Santa Barbara City Council Votes to Remove Flock Cameras, Delays Decision on Replacement System

Police chief runs the old safety and security for liberty scam, we need flock to keep us safe. The bastard lied. No, you use flock to spy on people, violate their 4th amendment rights, probably the 14th as well.  It's a spy device on citizens. Explain to us why we need flock cameras aimed inside classrooms?

The Santa Barbara City Council voted Tuesday to discontinue its contract with Flock Safety and remove its 12 license plate reading cameras, but delayed a decision on a proposed replacement system amid calls for greater community input on surveillance technology.

The Flock cameras are now nonoperational and scheduled to be removed within the next few weeks.
