And its full of soft metals and now GRAPHENE OXIDE.
