Tesla blew through a stop sign in South Florida, killing woman

A woman is dead after a Tesla blew through a stop sign in South Florida last week, according to the Miami Herald. The crash happened at 9:30 PM on a narrow two lane highway that leads from Florida City to Key Largo. The accident also seriously injured a man standing next to the woman who died, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

22-year-old Benavides Leon Naibel died after the impact of the crash threw her about 20 feet into the woods at the intersection. 27-year-old Angulo Dillion, who was with her, is in serious condition.

Driver, unable to stop or control his Tesla, obviously didn't see my Tesla Instructional Video 42.

It's obvious that the Tesla AI is determining the Social Credit Score of its owners, and if it dips too low-or the CIA and or NSA deem the person "a danger to the NWO satanic network" - has disabled the driver's ability to do anything other than watch his own termination unfold, ala Michael Hastings.

Fund Manager Explains "Why I Canceled My Tesla Model 3 Order"

Authored by Michael Shedlock via MishTalk,
Take a gander at the Model 3 shopping experience. If you still like Tesla, as a company, you are delusional or you are a satanic network shill who is helping to push the slavery of this world with Agenda 21 programming. You are the enemy of Christ and the people around you. But you soy-boys who hate decency and kindness to all know that already don't you. I know...why don't you go beat up on some defenseless minor children or virtue signal with a pussy hat, like you usually do.
The reason there are NO TESLA CARS AT ANY DEALERSHIP is because they do not produce the car in volume numbers that Musk says they do. He lies. I put up a video PROVING that no cars are being produced at the Tent facility in Fremont Calif. NONE. If they were making 5000 cars a week of each model, there would plenty around to test drive and people would NOT STILL BE WAITING THREE YEARS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE CAR THEY ALREADY PAID FOR.
Fund manager Vitaliy Katsenelson explains Why I Canceled My Model 3 Order.
I put a $1,000 deposit on a Tesla Model 3 the day it was announced. At the time I thought of the Model 3 as a smaller, cheaper version of the Model S. So a few days ago I stopped by a Tesla store to check out the Model 3. I was at the store not as an investor evaluating Tesla’s latest product but as a buyer, ready to buy. Little did I know...
The shopping experience ended up being quite odd. Tesla’s Denver store did not have a Model 3 in the showroom or available for a test drive. I was told they will not get one for several months - the Model 3 is infamously behind schedule, like by THREE FUCKING YEARS. But still, Tesla claims they are producing thousands of cars: Why not send 100 to their stores so people can see and drive before they buy? Might it be because that thousands of cars a week is a complete load of bullshit? I smell a rat!
I thought it was also odd that when I asked a salesman to show me pictures of the Model 3, he did a Google search. A FUCKING GOOGLE SEARCH. He did not even have pictures of the car on Tesla’s internal site (the one he used to show me pricing options). Tesla’s external site also doesn’t have photos of the Model 3, just a few videos.
Also, at $35,000, the basic Model 3 is truly basic. If you want a semi-decent car with leather seats and safety sensors, the price quickly jumps to $55,000 (all-wheel drive won’t be available until late 2018). If you order a Model 3 today, there is a chance you may get tax credits (which could be as high as $12,000 between federal and state), but this completely depends on Tesla’s production schedule, which so far has been disappointing. If your car is delivered after June, the tax credits rapidly decline and then disappear. The real price of the model 3 penciled out to over 90,000.00 FUCKING DOLLARS, for a car I have to wait three years to get.
...
As I was contemplating writing a check for $55,000, the Model 3 started to feel less and less appealing. I started thinking about a three-year-old Model S instead (plus, I’d get to use Tesla superchargers for free). Or maybe I should wait for electric cars from other automakers.
I share this experience because I’m probably not the only one thinking this way. As the dollar meets the road and a lot of Model 3 depositors visit Tesla showrooms, they will likely have similar second thoughts.

Beyond unconscious

It is truly unconscious for a dealer to not have a car on display for people to see. But they do not really produce but a few cars and then, only the most expensive ones. That's how it is.
Tesla goes beyond unconscious to not even having images. Dealers have to go online and get pictures from the public to show people. Hell, I could have done that at home. What a fucking waste of time and money. I want my money back.
That said, until sentiment collapses, it is very tough to short story stocks. One can easily get blown out of the water.

Krispy Kreme Comparison

Does anyone remember Krispy Kreme Donuts? People were shorting the stock at $10. It rose to nearly $50.

Story Stocks

Story stocks are very difficult to time correctly.
Following a meteoric rise, Krispy Kreme fell to one dollar. The article I linked to said it was undervalued at $18.39. That was in 2014.
On May 9, 2016, Krispy Kreme was sold for $21 a share in cash, or roughly 25% more than the doughnut chain's closing price .
There was plenty of money to be made, long or short. But I ask: How many did?
Moreover, there was far more money to be had by being patient and buying at $1, $2, or even $5 between 2008 and 2010 than being short.
Someone taunted me the other day: "How's your Tesla short going?"
I am not short, but those kind of taunts and this kind of news suggests it may be a good idea.

Tesla is not a car – it’s a “Cause of Death”

In a report that should provide further grist for the increasingly vocal Tesla bears, Recode reported that nearly a quarter of reservations for the Tesla Model 3 have been refunded, citing data compiled by data firm Second Measure, which analyzed billions of dollars of anonymous credit- and debit-card purchases.
The two notable observations from the report are the i) deposit refunds soared in recent weeks as Musk announced further Model 3 delays and ii) as of April's end, Tesla has been paying out refunds faster than new Model 3 deposits have been coming in, meaning that the deposits the company had collected to date, i.e. working capital which until recently had served as a source of cash has turned into a drain on Tesla's declining cash hoard.

Because people are waking up to the ugly truth that Tesla cars are rolling crematoriums that cannot be escaped from, as the door lock and mechanism IS RUN BY BATTERY, WHICH HAS EXPLODED.

That customer was annoying us with constant fix problems...now, he's not annoying ANYONE. Tesla motors repair division

I don't hate, Tesla, Inc. or its common stock. I believe I am merely exposing the house of cards which it is -- built upon unsustainable tax breaks, obfuscation of production failures, balance sheet gimmickry unseen since Enron, and sheer hype.
And the moral superiority one may feel by driving a Tesla (or any EV) is laughable.
65% of electricity generation in the United States comes from non-renewable, carbon emmitting sources (including COAL), and the next 20% from uranium.

When Musk said he was going to burn the shorts, I didn't realize he was talking about the pants of Tesla drivers.

The question is why are people "buying" Teslas at all?
  • They pollute more
  • They use twice as much fossil fuel per mile driven
  • They are expensive to repair
  • They burst into flames
  • The batteries will only last 3 years used daily

How A Tesla Auto-Pilot Kills Its Occupants

Authored by Fred Lambert via Electrek.co,
Tesla and the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are both investigating the fatal accident involving a Model X Autopilot in Mountain View last month, but now another Tesla owner also conducted his own little investigation into the accident by following a similar scenario on Autopilot and almost crashed on video by doing so.

After reviewing the data logs of the vehicle last week, Tesla confirmed that the Model X was on Autopilot and explained the last moments before the impact:
In the moments before the collision, which occurred at 9:27 a.m. on Friday, March 23rd, Autopilot was engaged with the adaptive cruise control follow-distance set to minimum.
The driver had received several visual and one audible hands-on warning earlier in the drive and the driver’s hands were not detected on the wheel for six seconds prior to the collision. The driver had about five seconds and 150 meters of unobstructed view of the concrete divider with the crushed crash attenuator, but the vehicle logs show that no action was taken.”
Now another Tesla owners tried to film his Model S following the same lane change scenario on Autopilot in an almost identical section of road in Chicago and it might show exactly what happened during the accident:

Tesla's own numbers show Autopilot has higher crash rate than human drivers

concerned with EMF exposure, know this, an Tesla is like entering an EMF oven. A personal self imposed and financed EMF radiation hot bed, frying your genitals along with everything else.

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about Tesla’s claim that its Autopilot driver-assistance software is safer than a human driver. A fucking lie. A lie that is getting people killed and usually, by being burned alive, sitting on a thermonanite bomb.
After a fatal Autopilot crash last May, the company said the death was the first in 130 million miles of Autopilot driving—and noted that, “among all vehicles, in the U.S., there is a fatality every 94 million miles.”Which turned out to be a lie, according to independent researchers who show that 1 in 4 Tesla crashes are CAUSED by auto pilot, intentionally steering into objects.
The clear implication: Autopiloted Teslas are safer than human-piloted cars, and lives would be saved if every car had Autopilot. This oft repeated lie is to sell govt control and take away personal control of the individual. Who then, if the govt doesn't like them, will be "Tesla'd" into a car at high speed ala Michael Hastings.
But Tesla’s statistics are questionable at best. The small sample size—one crash—makes any calculation of Autopilot fatality rate almost meaningless.
Furthermore, Tesla compared its Autopilot crash rate to the overall U.S. traffic fatality rate—which includes bicyclists, pedestrians, buses, and 18-wheelers. This is not just apples-to-oranges. This is apples-to-aardvarks.
One statistician called Tesla’s comparison “ludicrous on the face of it.”

A better yardstick for comparison is the fatality rate for U.S. drivers of cars and light trucks compiled by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
By that yardstick, the Tesla Autopilot driver fatality rate is almost forty times higher than typical passenger vehicles.
But even that comparison is suspect because it measures the Autopilot Tesla against vehicles as disparate as the hulking Ford F-150 and the tiny Smart ForTwo.
In the end, I concluded, “…perhaps the only valid comparative benchmark for the Autopilot Tesla is the non-Autopilot Tesla.”
So let’s do that comparison.
Seven Model S fatalities
“Bubslug,” a writer for the stock market website Seeking Alpha, recently compiled a list of fatal Model S crashes in the U.S.
According to his list, there have been six in all, including the May Autopilot crash in Florida.

Just last week, however, a seventh fatal crash occurred in Indianapolis. To date, there’s no suggestion that Autopilot was engaged before that crash.
So, in the U.S.,  that’s a total of one Autopilot and six human-pilot fatal crashes.
To arrive at comparative fatal crash rates, simply divide by the total miles driven by each kind of pilot.
Conveniently, Tesla itself has provided just those numbers.
On October 7, Elon Musk tweeted “Cumulative Tesla Autopilot miles now at 222 million.”
Earlier this year, Tesla announced that total Tesla miles driven had surpassed the two-billion mile mark, and published a chart projecting future total mileage.

rate than human drivers Page 2

According to that chart projection, total Tesla miles driven through September 2016 were predicted to be right at three billion miles.
We’ll accept that figure, with the caveat that it presumably includes European and Chinese cars. (We’re counting only U.S. incidents, remember.)
But we believe this discrepancy applies to both Autopilot and human-pilot cars in roughly equal measure, and should thus cancel each other out.
So, using round numbers,  let’s do the math.
Human-piloted Teslas: six crashes, 2.8 billion miles.  That’s one every 470 million miles.
Autopiloted Teslas:  one crash, 220 million miles.  One every 220 million miles.
And there it is, in hard numerical data.
Conclusion: Auto-piloted Teslas have forty times the fatal-crash rate of human-piloted Teslas.

Still not statistically significant?
Clearly, the sample-size ogre raises its ugly head in this calculation: any statistic with a sample size of one will have a huge margin for error.
But these numbers, while not definitive, are far more meaningful than Tesla’s original comparison.
That’s because at least the comparative yardstick—Autopilot Teslas vs human-pilot Teslas—is reasonably valid.
If Tesla continues to throw around Autopilot crash statistics, it should at least get the comparative yardstick right.
Based on this more accurate comparison,  Autopilot safety appears to be a far murkier and more troubling subject than Tesla has been letting on.

AMAZINGLY Germany Ends Tesla Model S Subsidies In Massive Blow To Company's Government Funded Business Plan

MOST PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE THAT 90% OF TESLA MOTORS INCOME COMES FROM FEDERAL SUBSIDIES, NOT FROM CAR SALES. IF TESLA HAD TO OPERATE LIKE ANY OTHER BUSINESS, THERE WOULD BE NO BUSINESS.

THIS IS SO, BECAUSE THE NWO SATANIC ELITE WANT TRAVEL AND FREEDOM COMPLETELY RESTRICTED, WORLDWIDE. AND THE FIRST, OBVIOUS STEP, IS OVER PRICED CARS NO ONE CAN AFFORD EXCEPT THE RICH, WHICH DON'T GO VERY FAR, AND ARE COMPLETELY CONTROLLED REMOTELY WHENEVER ANYONE WITH A TABLET AND THE CAR CODE WANTS TO CONTROL IT. THEREBY CONTROLLING THE OCCUPANTS. AND IF THEY LIVE THAT DAY OR NOT.

THAT IS THE TRUTH OF ALL THIS BS GOING ELECTRIC, GLOBAL WARMING SHITE.

Apparently German government officials have finally woken up to the realization that it's utterly ridiculous to use tax revenue generated primarily from middle and low-income households to fund subsidy payments to rich people buying $100,000 luxury sports cars.  As Business Standard notes this morning, the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Controls announced that it will no longer subsidize the Tesla Model S as it can not be delivered in a configuration that meets the 60,000 euro price limit.
A German government agency has removed Tesla's Model S from the list of electric cars eligible for subsidies because it is not available in a version that falls within a 60,000 euro ($71,448) price limit.

Tesla customers could not order the Model S without extra features that pushed the price of the car above the limit, a spokesman for the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Controls (BAFA) said on Friday.

German magazine Auto Bild had reported that BAFA was looking into the issue and could take Tesla off the eligibility list.
Model S
$125,000.00 car that has a real range of only 150 miles. at best. If you don't mind sitting on a huge lithium time bomb that puts out a dangerous ELF field that causes cancer, then go for it. Liberal progressives love this death stuff.

According to Reuters, Germany launched their incentive scheme, worth about 1 billion euros, last year.  The funding requirements were shared by the German car industry to boost electric car usage. A price cap was included to exempt premium models.  Under the subsidy scheme, buyers get 4,000 euros off their all-electric vehicle purchase and 3,000 euros off plug-in hybrids.
Of course, Tesla has denied reports that their Model S does not comply with the price caps set under the subsidy scheme and has promised to "investigate and take appropriate action as necessary."
“This is a completely false accusation. Anyone in Germany can order a Tesla Model S base version without the comfort package, and we have delivered such cars to customers,” Tesla said in a statement.

”If a sales person told a customer they could not buy the Model S base version without the comfort package, this is not accurate and clearly outside our policies and procedures and we will investigate and take appropriate action as necessary.”
On the bright side, Tesla's new Model 3 should meet German subsidy price caps...if only they could figure out how to weld them together...

Buy a Tesla car and DIE

This rich satanist trusted auto pilot and it killed him. It deliberately drove him into a parked 18 wheeler on the side of the road. the evidence of the crash is all over Youtube, which for SOME REASON, is always being taken down.

Tesla autopilot cars kill at least twelve persons a month in the USA alone, that we know of. Worldwide figures are not known, due to Tesla's refusal to report such figures and their constant stream of lies about EVERYTHING THEY MAKE. Tesla refuses to make public their reliability ratings to the public. May not sound like much, but it's very high, considering how few of these are sold per capita.
Ah, but we will give you the truth - Tesla cars WORST RATED cars for failure per 100 cars, per year. OFF THE CHARTS.

Tesla cars spontaneously com-bust, even when parked. Their batteries ELF field cause cancer and owners have a high incident rate of depression and kidney failure. Check it out, it's jake. Many drivers report nausea and motion sickness when driving.

Average range of the BEST Tesla cars? 256 miles and you damn well better be within 5 miles of a charging station when the light comes on or you are stranded. And the recharge and nagware lights come on after 150 miles of any kind of driving.

Stepping on the accelerator to get on a freeway usually drains the batteries some 15% in 5 seconds per action. Do that a few times and expect to spend the next day waiting for the turd to recharge somewhere, anywhere.

Average electricity recharge cost of $400 to 700 per month - my son's little Nissan, which runs and runs, does 650 miles on a $40.00 tank of gas. To get the same 650 miles on a Tesla, it would take him four days of charging, at 350 dollars and  you get the idea.

Not many REAL features for a car that usually costs more than $100,000.00 out the door, plus $15000.00 each year in repairs. Not bad for an ALL plastic car that smells like formaldehyde.

Tesla cars are the most hack-able remotely controlled cars in the world, with a software failure rate of every 30 hours. When the software fails, the car stops running, no matter where it is or what speed it is going, very often causing accidents. The fix, get the Tesla - average wait to get in for repairs 16 days - in for a for the software reset, not available to the owner.

Average repair bill cost for a Tesla visit to the dealer, THE ONLY PLACE THEY ALLOW YOU TO TAKE THE ROLLING TURD? $5000.00 to $15000.00

Tesla owners report that any warranty work at dealerships result in surly, angry managers and staff. Very often to the point of blaming the owner for the failure of their computer turd.

Why do Teslas have the HIGHEST insurance liability actuarial rating of all cars in existence, if it weren't for the fact that half of all Tesla's on the road, have been in one kind of accident or another? Why? You lying, two faced pig.

The NTSB ALWAYS acquits Tesla of any wrongdoing or F'd up workmanship. Always. The bodies pile up. This is because the deep satanic network wants electric go nowhere cars that they can control everywhere and their MKULTRA bitch Musk, like Fuckerberg, is one of their satanic whores. Usually, well to do satanic network slugs buy and push Tesla cars. But they ALL have a 2nd or 3rd car, because their plastic Tesla usually is charging or in the shop.

Tell me Musk, why did you want to call your headquarters Plaza Bluebird, a name of one of the CIA's first main and still operational mind control programs? Huh? You boy buggering bastard? Like Twatter, a bluebird - a nod to that infamous CIA mind control op that has destroyed millions of lives? You people are sick.

Tesla cars are the perfect Agenda 21 transport.
  • Unaffordable
  • No range
  • Expensive to own and operate
  • Average electricity recharge cost of $400 to 700 per month, just for local LOOK AT ME driving. It actually is more ruinous to the environment to own a Tesla, than a gas powered car.
  • Most hack-able car yet made
  • only car in existence that tries to KILL THE OWNER
  • Average Tesla car, is in the shop twice a year, every year. Have fun with those repair bills THEY SAY are not covered by their expensive warranties.
