In car surveillance has been around since they integrated cell phone linking with onboard hands free car phone tech, about 1998. They are just making it law, instead of doing it behind our backs. You should know - especially those of you in the truth and freedom class - that any car you sit in, is ALWAYS SPYING ON YOU. Why do you think those big shark fin antennas are on the roof? Even if you don't use onboard gps, it's always talking to cell towers and linking back to FBI, CIA, local police.
FYI...
Via MassPrivateI blog,
A new Senate bill would create a real-time national driver surveillance program that would allow law enforcement to know anything and everything about a driver at the click of a button.
A recent article in WCVB Channel 5 revealed that the “Safe Drivers Act” is designed for one purpose and that is to share everything a motorist has ever done with law enforcement nationwide.
Outside the Danvers branch of the Registry of Motor Vehicles on
Tuesday, Congressman Seth Moulton publicly announced legislation he’s
filed in hopes of making it easier for traffic safety officials to share
information about drivers across state lines.
How Moulton plans to make it easier to share drivers’ personal
information with law enforcement across the country is frightening.
The ultimate goal of the bill is to help lead to the creation
of a national, real-time data sharing program, Moulton’s office said.
Apparently, knowing a driver’s Social Security Number, address, date of birth, checking their driving record and running their name against a national criminal database is not enough. There are few places in America that do not use Automatic License Plate Readers to track our every movement and even that does not appear to be enough for Big Brother’s insatiable desire to know everything about everyone. The Salem Newsrevealed that the bill would “incentivize states” into creating a national real-time driver sharing program.
Moulton said, “the goal is to incentivize states to modernize their
systems and work together to make sure their databases are compatible to
improve communication on dangerous drivers.” WCVB Channel 5explains how the U.S. DOT would offer states more than $50 million to help create a national real-time data sharing program.
Moulton’s bill would also create a $50 million competitive grant
program that would allow states to bid for additional grant money and
would enable the U.S. Department of Transportation to connect states
that have similar modernization needs.
One has to ask, why would states need bribes grant money to help create a national driver surveillance program?
According to The Salem News, this bill would also give law enforcement, real-time alerts of every driver.
Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has also called for the creation
of a nationwide system to alert states when one of their drivers incurs
a violation that could trigger a suspension in another jurisdiction.
Will Amber Alerts become a thing of the past? Because this bill would give law enforcement real-time alerts about every driver.
I wonder if they will be called Bad Driver alerts?
THE SAFE DRIVERS ACT IS A PRIVACY NIGHTMARE
H.R. 4531 would also give law enforcement access to videos of accidents a driver was involved in and much more.
Developing or acquiring programs to identify, collect, and report
data to State and local government agencies, and enter data, including
crash, citation or adjudication, driver, emergency medical services or
injury surveillance system, roadway, and vehicle, into the core highway
safety databases of a State.
Collecting and storing court judgments of any auto accident a
motorist has been involved in will give law enforcement unprecedented
access to a motorist’s driving records.
It would link core highway safety databases of a State with
such databases of other States or with other data systems within the
State, including systems that contain medical, roadway, and economic
data.
Calling this a national, real-time data sharing program really
doesn’t do it justice. It should be renamed and called a real-time
national driver surveillance program. You can bet that this bill will be modified to monitor
motorists in ways that we haven’t dreamed of yet, making the “Safe
Drivers Act” even more of a privacy nightmare.
By storing and tracking everything a motorist has ever been involved
in, we are turning every driver into a suspected criminal, and that
scares the you-know-what out of me. Americans do not need or want another national surveillance
program. We already have a national ID program called Real-ID, which
gives law enforcement an unprecedented look into everyone’s personal
lives.
I have been telling anyone that listens that modern cars, since 2001, have built in GPS and audio surveillance BUILT IN to the system that cannot be disabled. They are always on, always report, and you cannot run these cars unless the system is working. They are designed NOT to be disabled without disabling the car, truck, or SUV. Of course, I get the patronizing smirk. The laugh; the gossip behind my back. My normal of course. If the battery is connected, it is always phoning home through the cellular network. I have scanned many cars with bug detection equipment and they all came up hot. Only when the battery was unhooked, did the signals die down. Now, for some proof. Again... DB PS If you want to stop all that. SHUT UP while driving, when talking about things that matter or get one of these. Remember, every time you sit in your or any car, imagine yourself being placed in a chair in a police interrogation room. For that is exactly what is happening, while you go merrily down the lane. They know everything about you, and you TOLD THEM. https://www.perfectjammer.com/gps-blockers-jammers.html
Mercedes has admitted to spying on drivers with covert tracking devices.
Since 2001, even if you don't use or have GPS for the driver, the GPS is installed anyways. What do you think that shark fin on the roof is for? And that microphone by your head near the rear view mirror? Direct link to Cellular, than clowns, jokers, and toilet boys (police)
The company says are activated in "the instant any door is opened," or when finance customers have defaulted on payments (oh, so you work for the banks, do you? bullshit cover story DB ) - however the car company has also admitted to sharing data with third-party bailiffs and recovery firms for the purposes of repossession, according to The Sun. It is unclear whether Mercedes only drops the dime on their European customers or if it's a worldwide phenomenon.(dropping the dime to anyone who drives the damn thing, regardless of locale. That's the point. DB) Former UK Cabinet minister David Davis has called for an
investigation, saying "This is not the first time big business has
behaved like Big Brother — but it’s rare to be quite as deceitful as
this."
Ex-Cabinet minister David Davis called out Mercedes for 'behaving like Big Brother'Credit: Reuters"I have to question whether it is even legal to pass on information to other people such as bailiffs," he said, adding "I would think the relevant minister ought to look very closely at the legality of this procedure." The revelation has caught the attention of human rights organization
Liberty, which says Mercedes' actions were a disturping part of the
"creeping growth of surveillance."
Legal experts also raised concerns. Stefano Ruis, civil law partner
at Hickman & Rose solicitors, said: “This appears to be another
worrying development in the way companies handle what should be private,
personal data. “Modern technology means our ability to keep personal information private is under threat like never before. “Organisations that handle personal data need to be completely upfront about what they are doing.
That Mercedes appear not to have been so in this case is concerning.
Its customers may start to worry about what other personal information
the company may be gathering, then passing on.” -The Sun
BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover have all stated that they do similarly track their customer's vehicles. Mercedes, which dominates the UK car leasing market (80% are on
finance plans), have buried concent to the secret trackers in their
lengthy terms and conditions, avoiding tracking drivers illegally under
EU data protection laws. According to the report, the secret sensor
technology is not related to their anti-theft Tracker devices or the
online Mercedes Me service sold as an add-on by dealers.
Not just Mercedes, though they were the first. It's all car brands NOW.
"If Mercedes wishes to install this privacy-surrendering tech in
their cars, that’s fine. But surely they have a duty to explicitly tell
their customers beforehand — and not hide it away in their terms and
conditions," said MP Andrew Bridgen. (It's not fine, you bastard. Spying for the government and satanic network is NEVER FINE. DB) "It’s a shocking revelation and definitely gives a creepy uneasy
feeling knowing somebody, somewhere can track me down at the touch of a
button," adds Karl Edwards, 30, from Portsmouth - who was shocked after
learning about a tracking device on his C200 AMG. Mercedes has responded, saying "When a customer chooses to
finance the purchase of their car this way they sign a contract and
agree to the location sensors in the car being activated in the event
that they default or breach their agreement. This clause in the finance contract is in bold print, just above the customer’s signature." "Locating the car is part of the repossession process and is not
permanently tracking customers," the company added. "It is only
activated in exceptional circumstances where the customer has breached
their finance agreement and repeatedly failed to reply to requests to
contact us." They can be remotely hacked and driven into palm trees. Many whistle blowers and NWO researchers have been killed in this fashion, since cars went completely digital in their systems. Tesla's are the worst and being kill boxes, as so very many have found out. FROM THE INTERNET

I'm
a car-guy and have lots of car-guy friends. I'm sure current data
telemetry systems are more sophisticated and difficult to thwart than
systems of just a few years back, but I have a story; A car-guy friend purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS-v new. He was
reluctant to activate the Onstar system because he was suspicious of the
tracking capabilities. The selling dealer eventually insisted he
activate Onstar. His conversation with the Onstar operator did not
please him. His next call was to me;"Research and tell me how to
completely remove Onstar from this car". Turns out the Cad's Onstar hardware is identical to Corvette.
Corvette owners are sensitive to things like location, speed, lateral
acceleration etc being transmitted from their cars. It didn't take long
to find posts on Corvette Forums telling how to remove the 4 plugs,
jumper the data pair on J4, and you're done. No more data telemetry. I
passed the info on to my buddy. A few years later I was in his facility on other business. The CTS-v
was sitting there. I asked him "Hey, did you ever do anything with the
Onstar in the Cad?" He pointed to a shelf and said "see that box, that's
it. You were exactly right. It took less than 20 minutes". But it gets better: He said "A few weeks after I took it out, I got a call from Onstar (CIA NSA)" "Mr. XXXX, this is the Onstar operator. We have lost communication
with your car. We would like to schedule an appointment to get it in to a
dealer to diagnose the problem". Mr. XXXX "That won't be necessary. I recently performed some
electrical work on the car. This call confirms that I was successful
with my desired result. Good by". Not everyone is compliant with The Man. At least as recently as model
year 2012, this Onstar crap could be completely removed from a GM
vehicle. ------------ Those commercials that the insurance companies are running kill my
soul. How can anyone with any reasonable understanding of technology
and what the techies are doing about a database for everything including
everyone not cringe when they see them. For some reason that is the
very height of government/business intervention into your personal life.
You have to know that ALL of that date will be kept FOREVER. Nothing
could be more intrusive into your personal life that that crap. -----------
It all went to hell after 9/11/2001. I have a good ole 2000 Chevy Silverado 4X4. I refuse to buy any vehicle made after 2001. (precisely, DB)

Lexus Customer Relations ref: CASE1183608 Hello Mr xxxx Thanks for your enquiry regarding e-Call. I'm sorry that this new safety system has put you off purchasing a Lexus. I'm afraid you can't disable it. It's a legal requirement on all new cars. Kind regards Jenny Shipley Customer Relations Case Manager Toyota (GB) PLC - Lexus Division Distributor of vehicles, parts and accessories for the UK ------------
Every auto produced after 2006 MUST have remote kill switch technology installed.
EVERY one. GPS is just a given.
(It's actually 2001. This bs about cops having to chase you down, is to keep that fact mostly a secret. Imagine all those news videos of cars speeding away, the cops puts your license plate number into his touch screen and the car turns off slowing to a halt? Then everyone would know, and the big deal cottage industry would be tech guys teaching online how to kill the system. DB) -------
