So, yesterday I went in to pay my water bill at the offices of our local water district. Being the way I am, I inquired if our punishing water rates were to go back to normal rates, now that both the governor of California AND the State Water Board have declared the drought officially over, in early March of this year.

They said, “No. Because the governor is wrong.”

“Excuse me? What about all the rainfall we've had, the full water tables, the flooding and flowing creeks, rivers, etc? The clerk didn't say anything and called someone to the front window, who apparently was in charge of facing tough questions. You know, like involving the truth or facts that everyone I TALK TO is more than aware of. “

I made the same statements to him, as well as telling him about the 3 rain gauges in the valley that I am aware of—of which I have two—and that regardless of where in the valley these gauges were, they reported water levels above 40 inches...and still counting. In fact, it was raining yesterday. And the day before. And almost every single week since November of 2018.

He said my gauges must be wrong and he must be adding the numbers together. That... that he would believe. So, after calling me a liar, he then went on to say that we only received 25 inches. And that the drought is still stage 3 and was on, with the same F you spank me rates we are being spanked for. He went on to lie to me about how poor little lake Casitas is our water supply is so very low, don't you know, and that we use it for water.

That's when I had the lying bastard.

I point blank told him that we have NEVER received our water from Lake Casitas in the history of this valley and that, in point of fact, all our water comes FROM GROUND WELLS, OF WHICH THERE ARE SEVEN. And these wells are full to over-flowing.

He blanched. Well, yes, of course we get our water from wells, but Lake Casitas is our back up. That's another lie. The wells have NEVER gone dry. Ever. All the springs and creeks are full, just from seepage from below, because in this valley, at floor level, the water table is a mere six feet below ground level. That is how saturated our earth is. I then informed him that even Nordhoff cemetery has flooding issues, because of high ground water levels and that folks with wells are reporting the Highest water tables THEY HAVE EVER SEEN.

I then asked him why they kept emptying the filling lake every summer to being near bone dry. He lied to again and said that NEVER happens.

Again, I had the lying public official. I informed the repeat offender that I, in fact, looked upon the lake from my domicile and watched them do it every year. Right into the ocean, ten miles away. At that point, he went silent.

These lying pigs, what with their agenda 21/2030 keeps us poor, in ugliness, fear, and slavery, tell so many lies, they don't even apologize when they are caught lying. And over and over and over again.

I walked out in disgust.

So, why are California’s reservoirs drying up in spite of a solid rainy season?

The answer lies in the environmental regulations implemented to protect the Delta Smelt, a 5-7cm fish and endangered resident of the California Delta.  Regulations designed to protect the non-native species have prevented pumping of water from the California Delta in Northern California leaving many reservoirs in Southern California empty.  So rather than take advantage of a solid rainy season the State of California has opted to squander the opportunity to refill its water infrastructure and pump the water through the San Francisco bay and into the Pacific Ocean instead.

As background, the majority of California’s precipitation falls in the northern part of the state.  Historically, that precipitation flowed through various rivers and accumulated in the California Delta between Sacramento and San Francisco.  The water was then pumped from the California Delta into various state and federal water projects to supply water to farmers, residential and commercial interests in the southern part of the state.  In recent years, however, pumping from the Delta has been limited or outright restricted in favor of protecting various environmental concerns, including the Delta Smelt population.  When not pumped into the canal systems, the water that accumulates in the Delta is simply flushed into the Pacific Ocean.  In fact, nearly 50% of California’s annual fresh water supply is flushed into the Pacific Ocean each year despite “severe drought” conditions.


Emptying reservoirs, then screaming DROUGHT, is the height of both stupidity and cruelty to the residents of the state.

California's reservoirs, with one exception, have far more water in them than in 2015, and are close to the annual average. And the snow pack is above average. Check it out.

Bass Lake, full to overflowing, enough water to handle ALL the farmers in Central California, but that water is being DENIED to them. WHY?

gathering intel from friends in California who alerted us to the fact that there is water, but it's being pumped into the sea allegedly in order to protect "a certain kind of 3-inch fish."

"We're going to solve your water problem. You have a water problem that is so insane, it is so ridiculous, where they're taking the water and shoving it out to sea. I just met with a lot of the farmers who are great people, and they're saying we don't even understand it. I've heard this from other friends of mine, in California where they have farms up here and they don't get water. I said oh that's too bad is it a drought, they said no we have plenty of water. I said what's wrong, 'well we shove it out to sea'."

"Now they're trying to protect a certain kind of 3-inch fish. Think of it, nobody even knows why, and by the way the environmentalists don't know why."

After explaining the the senators are playing both sides of the fence, The Donald promised that once he's president, he'll remedy the situation.

"So we're going to be back up here, if I win believe me we're gonna start opening up the water so that you can have your farmers survive, so that your job market will get better."

"I'm asking everybody why, and nobody can really explain why they do this. When your with the senators they want you, and then they go over to the environmental side and they want them, and then you say gee that's strange, they're for me, we want the water, but the environmentalists just endorsed them. So they play both sides of it, but they're actually not for you. But we're gonna get it done, and we're gonna get it done quick. Don't even think about it, that's an easy one."

We have rain every 7 to 10 days since October, but not a word about that in the MSM. All the local springs, creeks, and seasonals are running strong. Swimming holes are full and clear. But, nope, the local rag screeches like a little girl with skinned knee about how we are all gonna die because there is no rain.

LAKE TAHOE: DROUGHT IS ENDING, GIANT SNOWPACK HAS RETURNED.

So why are the wankers insisting that all this RECORD SNOWPACK - and the rains are JUST BEGINNING - won't do a thing for the drought in the west? Why do they keep some reservoirs filled to overflowing and keep others nearly empty for the media? I've personally seen full reservoirs drained to nothing in a matter of weeks.

FALSE READING RAIN GAUGES BEING SOLD IN WESTERN USA! WARNING!

According to several reviews on Amazon = by the hundreds = and personal experience with rain gauges being sold in box hardware stores, it seems the rain gauges the public are being sold are woefully off by 50 to 100 percent; rain gauges that mislead and misrepresent the true rainfall are everywhere.

This has been thoroughly tested by myself and many others, including engineers. The rain gauge reviews on Amazon are so many that it is obvious they are INTENTIONALLY LYING ABOUT THE RAINFALL, ESPECIALLY  IN THE WEST so as to create a drought atmosphere and mindset programming.

This is so, because they are undoing the water rights in the western United States and turning all wells, natural ponds, springs, and rainfall into GOVERNMENT OWNED elements. This causes everyone to pay extremely high prices for water, limits supply, and extends control and slavery of the masses by yet another vector.

It's not about the money. They already control it. It's about controlling water and without water, nothing can live. No water rights equals no existence without being on THEIR grid and paying through the nose. You can live on water, sunshine and farming. But if someone else controls  your water and mineral rights, you HAVE TO PAY TO EXIST, and that's what they want. Final control over every survival aspect of basic living.

Go to amazon; read the reviews, and realize rain gauges are being designed and sold that are UNDER REPORTING the TRUE RAINFALL. 

Go on the internet and learn how to make your own accurate rain gauge. It's easy to do with household items and costs virtually nothing to make a dead accurate rain gauge.

Every rain storm that comes through our area is being heavily under reported so they can keep up the drought lies to get their fascist legislation through and keep the vegetables programmed.

Do your own critical thinking. Check it out with the facts. Then get the truth. Then act accordingly.
