Look What’s Being Protested NOW! Why Hurricane Irma of course!
By Chad Prather
So much for being a productive part of society! I’d rather protest!
One group in St Petersburg, FL has decided that they need to host a very big protest on September 8 for an important cause. Based on a Facebook event invitation over 6800 people have responded with interest in attending.
So for the next few days there’s a chance that you might see liberal snowflakes falling from the sky holding tightly to their protest signs as Hurricane Irma scatters their bodies all over the eastern seaboard.
The Facebook event can be seen here!

Our Spiritual World: Revelation 12, creating awareness
Our Spiritual World: Revelation 12, creating awareness: Understanding comes from knowledge
In Dade county, Miami area, if you are an illegal alien with an outstanding warrant, sheriffs says he WILL NOT ARREST YOU. Only US citizens will be arrested. Announced today...
And to top it off, the chief sheriff says they intend to scavenge shelters from the storms for citizen with warrants - illegals will be let go, tossed back into the city, to commit more crimes.
What this tells those seeking shelter from the storm and who may have an unpaid parking ticket is to NOT seek shelter, as shelters DEMAND A PHOTO ID FOR ADMITTANCE, UNLESS YOU ARE ILLEGAL, THAN IT'S OKAY.
How many people will drown and die because of this policy.
Hard to believe this is America.
------
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd is threatening to jail wanted people seeking shelter due to Hurricane Irma.
The sheriff, who is known for his outspoken comments, made the threat in a series of posts to Twitter.
“If you go to a shelter for #Irma and you have a warrant, we'll gladly escort you to the safe and secure shelter called the Polk County Jail,” Judd tweeted to his nearly 66,000 followers on Twitter.
Judd also posted that officers would be at every shelter checking IDs and that sex offenders and sex predators would not be allowed inside.
When checking IDs, if an officer sees that someone has a warrant, that person will be taken into custody, Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Carrie Horstman said.
Horstman added officers don't have a way of seeing what crime the warrant is for, so it’s possible those with non-violent misdemeanor offenses could be arrested.
“Officers are legally obligated to take a person into custody if they have a warrant,” she said.
Judd said in preparation for the hurricane, fugitives should turn themselves into the jail because “it’s a secure location.”
Horstman said the posts were made ahead of the storm to give people ample time to prepare.
“We cannot and we will not have innocent children in a shelter with sexual offenders and predators. Period,” Judd posted to his Twitter, @PolkCoSheriff.
Horstman said since there’s a possibility children will be in the shelters, sex offenders and sex predators are not allowed inside. She said they had a similar policy during the 2004 hurricane season. It’s unclear if any arrests were made at shelters due to warrants.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida said Judd should “focus on preparing for Irma, not burnishing your Joe Arpaio-style 'tough cop' credentials with irresponsible tweets.”
Arpaio, a former sheriff in Arizona, was found guilty of criminal contempt after denying a court order to halt stopping immigrants because of suspicion they were in the country illegally. He was pardoned by President Donald Trump last month.
The nonprofit says most people with outstanding warrants are low-level offenders and pose no threat in a shelter.
Judd’s comments “send the message that these individuals must choose between facing a natural disaster without aid and shelter or going to jail over things like unpaid traffic tickets,” a statement from ACLU reads.
Asked if supported Judd’s actions, Gov. Rick Scott said, “I haven’t seen that. My expectation is that everyone needs to follow the evacuation orders and get to safety. I’d have to look at exactly what was said.’’
Horstman said undocumented immigrants will not be affected by the policy. She also said that the policy will help the county keep a log at the shelter, which she said is important during a natural disaster.
“We aren't sitting there looking for people to arrest,” she said “We are sitting there to keep people safe.”
But State Representative Carlos Smith said the practice of checking IDs of evacuees seeking refuge unfairly targeted undocumented immigrants.
“The message has already been received by the 18,000 undocumented persons in Polk County,” Smith said. “This is not the message we need to be sending out with a disaster upon us.”
Smith added that if anyone in Polk County felt threatened to go to shelters in Polk County, “they can absolutely come to Orange County and Orlando.”
When asked about Judd’s statements, Attorney General Pam Bondi said she was not familiar with them, but she said no one should be turned away from shelters.
“I hope that we’re a compassionate state and that we take in anyone” who needs to evacuate, Bondi said.
Smith said Bondi can do more than “hope.”
“She can demand it …. She needs to make that clear,” Smith said.
Some Twitter users accused Judd of discouraging people from going to shelters, which could lead to injuries or death.
The Sheriff’s Office says the effort will allow residents to feel the shelters are safe and spur more turnout, Horstman said.
“We hope it actually leads to more people turning themselves in,” she said.

ISIS Urges Supporters To Poison Food At US Grocery Stores with CYANIDE
BUT OF COURSE, THAT'S OKAY, BECAUSE THESE POOR DREAMERS JIHADIS WHO TAKE PAYING JOBS FROM WHITEY ARE A GOOD THING, RIGHT?
WHITEY GOTTA GO...
After urging its supporters in the west to turn cars into weapons, guidance that inspired terror attacks in the UK, Spain and France, ISIS is now calling for sympathizers to poison the food in US supermarkets with cyanide, according to SITE.
In recent days, channels associated with the terrorist army have
posted calls for attacks on Europe, Russia and the United States to mark
the occasion of the Islamic "Sacrifice Feast" Eid al Adha. In the third
part of an English-language series on jihad, IS advised would-be
attackers to inject food for sale in markets with cyanide poison.
According to Spiesa, the organization has tested these methods on prisons, causing horrifically painful deaths.

In other Islamic State news, a convoy of 17 buses carrying Islamic State terrorists and their families has been stranded in the Syrian desert since Thursday as the US, Russia, and Syria debate its fate: attack the convoy or allow it to pass?
In an unusual deal, the convoy of Islamic State fighters and their families was allowed to exit their contested stronghold along the Syrian-Lebanese border under the watch of the Lebanese and Syrian armies and Hezbollah after being defeated. As first announced by Hezbollah's Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah in a speech Monday night, the deal involved the transportation of 26 wounded and 308 ISIS fighters, along with 331 civilian family members via buses and ambulances to Syria's eastern province.

The images of the convey of terrorists helplessly stranded in the desert is perhaps the biggest blow to their propaganda.
At the same time, the group is struggling for relevance with a resurgent Al Qaeda, which is encouraging supporters to sabotage trains and other public infrastructure in the US – specifically the New York City subway.

half these jihadis are white...whitey killing whitey, the satanist way |
“The Islamic State group used prisoners as “human guinea pigs,” carrying out chemical weapons experiments in order to plan for attacks against the West, documents found in Mosul have revealed. The papers detailing the tests, which led to the agonizing deaths of prisoners, were discovered at Mosul University in January when it was recaptured by Iraqi special forces. The documents verified by United States and British forces were detailed by The Times in a report published Saturday.Aside from the obvious death toll, we imagine that a terror attack in an American grocery store would annihilate billions in grocery stock market cap, adding to the industry’s Whole Foods Market-inspired woes. Investors who once saw grocers as an oasis in the troubled retail sector are increasingly balking now that Amazon has promised to use sensors and automation to save on staffing costs and undercut rivals on pricing. And the terror threats won’t help.
Prisoners had their food and water contaminated by the sprinkling of chemicals found in easily accessible pesticides. The US and Britain now fear that the same methods could be used on a larger scale to contaminate food supplies in the West.”

Since last week, the police, sheriffs, and other Law enforcement have been forcing those who are out in watercraft and rescuing people and SAVING LIVES, from doing so. If the boaters/rescuers do not comply, they are arrested and their property is asset seized on the spot.
“We were there to provide help to the people of hurricane Harvey. Was
using the swamp buggies to take supplies and water to the people that
did not leave their homes. Things like diapers, some food, water, baby
wipes. We were able to go places that boats and most vehicles could not.
End result we were still asked to leave.” from a man who was kicked out of an area with families still on the roofs. AT GUNPOINT. They actually pointed their guns at him.
He went near there several hours later, than a day later, and the families were still on the roofs. The police nor government was providing no food, water, or rescue to the hundreds of families he could see. Only a police officer with a shotgun standing guard at a place where the water had receded slightly was there...
TO MAKE SURE NO ONE HELPED THESE PEOPLE.
The man said he could hear the screams and cries of the people calling out to him, but the deputy just laughed and laughed.
They are a cult of death, these satanists. A cult of death.

Evil in the Last Days
2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, FALSE accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
8Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all [men], as theirs also was.

Twitter Bans Christian Mom for Calling Out Teen Vogue’s Push of Underage Sodomy
Remember this nasty mutant hag? The lesbian witch that decides fashion and articles for VOGUE? Is it any wonder young ladies are assaulted with the worst kind of depravity ever in their fashion mags? And what does twitter do? ban the concerned mother and allow the nastiess, depraved content by the sickest men and women on earth including pictures and detailed blatherings about sexual abominations.
It's staggers the mind what lesbians get up to. When they go on weekend trips, apparently lesbians carry the SPECIAL SUITCASE with all the gear that ends up in places never meant to receive such things.
But heavens no, let's not ban that crap. Doesn't matter that VOGUE is outright aiming this at children, the articles and cover pages outright say for young women and children in the header.
And here is one of the beasts that make it all happen.
In July, Teen Vogue published a “tutorial” for its young readers on how to have anal sex. The article by “sex educator” Gigi Engle was titled “Anal Sex: What You Need to Know,” and featured instructions on the dos and don’ts of consensual sodomy—never mentioning the fact that many of the magazine’s readers are under the legal age of consent.
“This is anal 101, for teens, beginners, and all inquisitive folk,” Engle wrote, describing anal sex as “a perfectly natural way to engage in sexual activity.”
Among other helpful advice, Engle offered counsel regarding which lube to use and instructed her young readers how to insert sex toys into their butts to “warm up” for “larger objects.”
She also advised them to get over their natural abhorrence with coming in contact with someone else’s “poop.”
“You are entering a butthole,” she wrote. “It is where poop comes out. Expecting to do anal play and see zero poop isn’t particularly realistic. It’s NOT a big deal. Everyone poops. Everyone has a butt.”
On her Twitter account, Grace Johnston mocked the editor of Teen Vogue for allowing the irresponsible piece to be published, sarcastically congratulating him for having received an award from The Advocate, which describes itself as “the world’s leading LGBT news source.”

In response, Twitter punished Johnston by suspending her account for 12 hours, provided she remove the offending Tweet, warning her that the tweet violated its user “rules” which forbid harassment and abuse.

On her website, Johnston called out Twitter for its hypocrisy, noting how plenty of “hateful” material is regularly posted without censorship, whereas a Christian mother’s honest concern over an article that is physically and spiritually damaging to children is singled out as being worthy of a suspension.
“Of course, actual videos of children being abused can be found on Twitter. But calling out an editor for promoting teen sodomy is worth a suspension?” Johnston posted on her website.
“Conservatives and Christians who love our country and our fellow man must get louder and bolder than ever, pushing back against Silicon Valley’s draconian censorship of truth,” she said in a statement to the Christian Post.
This is not Johnston’s first battle with the powerful overlords of social media.
In February, Facebook froze her account for several days because of comments she had made about the immorality of homosexuality. In her post, Johnston only cited verses from the Bible and did not directly attack any individual.
“It would be one thing if Facebook said, ‘We’re liberals. This is our page and we can do whatever we want. It’s our property.’ I would appreciate that at least they were being honest and transparent,” Johnston said.
After suspending her page three times, Facebook finally apologized to Johnston and reinstated her account after coming under heavy fire from the media.

The Twitter police have suspended a popular Christian blogger for criticizing a Teen Vogue editor who published an article encouraging teens to have anal sex.

The article by “sex educator” Gigi Engle was titled “Anal Sex: What You Need to Know,” and featured instructions on the dos and don’ts of consensual sodomy—never mentioning the fact that many of the magazine’s readers are under the legal age of consent.

‘Americans Are Dreamers Too’
DACA does nothing but allow cheap labor to come in replace Americans and their ability to earn a living wage, which is what the devils want. Endless poverty.
How can any American support a program that steals from its own citizens, their ability to raise their children and pay the bills, as DACA does.
And all these pictures of children being denied. BULLSHITE. DACA only affects illegals OVER THE AGE OF 18 - NOT MINOR CHILDREN.
You are being lied to. again and again again, by the satanic left.

DACA is a work permit program that offers non-citizens who came here illegally to take jobs that would otherwise likely go to Americans citizens, a fact that is getting lost in the outrage.

work permit program that offers non-citizens who came here illegally to

that is getting lost in the outrage. (RELATED: Ending DACA Puts America First)
But a few interesting responses to the DACA scrapping have acknowledged that Dreamers are taking jobs from Americans — and that’s a good thing, apparently.
Former Mexican President Vicente Fox sent out two tweets last week on the matter. The first claimed, “.@realDonaldTrump, you’re killing the real American dream! DACA is fundamental for a successful America, what’s the point of ending it?”
The next tweet was more threatening. “.@realDonaldTrump Minorities will soon be the majority, and remember: we’re stronger together. Get it? You can’t trump the dream,” Fox said.
The two tweets offer two different arguments for keeping DACA. The first is that our economy depends on non-citizen laborers who came here illegally, and to remove their protection would destroy America’s prosperity.
It’s an odd argument for a foreign political leader to make, especially one whose country would be taking in the most Dreamers if they left the U.S. Shouldn’t Fox be excited that Mexico will get all this great talent that the American economy depends on to survive?
The truth is that Fox’s nation looks to its citizens working in America to send back remittance payments to boost the Mexican economy. His argument, looked at closely, is all about promoting the interests of the Mexican economy, not ours.
He doesn’t care that Dreamers take jobs away from American citizens. Citizens aren’t a big source for remittance payments like illegal immigrants are.
DACA is important to Mexico because it is a foot in the door for legalizing more of their citizens, who will then be able to send more money back to the home country without fear of deportation.
Fox’s second statement argues that ending DACA will alienate minority constituencies that will eventually be the majority of the country. In the future, these aggrieved groups will try to get payback on Trump voters for this terrible offense.
This vision doesn’t sound like a diverse America will be a very tolerant and loving place. But Fox’s tweet is only a blunter expression of the rhetoric deployed against Republicans who resist embracing amnesty.
Democrats, always genuinely concerned for the electoral fortunes of the GOP, have repeated ad nauseam that Republicans will never win elections unless they let in more immigrants who show no sign of any interest in GOP policies. But surely some will vote red when they get legalized, so the flawed argument goes.
Fox’s real argument is that these Dreamers are future Democratic voters and you better not make them angry. It’s a stance worth assessing for all the Republicans who think ending DACA is bad. Helping them become citizens ensures the GOP slides into electoral oblivion, according to Fox’s logic.
Both of the former Mexican president’s tweets don’t really help the cause of the Dreamers if examined with a skeptical eye. However, the argument that America’s economy somehow depends on illegal immigrants receiving protection from deportation is shared by corporate powerhouses.
Several corporate executives, including Apple CEO Tim Cook and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, signed a letter last week demanding Trump keep DACA. “Dreamers are vital to the future of our companies and our economy,” the letter declared. “With them, we grow and create jobs. They are part of why we will continue to have a global competitive advantage.”
The unintended message of the letter is that corporations prefer foreign labor over that of citizen workers. For companies with a depressing record of standing up for the First Amendment rights of Americans, it seems rather fitting that these corporations would go to the mat for the rights of illegal immigrants to continue working for them at lower wages. (RELATED: Corporations Remain The Biggest Threat To Free Speech)
Corporate America desires for an unrestricted influx of immigrants — whether it is legal or illegal — in order to get cheap labor. They claim it is vital for “our economy” because it means they don’t have to meet the wage demands of American citizens. More profits for them, fewer jobs for Americans.
The commitment to DACA by corporations is just another reaffirmation of their dedication to woke consumerism, and this one position directly benefits their bottom line. By stressing this issue so much, corporations are in effect saying that they do not care about the interests of Americans citizens. (RELATED: Corporations Now Push Woke Consumerism)
Their demand for cheap foreign labor is more important.
The outrage over DACA has only started, and in the coming days we are guaranteed to be inundated with claims Trump is going to tear eight year olds from their mothers’ arm and the economy is about to collapse without Dreamers.
In the upcoming cacophony of cries and shrieks, it’s worth looking at the real motivations for keeping DACA. For failed Mexican presidents and corporations, the concern for Dreamers isn’t so noble.

In the upcoming cacophony of cries and shrieks, it’s worth looking at the real motivations for keeping DACA. For failed Mexican presidents and corporations, the concern for Dreamers isn’t so noble.

La Tuna Cyn fire, Sunland area - remember firemen making 300,00.00 a year wear YELLOW. The guys in red, prisoners WHO ONLY GET A DOLLAR A DAY, are used to get in close to the fire and take all the risks. SO thank the prisoners, they're the ones who have to go into blaze areas, while the highly paid guys in yellow stay back with the fire trucks where it is safe.

The Online Shills
The Online Shill
Shill Definition (In this context): A persona engaged
in hidden, deceptive marketing, propaganda, disinformation or social
influence (i.e agenda pushing). The shill attempts to sell products or
influence people to act in a certain manner, by personally posting
information, lies, fake stories and opinions on public forums with the
pretense of sincerity, when in fact he/it is a bot or being paid for his
services. He may also do other activities to steer the thoughts of
readers in a particular direction, or away from certain topics, such as
attack other posters to discredit them or distract from the conversation
with sex or perversions. Typical behavior includes using multiple
accounts (sockpuppets) and/or bot software to control other accounts
(note that this differs from the automated bots seen in the links
below). Using multiple accounts a shill will actually speak to itself to
gain a reputation in the group or message board by showing a respectful
discourse even in a disagreement or argue with itself by playing good
shill and bad shill. In the case of the latter it's often used to make
the bad shill look dumb , hateful and abusive. In this way the good
shill will be the hero and then start slipping disinfo into the
conversation. This tactic is also used for black propaganda as is common
with the satanist shills.

"Ole Miss Goes Bananas": Dear Parents, How's This For A $40K A Year Education?
when crazy is endorsed by big money, big media, and education nitwits, you get this kind of stupidity.
What new college campus PC outrage could top ESPN's decision to remove an Asian announcer named Robert Lee from calling a UVA game? One might reasonably think, impossible! But campus snowflakes have done it again, and this time it's a single discarded banana peel which sent a college fraternity event hosting campus "leaders" into meltdown and general panic.
As one prominent columnist put it, "Ole Miss Goes Bananas" - we truly wish this was merely an over the top parody featured in The Onion, but unfortunately the triggered victims' tears are all to real. The Daily Mississippian broke the story this week, which quickly went viral:

The offending fruit peel in question.
That's right, a random discarded fruit peel ultimately led to the cancellation of an entire weekend event "designed to build leaders" which instead ended in "tears and frustration" as organizers “didn’t feel safe”. And then of course came the inevitable university action plans, flurry of letters exchanged, and sensitivity meetings. Bleary-eyed and shaken students had to text friends and family to come pick them up early (sounds like Kindergarten carpool pick-up time). The Daily Mississippian continues:
Makala McNeil, the student who blamed "white journalists" for wrongly framing the story, subsequently wrote an editorial which provided emotional play-by-play recounting the moment the discarded banana peel was noticed:
Rod Dreher, writing at The American Conservative magazine, summarized the whole episode best:

As one prominent columnist put it, "Ole Miss Goes Bananas" - we truly wish this was merely an over the top parody featured in The Onion, but unfortunately the triggered victims' tears are all to real. The Daily Mississippian broke the story this week, which quickly went viral:
This weekend, leaders from Ole Miss Greek life convened upon Camp Hopewell in Lafayette County for a three-day retreat designed to build leaders and bring campus closer together. The retreat was cut short Saturday night, however, after three black students found a banana peel in a tree in front of one of the camp’s cabins.
The students shared what they found with National Pan-Hellenic Council leaders, sparking a day’s worth of camp-wide conversation surrounding symbolism, intended or not. In the midst of the open and sometimes heated discussion, senior accounting major Ryan Swanson said he put the banana peel in the tree when he could not find a trashcan nearby.
Alexa Lee Arndt, interim director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, said she was one of the only university staff members acting in an administrative capacity at the weekend retreat. Monday afternoon, she sent a letter to all campus chapter presidents, council officers and chapter advisers, confirming the incident and outlining the university’s plans. As the story went national by the end of week, and with the original Daily Mississippian report garnering 100,000 views, one event organizer accused the media of racism, writing that she “understood the potential pitfalls of allowing white journalists to write our story.” Perhaps this is the one good thing about this story: columnists generally laughed at the ordeal, and some national media headlines which attempted to frame the story objectively still came off sounding like parodies - all of which naturally led to further triggering at Ole Miss. Take for instance The Washington Times story, titled University of Mississippi event cut short over discarded banana peel. Nothing really more needs to be said beyond this succinct (and elegantly absurd) headline, yet the effected students persist in their demands to be taken seriously.
“To be clear, many members of our community were hurt, frightened, and upset by what occurred at IMPACT … Because of the underlying reality many students of color endure on a daily basis, the conversation manifested into a larger conversation about race relations today at the University of Mississippi,” Arndt wrote in the letter acquired by The DM.
...Katrina Caldwell, vice chancellor for diversity and community engagement, said her office was asked to put a plan together to handle the weekend’s incident on campus.
Makala McNeil, the student who blamed "white journalists" for wrongly framing the story, subsequently wrote an editorial which provided emotional play-by-play recounting the moment the discarded banana peel was noticed:
As we approached the cabin, she abruptly stopped. Her eyes widened. Her jaw dropped. She frantically pointed at a tree, exclaiming, “Look! Look! In the tree!” It was a banana, dangling from a limb. But McNeil goes on to acknowledge the central question at the heart of the entire non-event while still defending her right to be triggered: could it really be that a student merely threw out a banana peel after innocently consuming the banana? She writes:
My heart dropped instantly. I began to scan the area around us to see if we were in any immediate harm. Once we realized we were alone, questions started flying: “Was this here this morning?” “There’s no coincidence that this happened right after we just got done talking about race, right?”
Regardless whether last weekend’s incident was an honest mistake or a malicious threat, our response as black Greeks at the University of Mississippi was valid and authentic, especially given the present state of race relations in our country and at our university.Apparently eating bananas can now only be classified as an "honest mistake" or "malicious threat". Senior Ryan Swanson confessed to having discarded the peel after the "triggered" students asked who did it in a group session before the event was canceled. Swanson said he simply didn't see a trashcan and flung the peel into the tree. He issued a lengthy apology. But we do sincerely hope for his sake the snowflake mob at Ole Miss doesn't now try to ruin his life.
Rod Dreher, writing at The American Conservative magazine, summarized the whole episode best:
"So let me get this straight. Three black students freaked out because they saw a banana peel in a tree while at a mixed-race fraternity-sorority retreat. The entire retreat ground to a halt so everybody could sit around and emote about the banana peel. A frat boy confessed that he had tossed the peel into the tree because he couldn’t find a trash can — then he promptly abased himself for having committed an offense against racial correctness. The freakout got even freakier, with some black students saying they didn’t feel “safe”. Because of a banana peel. Then the entire retreat was cancelled, and now it’s going to be a campus-wide Thing at Ole Miss. Over a banana peel a frat boy threw into a tree because he couldn’t find a trash can."And more from Dreher: "This idiot country is losing its damn mind. Our universities are training students to be total neurotics. If you are an actual adult who wails and gnashes her teeth at the sight of a banana peel, you ought to question whether you are mature enough for college. And if you are an actual adult who lacks the spine to tell students who freak out over banana peels to grow up, you ought to question whether you might be Stuart Smalley."

This hideous priestess of the Satanic Church is also the single most powerful woman in the world when it comes to women's fashions. Picture's worth a thousand words, isn't it. |
Makes sense...doesn't it...why women's mags - all following VOGUE'S lead - are filled with the worst kind of man-hating bile, while celebrating a body image for women that makes them tattoo covered, metal demon piercing everywhere, and NLP'ing the readers into a nasty descent into woman on woman sexual exploration and family abandonment.

That’s an objective selection from among so many similar photographs that I’m thoroughly amazed no person has yet explained to her the myriad and extensive errors piled upon her already challenging visage. Maybe she fared better in her youth, but…

Violent fascist cop, breaking state and federal laws regarding seizing blood without a warrant or consent of patient, beats up tiny helpless nurse in parking lot after he dragged her outside in cuffs, by her hair.
The man they wanted a blood sample from WAS THE VICTIM of a hit and run, not the perp.
The new laws are, "whatever they make up, is the law" It doesn't matter of they would arrest you and imprison you for YEARS FOR DOING EXACTLY THE SAME THING. WHEN THEY DO IT - AND THEY DO IT ALOT, LIKE EVERY SINGLE DAY ALL OVER THE COUNTRY - NOTHING HAPPENS TO THEM.
Via The Daily Bell
But none of these legal facts stopped the police from placing the nurse under arrest.
Wubbles was handcuffed and placed in a police vehicle for hours, threatened, beaten, and extorted to give in to performing an illegal blood test on a accident victim in a coma.
“Is this patient under arrest?” Alex Wubbles asks the officer, being instructed by legal counsel on the phone.
“Nope,” the officer says.
“Do you have an electronic warrant?” She asks, searching for a way to legally comply with the officers.
“No,” The officer admits bluntly, getting annoyed.
The
police did not have a warrant. The police did not have probable cause.
The man was not under arrest. The unconscious patient could not consent.
The
nurse, Alex, printed out the hospital’s policy which the Salt Lake City
Police Department agreed to. She showed it to the officers. She clearly
and calmly listed the three things which would allow her to give the
police the blood sample: a warrant, patient consent, or a patient under
arrest.
The police had none of these things.
“Okay,
so I take it, without those in place, I am not going to get blood?” The
Officer Jeff Payne is heard saying behind his body cam.
The legal counsel on the phone tries to tell the officer not to blame the messenger, and that he is making a big mistake.
Then, the officer attacks the nurse, Alex Wubbles. He drags her outside, and handcuffs her, while she cries.
“What is going on?!” She says exasperated, wondering why they are doing this to her.
She
couldn’t just break the hospital policy and put her job in jeopardy
because some police officers illegally told her to. She couldn’t simply
collude with the lawbreakers–the police–and illegally hand over a blood
sample on behalf of an unconscious patient.
That would have opened her up to lawsuits and job loss.
The
officers were, in fact, breaking the law. They had no legal right to
demand blood from an unconscious patient who could not consent.
The
man they wanted blood from was a truck driver who had struck a vehicle
being pursued by the police. It is unclear why they would even need a
blood sample from the victim.
But none of these legal facts stopped the police from placing the nurse under arrest.
Wubbles was handcuffed and placed in a police vehicle. She was never actually charged.
You could chalk this up to one crazy officer, Detective Jeff Payne with the Salt Lake City Police.
But
then his supervisor showed up to the scene. While the nurse was
handcuffed in the cruiser, the supervisor started to lecture her.
“There
are civil remedies,” he said, telling her she should have broken the
law when the officer told her to. Of course, this ignored the fact that
she would have been caught up in the civil action against the officers!
It’s
like an episode of the Twilight Zone as the Supervisor lies and says
the nurse was obstructing justice. All the nurse wanted was a warrant
signed by a judge, the legal requirement to execute a search! And yet
not just Officer Payne, but his Supervisor insist that she should have
given them what they wanted, without a warrant.
Listening
to the Supervisor’s justification is a real trip. He repeatedly says,
things like, “If you already have a sample, we can just go get a
warrant, but all I’m hearing is no, no, no.”
SJWs Discover New Way To Get Offended: ‘Invisibility Microaggressions’
The whole SJW meme and agenda is completely without logic, sense, and is the most satanic and fascist reality yet to exist on earth. It gets weirder and weirder by the day.
Ian Miles Cheong
Contributor
In social justice jargon, a “microaggression” is when someone — say a white person — asks an Asian person where they’re from. While the question isn’t offensive in and of itself, the act of asking a person who may get the same question repeatedly throughout the week can be annoying and therefore offensive.
Campus Reform reported on Thursday that a recent study by two professors, Jasmine Mena, who teaches psychology at Bucknell University, and Annemarie Vaccaro of the University of Rhode Island, claim that they are the first academics to discover that “invisibility” is a form of microaggressions not previously described in feminist academia.
“There is a growing body of literature that suggests invisibility is a common form of exclusion — or microaggression,” Mena and Vaccaro say. “However, no studies have focused deeply on the ways women faculty and staff experience invisibility microaggressions on college campuses.”
The two professors interviewed 13 non-white women at “predominantly white institutions” and found five different forms of “invisibility microaggressions.” Three were “environmental” and two were “interpersonal.”
Publishing their findings in the NASPA Journal About Women In Higher Education on Aug. 29, the professors claim that the environment-based “invisibility microaggressions” occur when they are “among the few, or only” non-whites in a workplace or communal context.
Meanwhile, interpersonal “invisibility microaggressions” are said to hinder non-white people in “everyday work roles” because their ethnicity or gender is being ignored or because they don’t see other non-white people there.
The participants reported “campus invisibility,” where non-white faculty members say they experienced invisibility for being one of the few non-white faculty members on campus.
Unlike regular microaggressions, which require at least two parties for them to occur, invisibility microaggressions only needs for one person to feel invisible in an environment. A lone black person among a sea of white faces could qualify as one of these invisibility microaggressions — especially if he or she isn’t singled out for being black. But if that happens, then it can possibly be a macroaggression.
The professors say that the only way to deal with invisibility microaggressions is for campuses and workplaces to single out minorities and shower them with positive attention, to make them feel less invisible.
Rather than commend them on the merits of their work like any other employee, the professors suggest deliberately selecting non-white women for high-profile awards and celebrate them on alumni magazines, newsletters, and other materials.
The professors also recommend that campus leaders “must be especially vigilant in considering and recommending Women of Color for leadership roles.”
