On June 14, 2015 while driving from Palm desert to Ojai, we noticed dozens of cell tower crews all adding boxes to the towers

for over 215 miles, nearly every other cell tower we passed on the road had crews on them adding boxes and working on the towers.

Now, today, there are random areas going on and off line everywhere in the state of California and beyond.

This is no accident. whatever they were doing, gave SOMEONE the ability to do this outside the regular cellular system.

We saw it with our own eyes.
