About radiation contamination and sickness
There are a great many people selling fear and hyping the doom thing on Fukushima. Frankly, you get more radiation poisoning from your cell phone and all those long chats every day then what is coming over from Japan. The 8 signs of radiation poisoning (actually 12+) is from severe immediate exposure to direct high levels of radionuclide contaminate particulate ingestion or from being close by a "hot" locale; such as living in the Fukushima prefecture.
The rest of the world's real problem with those four dead nuclear reactors is from contaminant particles that have entered our system. This kind of exposure generally never exhibits any kind of symptoms - it does however cause cellular disruption, leading to cancer and a declining endocrine system. Kind of an ingest now, die later situation. That's the real problem and there's no escaping it.
The fear mongering devils will have you believe that if you do not show any signs as listeed, then you are safe. On the contrary, everyone in the Northern hemisphere is taking in all this particulate matter every day and it will catch up with most of us.
Having a weak or dysfunctional immune system only means that this contamination will have every opportunity to wreak havoc on our bodies.
