small reminder. Because animal cells can't just go vegan, they are not
yeast. You need a cow digestive system to turn grass into nutrients that
feed the animal tissue and glands to produce the hormones that make it
grow. So here is the retarded logic: you need to raise cattle and
harvest nutrients and growth factors so you can feed a lab cell culture.
This is generally done with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), which is obtained
by draining the blood of cow's fetus. A byproduct of the meat packing
industry. It's either this or producing and purifying each growth factor
from GMO microorganisms in a bioreactor, a prohibitively expensive
process for making something as simple and cheap as meat for food.
So
the crap they sell people is mostly certainly still being made with
Fetal Bovine Serum and cattle nutrients. They certainly claim it's vegan
but I wouldn't trust the word of one selling cancer meat. I'd say they
could use human fetal serum, but this is precious to them, so they won't
waste it with the cancer burgers they sell for a few bucks. So the only
reason to be for cultured meat is to be EVIL and make unclean sickening
soul numbing food.
