She has two guns, and both of them are pointed directly at her center of mass. One of them is being held with two fingers in a way where it could be easily dropped and possibly discharge. In front of her captain, the general, and her NCO.
She's also a 2nd Lieutenant, which means she's a baby officer but technically outranks a vast number of far more competent people, including that... Master Sergeant. DEI promotion, because women are men too, or something.
Every time someone fires their weapon, she starts crying about the noise.
Also, pretty sure that patch means medical, so why does she have two guns to begin with? She should just have the officer's pistol, if that.
Female soldier has her primary weapon (M16, red circle) resting on the ground and leaning against her body, with the barrel pointed directly into her abdomen. She is doing this, presumably, because she needs to load her secondary weapon (M9 pistol in her hand). She is holding the pistol in perhaps the most insane and insecure way (by the end of the slide/barrel, instead of the grip).
She has so totally lost situational awareness that she is completely unaware that a 2-star general (visiting to review troops), her First Sergeant (company senior NCO, basically your permanently pissed off and eternally disappointed dad) and her Captain (company commander) are less than 10 feet away and all staring at her.
This is bad because this is a training event where flag officers
are around and you should be hyper aware and 100% on point and instead
she is failing to the point that she would be totally useless in the
field if she acted like this under pressure. It's not just a safety
violation with both guns flagging her own body, but if she had to move
quickly, she has zero control over either of her weapons, which if discharged as they are wont to do, would kill the men in front of her.
Imagine
you monumentally failed at your job and you did so directly in front of
your manager, the CEO of your company and your dad.
The answer?
Give her a medal and promote her to 1st LT and have her bark orders at men back at base and get her out of there. It's the only fair thing to do...for the men who have to fight and die, on the front lines. She's a burden they have to watch over and in combat, every man has to watch for his own doings and keep his brothers safe from harm, something missy clearly does not understand.
This is as common as the sunshine, troops will tell you.
