[Par Harold C. Turner] — Depuis des semaines, des histoires ont été publiées sur un grand nombre de soldats chinois au Canada, près de Vancouver, en Colombie-Britannique. Maintenant, plus d’informations indiquent que des troupes chinoises en uniforme supplémentaires se rassemblent ailleurs près de la frontière américaine au Canada; cette fois, le long des frontières de la province du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick avec le Maine, aux États-Unis. Les États-Unis déplacent maintenant des trains de canons vers cette zone précise. On dirait qu’un combat s’en vient aux États-Unis.

Mercredi, un train transportant des dizaines d’obusiers automoteurs (des armes d’artillerie, des canons, et non pas des blindés) a été vu se déplaçant vers le nord depuis Hermon, dans le Maine. [1] L’affilié local de CBS-TV, WABI Channel 5, a rapporté ceci : « Selon la Garde nationale du Maine, ces obusiers sont déplacés hors du Maine. Les chars se dirigent vers Presque Isle et seront ensuite déplacés vers un endroit inconnu. » [2] Le problème est qu’une fois à Presque Isle, il n’y a plus de voie ferrée FONCTIONNELLE pour aller ailleurs. Presque Isle n’est pas un port, il n’y a pas de navires pour emmener les chars nulle part — donc il n’y a pas d’endroit où aller pour ces obusiers automoteurs. Il s’avère que ces obusiers vont bien ailleurs, plus près de la frontière canadienne près de Québec parce que, selon des sources de renseignement, « il est maintenant confirmé qu’un nombre significatif de soldats chinois en uniforme se trouve au Québec, près de la frontière américaine ».

La carte évolutive ci-dessous montre la zone où les photos ci-dessus ont été prises (Route 2), et l’itinéraire vers Presque Isle. Les voies ferrées passent à proximité des routes :

Cette information fait suite à d’autres rapports, de la semaine dernière, montrant des troupes chinoises en uniforme à Vancouver, en Colombie-Britannique au Canada (lire ici) et des rapports supplémentaires démontrant que l’Armée populaire de libération (APL) chinoise prend pied au Canada par l’intermédiaire d’entreprises liées au Parti communiste chinois (lire ici).

De plus, des informations trouvées sur un ordinateur portable appartenant au fils de l’ancien vice-président Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, contiendraient la preuve que le Parti communiste chinois a travaillé sur une « épidémie biologique » pour fermer l’économie américaine afin que la Chine ne soit pas la seule nation à souffrir économiquement des sanctions commerciales du président Trump contre la Chine.

Les informations commencent à indiquer que le Parti démocrate américain a peut-être été « impliqué » dans un effort délibéré du Parti communiste chinois pour utiliser une bio-épidémie (COVID-19) pour détruire l’économie américaine, parce que les démocrates savaient que c’était le seul moyen de gagner la prochaine élection présidentielle. Aucune des troupes chinoises en uniforme qui envahissent cette terre ne doit faire preuve de miséricorde ou se voir accorder un quart. Dans le triste événement où un responsable local ou étatique fait valoir qu’il peut peut-être négocier avec les troupes d’invasion pour protéger les Américains locaux alors que nous sommes pris en charge … ce fonctionnaire devrait également être abattu — sur place — pour être un lâche et traître à notre nation. » [4]

Juste un rappel de la réalité

C’est peut-être la situation à laquelle nous serons confrontés très bientôt. Des rapports ont commencé à arriver selon lesquels les départements du gouvernement fédéral américain avaient commencé à avertir les grandes entreprises de « se préparer immédiatement » à une éventuelle « attaque par impulsion électromagnétique », en mettant l’accent sur la grille de communication (lire ici). Si une invasion commence, couper l’électricité et les communications serait un objectif principal de l’envahisseur, pour empêcher les Américains de répandre la nouvelle de l’invasion, et ainsi retarder une réponse défensive de la part des citoyens américains lourdement armés.

Ayez de la nourriture d’urgence, stockez de l’eau d’urgence, 1 gallon, par personne dans votre maison, par jour — approvisionnement minimum d’une semaine. Ayez des médicaments d’urgence, une trousse de premiers soins, un (des) extincteur(s). Faites le plein de vos véhicules et gardez-les au maximum au cas où vous auriez à “sortir”. Ayez un sac pour chaque membre de la famille avec des vêtements de rechange, des sous-vêtements, une lampe de poche, un talkie-walkie au cas où vous deviez vous lever et courir pour survivre. Ayez du matériel de communication d’urgence comme une radio CB dans votre maison et une dans chaque véhicule, afin de rester en contact avec les voisins à proximité. Gardez de l’argent liquide à portée de main au cas où les communications tomberaient, ce qui mettrait les cartes de crédit et les guichets automatiques hors ligne. Dans une telle situation, l’argent liquide est roi et sans lui, vous ne pourrez rien obtenir. Les gens n’acceptent pas de chèques dans une situation comme celle-ci. »

Des aéronefs militaires survolent Chambly en pleine nuit

Plusieurs citoyens de Chambly et des villes avoisinantes ont entendu et se sont possiblement fait réveiller par le bruit d’hélicoptères circulant à basse altitude. Ces aéronefs étaient utilisés dans le cadre d‘un « exercice militaire ». Le capitaine Ian Grant, du Commandement des Forces d’opérations spéciales du Canada, confirme que les hélicoptères qui sont passés au-dessus de Chambly dans la nuit du 20 au 21 octobre participaient à un entraînement à la base militaire de Farnham. Les aéronefs ont survolé la municipalité pour retourner à l’aéroport de Saint-Hubert après avoir complété l’exercice à Farnham. L’entraînement s’est terminé vers 3h le 21 octobre. La formation est complétée et n’aura durée qu’une seule nuit.

« L’entraînement contenait un grand support aérien de l’Aviation royale canadienne. Cet exercice était un entraînement régulier du commandement des Forces d’opérations spéciales du Canada qui aide à maintenir les compétences qui peuvent être requises lors de déploiements à l’étranger, et donne l’occasion de fortifier les compétences nécessaires pour protéger les Canadiens ici chez eux », explique-t-il.

Les aéronefs aperçus étaient des CH-146 de types Griffon et des CH-147 de types Chinook. Ce sont deux hélicoptères utilisés par les Forces armées. Le premier en est un utilitaire de transport tactique pour les soldats et de l’équipement. Le CH-146 Griffon est parfois utilisé pour la recherche et le sauvetage, la surveillance et la reconnaissance, l’instruction, les opérations d’évacuation des blessés et les opérations antidrogue. Il peut être équipé d’armes de défense, d’un puissant projecteur et d’un treuil qui lui permet de soulever du personnel et des cargaisons dans presque tous les endroits.

Le CH-147F Chinook est un hélicoptère polyvalent moderne qui sert à transporter de l’équipement et du personnel destinés aux opérations au pays et à l’étranger. Il est utilise en soutien à l’Armée canadienne, aux forces d’opérations spéciales, à des ministères, à des organismes de mise en application de la loi et aux autorités civiles. Il possède des capacités de protection supérieure, notamment des systèmes de protection antimissile, des systèmes d’alerte laser et radar, une protection balistique et des mitrailleuses. [5]

Les 2, 3 et 4 septembre derniers, des drones de la 2e Escadre de Bagotville ont volé au-dessus de la zone portuaire de La Baie, du pont Dubuc et de la centrale de Shipshaw, dans le cadre d’un « exercice d’entraînement » de la base militaire. « Cette nouvelle capacité servira à la 2e escadre dans de futures missions d’Opération LENTUS, qui constitue la réponse des Forces armées canadiennes aux catastrophes naturelles au Canada », ont informé les autorités de la base militaire de Bagotville. Pendant ce temps, nous apprenions que des membres des Forces armées canadiennes au Koweït se sont entraînés au maniement des armes d’opérations spéciales en octobre au complexe Udairi Range avec le Joint Special Operation Forces Support Detachment-Kuwait (JSSD-K), le détachement américain de soutien des forces d’opérations spéciales conjointes au Koweït.

Les membres du JSSD-K ont réunis pour une journée d’entraînement sur les armes d’opérations spéciales (SOF) des soldats du 386e Escadron des Forces de sécurité expéditionnaires, du 386e Escadron expéditionnaire de génie civil, du 387e Escadron expéditionnaire aérien, du Camp Canada et du Camp Moreell. Les participants ont appris à manipuler en toute sécurité les armes SOF, y compris le lance-grenades simple MK-13, le lance-grenades automatique MK-47, le fusil Barrett de calibre .50, la mitrailleuse MK-48, la mitrailleuse M240B, le Beretta M- 9 et le pistolet Glock 9 mm. Oh, NOW Republicans need us

Republican Governor Doug Ducey of Arizona refused to answer the president's phone call, and gleefully certified the results of his state's stolen election. He also cannot wait to install Democrat Mark Kelly to replace Republican Senator Martha McSally, whom the governor appointed but now disses.

USA Today reported, "He went on to explain that the vote certification initiates a time period for legal challenges to the election.

"'And there is legal action, right now, challenging these results in our state court,' Ducey said.

"The plaintiffs in that case, brought by Arizona Republican Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward, claim in part that ballots duplicated by poll workers because machines couldn't read them took votes away from Trump."

Ducey later slammed Dr. Ward for suing.

In Georgia, Republican Governor Brian Kemp also is aiding and abetting the theft of his state's 16 electors.

At the same time he is urging voters to vote for Republican senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler in the January 5 runoff because we don't want Democrats to take over the Senate.

He should explain that to his fellow turncoat governor in Arizona. 

Kemp needs to explain what good the Senate is because we had control for 4 years under a Republican president. 

Yes, I am thrilled with the appointment and confirmation of hundreds of conservative judges and three justices. I have written about this regularly throughout President Donald John Trump's first term.

But a Republican Senate refused to repeal Obamacare.

And a Republican Senate slow-walked President Trump's appointments of his Cabinet and other department heads.

And a Republican Senate failed to fund construction of a wall that had overwhelming support from Republican voters.

Now having given away Arizona's two Senate seats to Democrats in the past two years, the establishment expects voters in Georgia to show up on January 5 and save their minority because a Republican Senate under a Democrat president has more power than a Republican minority under a Democrat regime.

Without control of the Senate, Republicans in Washington lose relevance.

Cry me a river.

The same Republicans who often refused to lift a finger for a Republican president will have to sit on their hands for at least 2 years.

Midterms historically favor the party out of power. Party leaders dream of big wins in 2022 that will sweep them into power.

Reality just cleared its voice, and asked what makes them think the election in 2022 won't be stolen?

The game plan is to fix the broken election system once Donald Trump leaves office. 

But the flaw is Democrats will have no intention of cooperating to make our elections matter again.

If you expect me to make an emotional plea to Georgians to vote for Perdue and Loeffler, you came to the wrong place. 

Stephen Kruiser wrote a nice piece. He calmly said, "The Idiocy of Republicans Boycotting GA Runoffs Has to Stop."

Plenty of people would agree with him.

He said, "No good can come of either one of these Democrats getting into the United States Senate."

My question is what good will come from a Republican Senate? They will not slow-walk Xiden (as a reader dubbed him) appointees. They will not stop the bailout of cities that rebelled this summer. They likely will not hoard judgeships this time, certainly not a Supreme Court nomination.

Breitbart reported that Lin Wood is a Democrat. He has pushed to get Republicans to get off their butts in Georgia and stop the steal.

Wayne Dupree ran a column, "Things Blow Up in Breitbart’s Face When They Run a Nasty Hit Piece on Lin Wood."

He responded by pointing out he voted for Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and both Bushes. Of more importance, he voted for President Trump this year.

Did Bush?

Did Romney?

Did all the other Republican senators?

Andrew Breitbart's legacy is taking a hit because it is playing to the establishment, not its readers. Lin Wood has done more for President Trump than most Republicans now in the Senate. Trump supporters are not Republican pawns.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I urge everyone in Georgia to show up, hold their noses, and vote Republican on January 5. Perdue and Loeffler are reliable conservatives.

But make no mistake: I am displeased. Republicans are like Mitt Romney, always there when they need you. Other times, well...

They failed to build the wall.

They failed to repeal Obamacare.

And above all else, they failed to show respect for the Man we elected president. In so doing, they disrespected the people who elected him.

Now they want our help again? I am so glad I live in West Virginia and do not have to vote in the run-off election. Those of you who must have my deepest sympathies.

The daughter of California Rep. Maxine Waters netted around $240,000 this past election cycle — from her mother’s own campaign, new records show.

The congresswoman’s campaigns shelled out payments to Karen Waters for work she did on her 82-year-old mother’s re-election campaign, including “slate mailer management” and “GOTV” — or likely “Get Out the Vote” services.

The payments appear in new Federal Election Commission filings reported by Fox News on Friday.

More than $212,600 in disbursements to Karen Waters are broken down into 26 entries such as “slate mailer management” fees, “office expenses” and “canvassing” between March 2019 and September 2020.

Another $28,150 in payments to Karen Waters occurred in October and November, for “GOTV” and “slate mailer management” fees — though one for $1,000 was simply labeled “Walker payments.”

Maxine Waters, who chairs the House Financial Services Committee, has been scrutinized over payments to her daughter before. Her campaign has paid Karen Waters or her public relations firm Progressive Connections to produce, print and mail slate mailers since 2004, Fox News said.

Since then, Waters’ daughter has reportedly received almost $1 million from the campaign.

Maxine Waters, a Democrat, won re-election in November to California’s 43rd Congressional District, a seat she’s held since 2013.

You doubtless heard the story of Washington's going to the thicket to pray in secret for aid and comfort from God, the interposition of whose Divine Providence brought us safely through the darkest days of tribulation. One day, I remember it well, when the chilly winds whistled through the leafless trees, though the sky was cloudless and the sun shown brightly, he remained in his quarters nearly all the afternoon alone. Presently I heard a voice saying, "Son of the Republic, look and learn," while at the same time my visitor extended her arm eastwardly, I now beheld a heavy white vapor at some distance rising fold upon fold. This gradually dissipated, and I looked upon a stranger scene. Before me lay spread out in one vast plain all the countries of the world — Europe, Asia, Africa and America. I saw rolling and tossing between Europe and America the billows of the Atlantic, and between Asia and America lay the Pacific.

"Son of the Republic," said the same mysterious voice as before, "look and learn." At that moment I beheld a dark, shadowy being, like an angel, standing or rather floating in mid-air, between Europe and America. Dipping water out of the ocean in the hollow of each hand, he sprinkled some upon America with his right hand, while with his left hand he cast some on Europe. Immediately a cloud raised from these countries, and joined in mid-ocean. For a while it remained stationary, and then moved slowly westward, until it enveloped America in its murky folds. Sharp flashes of lightning gleamed through it at intervals, and I heard the smothered groans and cries of the American people.

A second time the angel dipped water from the ocean, and sprinkled it out as before. The dark cloud was then drawn back to the ocean, in whose heaving billows in sank from view. A third time I heard the mysterious voice saying, "Son of the Republic, look and learn," I cast my eyes upon America and beheld villages and towns and cities springing up one after another until the whole land from the Atlantic to the Pacific was dotted with them.

Again, I heard the mysterious voice say, "Son of the Republic, the end of the century cometh, look and learn." At this the dark shadowy angel turned his face southward, and from Africa I saw an ill omened specter approach our land. It flitted slowly over every town and city of the latter. The inhabitants presently set themselves in battle array against each other. As I continued looking I saw a bright angel, on whose brow rested a crown of light, on which was traced the word "Union," bearing the American flag which he placed between the divided nation, and said, "Remember ye are brethren." Instantly, the inhabitants, casting from them their weapons became friends once more, and united around the National Standard.

"And again I heard the mysterious voice saying "Son of the Republic, look and learn." At this the dark, shadowy angel placed a trumpet to his mouth, and blew three distinct blasts; and taking water from the ocean, he sprinkled it upon Europe, Asia and Africa. Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene: From each of these countries arose thick, black clouds that were soon joined into one. Throughout this mass there gleamed a dark red light by which I saw hordes of armed men, who, moving with the cloud, marched by land and sailed by sea to America. Our country was enveloped in this volume of cloud, and I saw these vast armies devastate the whole county and burn the villages, towns and cities that I beheld springing up. As my ears listened to the thundering of the cannon, clashing of sword, and the shouts and cries of millions in mortal combat, I heard again the mysterious voice saying, "Son of the Republic, look and learn" When the voice had ceased, the dark shadowy angel placed his trumpet once more to his mouth, and blew a long and fearful blast. "Instantly a light as of a thousand suns shone down from above me, and pierced and broke into fragments the dark cloud which enveloped America. At the same moment the angel upon whose head still shone the word Union, and who bore our national flag in one hand and a sword in the other, descended from the heavens attended by legions of white spirits. These immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were will nigh overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken ranks and renewed the battle.

Again, amid the fearful noise of the conflict, I heard the mysterious voice saying, "Son of the Republic, look and learn." As the voice ceased, the shadowy angel for the last time dipped water from the ocean and sprinkled it upon America. Instantly the dark cloud rolled back, together with the armies it had brought, leaving the inhabitants of the land victorious!

Then once more I beheld the villages, towns and cities springing up where I had seen them before, while the bright angel, planting the azure standard he had brought in the midst of them, cried with a loud voice: "While the stars remain, and the heavens send down dew upon the earth, so long shall the Union last." And taking from his brow the crown on which blazoned the word "Union," he placed it upon the Standard while the people, kneeling down, said, "Amen."

The scene instantly began to fade and dissolve, and I at last saw nothing but the rising, curling vapor I at first beheld. This also disappearing, I found myself once more gazing upon the mysterious visitor, who, in the same voice I had heard before, said, "Son of the Republic, what you have seen is thus interpreted: Three great perils will come upon the Republic. The most fearful is the third, but in this greatest conflict the whole world united shall not prevail against her. Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his God, his land and the Union." With these words the vision vanished, and I started from my seat and felt that I had seen a vision wherein had been shown to me the birth, progress, and destiny of the United States.

Trump Puts Travel Restrictions in Place for Chinese Communist Party Members

The Trump administration on Wednesday put in place restrictions on travel for members of the Chinese Communist Party and their families into the United States.

The New York Times reported on the restrictions, which limit the duration of travel visas. A Chinese visa holder would have to enter the U.S. within a month after it was issued:

Previously, party members, like other Chinese citizens, could obtain visitor visas for the United States that were valid for up to 10 years.

Travel visas for party members will also be limited to a single entry rather than multiple entries as was possible before, according to two people familiar with the changes.

The new measures do not affect party members’ eligibility for other kinds of visas, such as immigration or employment. The State Department spokesman added that no current visas would be revoked as a result of the policy changes. The spokesman made his comments after The New York Times reported on the new limits.

The Times claimed in its report that the Trump administration will cause problems for Joe Biden if he becomes the next president but also reported that Biden might stay the course on Trump’s China policy.

“While some might hope for a reset of relations from Mr. Biden, his views on China have hardened since he was vice president under President Barack Obama,” the Times reported. “Mr. Biden appears to be committed to leaving in place many of the tough measures taken by the Trump administration, including tariffs and restrictions on Chinese technology.”

The Times also reported that because it is difficult to know who is a member of the CCP except for high-level officials, it “could grant Mr. Biden flexibility in enforcing the new rules, though it would be hard to ignore travel to the United States by top Chinese officials and their family members.”

The State Department defended the move in the Times article.

“For decades we allowed the C.C.P. free and unfettered access to U.S. institutions and businesses while these same privileges were never extended freely to U.S. citizens in China,” the spokesman said.

A spokeswoman for China Foreign Ministry reacted to the announcement at a news conference.

“We hope people in the United States will adopt a common rational view toward China and give up their hatred and abnormal mind-set toward the Communist Party,” the spokesman said, according to Bloomberg News.

 

Pro-Biden effort offered Native Americans $25-$500 Visa gift cards and jewelry to vote

 

Key Native American leaders working with the Biden campaign offered tribal members and associates Visa gift cards, jewelry, and other “swag” to vote in the presidential election, according to several videos being used by the Trump campaign’s effort to challenge Nevada’s vote.

In one long video, officials from the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony are shown offering a raffle for gift cards in values of $25, $100, $250, and $500 to those who can prove they voted.

Other gifts for voting include bracelets, necklaces, earrings, T-shirts, and masks.

The Trump campaign is expected to present the videos today in a Carson City court as it presses its case to challenge enough votes to overturn the state’s election of Joe Biden.

In a briefing paper on their case, the campaign referred to a “Native American Votes for Dollars Scandal.”

It said, “A shocking number of states have discovered that groups claiming to support the Native American community’s voice at the polls have engaged in blatantly illegal bribery and vote incentivizing with cash cards, gas cards, electronics and other items. This scandal appears to have been rampant in Nevada. Posts on the Nevada Native Vote Project Facebook page show that similar raffles were conducted in 15 Nevada native communities, with 116 voters receiving $6,650 in cash prizes.”

The RSIC did not respond to an email seeking comment.

But a lawyer for Native Americans dismissed the charges to Nevada’s NPR. “I think that this lawsuit is a little bit reckless,” Jacqueline De León, staff attorney for the Native American Rights Fund, told NPR. “It’s sort of just casting a wide net of disparagement on the Nevada Native Vote Project. And it turns out a lot of their claims are unsubstantiated.”

She added that the raffles were open to all, but the videos limited entry to Native Americans and their associates or staffers.

The Native American vote was credited for pushing Biden over the victory line in some states such as Nevada and Arizona.

Liberal CNN commentator Van Jones said on-air, “The Native American community played a tremendous role.” He added, “They are responsible for the victory.”

Nevada 'fraud': 1,500 ‘dead’ voters, 42,248 voted ‘multiple times,’ RV camps as 'homes'

 

The Trump campaign on Wednesday unveiled a tranche of information it plans to present to a Nevada state court Thursday that suggests there were thousands of fraudulent votes cast — possibly enough to overturn Joe Biden’s win there by 33,569 votes.

Officials said that among the evidence and expert testimony to be presented in Carson City are indications that over 1,500 ballots were cast by dead voters, that 42,248 people voted “multiple times,” data on a huge spike in incomplete voter registrations, and home addresses in temporary RV camps and casinos.

They also plan to present polling that 1% of Nevada voters shown to have voted never did and 2% of those shown to have voted by mail never got a ballot.

The legal team was quick to note that it has just begun to collect information and that fraud cases can sometimes take months to years to investigate.

Officials also added that they have been stonewalled by U.S. Postal Service and state and county officials in their efforts to review votes and registrations.

Their focus has been in Democratic-heavy Clark County, where Biden won by 90,922 votes. Biden won 521,852 to President Trump’s 430,930. By contrast, in 2016, Trump won 511,319 votes and lost it to Hillary Rodham Clinton by just 26,434 votes.

One of the leaders of the effort, American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp, told Secrets, “In my years of experience in politics, I have never seen the amount of illegal voting like we have documented in Clark County, Nevada. It is a level of corruption I didn't think could happen in a modern, free country.”

Schlapp said that if bad votes are thrown out, the president would be the winner. “I can't predict what a judge will do, but any fair-minded American would come to the same conclusion: Trump won Nevada by thousands of votes if illegal ballots are remedied.”

The campaign and surrogate groups have made similar claims in several states. Unlike many of those, the Nevada effort won a green light to continue.

Schlapp said that the problems his group has found in just a few weeks in Nevada are likely in other states.

“This is a shameful moment in American history. Five or six Democrat-controlled major cities greenlighted fraud and changed outcomes. Trump won Nevada by a wide margin, and I believe these same dirty deeds occurred in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, essentially disenfranchising 73.3 million Americans. This is a civil rights emergency. If we don't immediately expose the fraud, America will never accept this election,” he added.

Also today, Indiana Sen. Mike Braun told Secrets that he believes Democratic cities also saw fraud, and he said that if states refuse to investigate the reports, people will lose faith in the voting system.

The first in an occasional series on the Zuckerberg election bribes

This year, left-leaning donors Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan gave $350 million to an allegedly “nonpartisan” nonprofit, the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), which in turn re-granted the funds to thousands of governmental  election officials around the country to “help” them conduct the 2020  election.

The Capital Research Center is beginning state-by-state  investigations of these unusual grants in order to educate the public on  the ways these grants may have influenced the election. This, our first  report, will focus on Georgia, where the election results were  unexpected and very close, and where two more runoff elections are still  to be held, with the Center for Tech and Civic Life now offering additional funding to election officials for those contests.

Even before the 2020 election, the New York Times and the  Associated Press ran articles on these grants. The stories expressed  great sympathy for local election officials scrambling to conduct  balloting under difficult circumstances, but even these two left-leaning  media outlets noted how odd and suspicious the operation was. The New York Times’ respected reporter, Ken Vogel, observed,

The prospect of election administrators tapping large  pools of private money has raised new legal and political questions.  That is partly because it is unusual for elections to be subsidized by  nongovernment funding at this level, but also because most of the cash  is coming from nonprofit groups that have liberal ties, and the biggest  source of the cash, Mr. Zuckerberg, has drawn fire from across the  political spectrum.

Similarly, writing on September 16 for the Associated Press, Nicholas Riccardi reported,  “The cash comes with a new set of questions about donor transparency,  motivations and the influence of groups and figures that are not  democratically accountable.” He also reported without objection that  conservatives were concerned because of “the Democratic origins of CTCL  and that its donations have predominantly been in areas where Democrats  depend on votes.” Riccardi even quoted my skepticism: “I cannot believe  people of such partisanship will put their partisanship aside while  taking hundreds of millions of dollars and distributing it to election  offices.”

For this present report, we will analyze election results and compare  what is known about CTCL’s grants in Georgia. The picture is notably  partisan, even though we have only incomplete data on where CTCL’s money  went. As the AP’s Riccardi reported, “The CTCL declined to disclose its  other donors” besides the Zuckerbergs, who made their donation public,  or to “itemize all its contributions to local offices.”

The CTCL’s website lists only the counties in Georgia that received grants, but not the level of  funding, though that would hardly be difficult to include. CTCL, as a  501(c)(3) nonprofit, is legally obligated to report on its IRS filings  when it grants or provides other assistance of $5,000 or more to  “domestic organizations and domestic governments” (see Schedule I of IRS Form 990).  It is notable that CTCL has not, in something as public and  controversial as the 2020 election, made these grant numbers public.  Were its operatives and massive funding from the opposite end of the  spectrum, one doubts the cosmos would have enough electrons to power the  outrage vented on NYTimes.com and CNN.com, much less to post the  objections by left-wing critics of “dark money” like Sens. Sheldon  Whitehouse (D-RI) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

For this preliminary report, in lieu of self-reporting from CTCL, we will rely on Ballotpedia’s tracking of these grants based on news reports, as well as our own additional  research in news databases. This accounts for grant amounts in 18 out of  the 43 Georgia counties that received funds. If CTCL ever provides more  information, we will update our reporting.

Major Data Points for CTCL Funding in the Georgia Election

• CTCL did fund more counties won by Republican presidential candidate  Donald Trump than by Democratic candidate Joe Biden: 27 Trump counties  vs. 17 Biden counties.
• But that’s a function of how many more Georgia counties went for  Trump. A better comparison: CTCL funded 21 percent of Trump counties vs.  55 percent of Biden counties. So a Biden county was over two-and-a-half  times more likely to receive funding.
• Nine out of ten of CTCL’s largest known grants in Georgia went to Biden counties.
• Even more ominous, CTCL gave grants to nine of the ten counties with the greatest Democratic shifts in their 2020 voting. Those nine grantees averaged a 13.7 percent shift  blue-ward, and two of those counties (Cobb and Gwinnett) were in the  four counties that delivered Biden the most votes.
• Of the four counties won by Biden that delivered him votes in six-figures, CTCL funded all four.
• Of the 29 counties won by Biden that delivered him votes in  five-figures, CTCL funded 19, or 66 percent. (No counties delivered  either candidate more than six-figure vote totals.)
• So Biden carried 33 counties that delivered him votes in five- and six-figures, and 70 percent received CTCL grants.
• By contrast, 46 counties carried by Donald Trump delivered him votes  in five-figures (no county supplied the president a six-figure vote).  CTCL funded only nine such counties, or 20 percent.
• So the most vote-rich counties for Biden were three-and-a-half times  more likely to be funded than the most vote-rich counties for Trump.
• Nine counties were both top vote-producers for Trump and also received CTCL funds. Five of these counties were among the top ten most blue-shifting counties in the state.

This pattern of grant-making by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit may or may not  be illegal, given the murky laws governing nonprofits. The IRS states:

Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3)  organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly  participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of  (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. . . .Certain activities or expenditures may not be prohibited depending on  the facts and circumstances. . . . [A]ctivities intended to encourage  people to participate in the electoral process, such as voter  registration and get-out-the-vote drives, would not be prohibited  political campaign activity if conducted in a non-partisan manner.On the other hand, voter education or registration activities with  evidence of bias that (a) would favor one candidate over another; (b)  oppose a candidate in some manner; or (c) have the effect of favoring a  candidate or group of candidates, will constitute prohibited  participation or intervention.

Whether or not CTCL has crossed a legal line, the starkly partisan  outcomes from its giving in the Peach State should lead the appropriate  authorities in Georgia and Washington, DC, to determine just what has  happened. Not only should CTCL be investigated for its adherence to  nonprofit law, but the local election officials should also be asked  many questions on their role, such as,

• How were temporary election staff hired? Where were they recruited  from? What were the interview questions, who served on the interview  panels, and what percentage were hired?
• What training did new and old staff receive? Were there written  training manuals? What other training curricula exist? Are they publicly  available?
• Who did the training? How were they selected? Did CTCL or other nonprofits assist in any way with the training or curricula?
• Were state and local laws governing the receipt of private funds  followed? Was all spending in accord with state and local laws and  budget procedures?
• What precisely was the amount of money received, and what exactly was it spent on?
• Is the contract between the government and CTCL publicly available?
• Did the government spend any of the money on tasks that would help  prevent voter fraud, such as how properly to match signatures?

Some states prohibit outside funding of governmental functions like  elections, and such a law seems ripe for consideration at all levels of  government and by all citizens, regardless of political affiliation.

Appendix: The Partisan Ties of the Center for Tech and Civic Life

The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) was founded in 2012 by Tiana Epps-Johnson, Whitney May, and  Donny Bridges. All three remain the group’s leaders, and all three  worked together for years at the New Organizing Institute, a 501(c)(4) or “dark money” nonprofit whose partisanship is beyond dispute. The institute was described by the Washington Post as  “the Democratic Party’s Hogwarts for digital wizardry.” It trained  activists, campaign staffers, and nonprofit employees so they could  conduct voter outreach via email lists and social media ads, spread  online video content, and produce eye-catching online messaging.

The Post reported that the institute was created because  Democratic Party operatives wanted their field workers to be trained in  the digital techniques perfected by the 2012 Obama presidential  campaign, in hopes of giving a lasting advantage to Democrats.  “Graduates of NOI’s boot camp,” the Post wrote, are “subtly  influencing the tone and the strategy of hundreds of campaigns and  nonprofits at every scale.” While “political technology tends to make  the most difference on the margins,” still, “in the aggregate, all that  nudging can add up.”

The institute was co-founded by Judith Freeman, a long-time  strategist for the Democratic Party and allied organizations. In 2004,  Freeman worked for M+R Strategic Services and on then-Senator John  Kerry’s (D-MA) presidential campaign. In 2005, Freeman began serving as a  senior political strategist for the AFL-CIO labor union federation and  co-founded New Organizing Institute. In 2008, Freeman worked as a  digital field director for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. From  2004 to 2015, Freeman served as president of New Organizing Institute.

In 2013, Ethan Roeder became the executive director of New Organizing  Institute. Roeder had served as a voter file manager and the national  data manager for Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign. While the Center for Tech and Civic Life today may have a few members  of its governing and advisory boards with Republican affiliations, its  leading donors and partner organizations lean exclusively to the left.  No conservative-leaning donor, individual or institutional, is ever  known to have supported its work, but it has received grants from the  left-of-center Rockefeller Brothers Fund,  a significant supporter of the Iranian nuclear deal brokered by  President Obama and ended by President Trump, and it has received at  least $690,000 from the Democracy Fund, a foundation controlled by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar, who is a primary funder of numerous NeverTrump political efforts.

On its “Key Funders and Partners” web page, the Center for Tech and  Civic Life credits these organizations as having “supported” its work:

Capital Research Center has documented the left-wing ideology and sometime-partisanship of these groups. For instance, Rock the Vote in 2014, ahead of the midterm elections, released an advertisement  featuring celebrities encouraging young people to vote for  left-progressive agenda items like abortion rights, and in 2019 it  circulated a petition in support of abolishing the Electoral College.  Its president, Carolyn DeWitt, formerly served as a project manager at  the 2012 Democratic National Convention. Its board co-chair Amanda Brown  Lierman is the former political and organizing director of the  Democratic National Committee. Board co-chair Frank Smith is a senior political advisor to the George Soros–founded donor group Democracy Alliance, a  political consultant for the Blue Impact Network, and has been involved  with multiple political campaigns, including two presidential  candidacies.

Similarly, the Women Donors Network directs money only to left-of-center organizations. Working with other  left-wing donor networks, it launched the Emergent Fund project as a  response to President Trump’s election in 2016. The fund’s grantee ItTakesRoots says it “organized direct actions within the first 100 days of the Trump  presidency. This included the Women’s March and Climate March.” The  Women’s Donors Network has been a client of the left-wing political  consultancy Democracy Partners, a highly controversial firm best known for firing Bob Creamer and Scott Foval shortly before the 2016 election, when videos surfaced that suggested  their work for the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign included  improperly coordinating between the campaign and multiple supposedly  “independent” activist groups, and also training persons, sometimes  mentally ill, to produce chaos at Trump rallies.

The Voting Information Project, like CTCL itself, is funded by NeverTrump stalwart Pierre Omidyar. The Project’s parent organization, Democracy Works, also receives funding from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (itself a CTCL funder) and George Soros’s Open Society philanthropies.  It is best known for increasing voter registration among  Democratic-leaning constituencies like college students. In this work,  it partners with universities as well as with left-leaning companies  like Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Amazon.

Until then, their surrogates and assets here in the USA and working with our own banks and intelligence community, also populated with satanic globalists, are working very hard indeed to ensure that every single court case brought by the White House is denied and dismissed.

Are the supremes going to do these all onesy or shotgun them all in a sweeping decision. Or, like every single other judicial body so far, dismiss or recuse themselves from the fight.
