Fukushima: suicide so that others may live

A group of elderly Japanese engineers are prepared to come out of retirement to fix the Fukushima nuclear power plant for their final mission.

By Danielle Demetriou in Tokyo 7:00AM BST 25 May 2011
More than 160 nuclear and civil engineers over the age of 60 are planning to set up a Skilled Veterans Corps to assist restoring control over crucial cooling functions at the tsunami-hit nuclear power plant.

Decades of professional engineering expertise combined with a desire to protect younger workers from radiation exposure have united the elderly workers in a desire to help fix the plant.

The idea was masterminded by Yasuteru Yamada, 72, a retired engineer formerly working in plant construction, who was alarmed by reports of young subcontractors, some unskilled in this field, undertaking the high-risk work.

"We shouldn't leave the work only to young engineers," he said. "Young people, especially those who have children in future, should not be exposed to radiation." More than 1,000 people, including young subcontractors, are currently working in sensitive conditions at Fukushima in an on-going bid to restore control at the damaged six-reactor plant.

Under the new proposal, an independent body of skilled engineers over the age of 60 would be authorised by the government to take over ground work restoring cooling systems alongside Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), which operates the plant.

9/11 WTC Employee Discusses pre 9/11 Power downs

Texas politicians knew agency hid the amount of radiation in drinking water

HOUSTON— Newly-released e-mails from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality show the agency’s top commissioners directed staff to continue lowering radiation test results, in defiance of federal EPA rules.

The e-mails and documents, released under order from the Texas Attorney General to KHOU-TV, also show the agency was attempting to help water systems get out of formally violating federal limits for radiation in drinking water. Without a formal violation, the water systems did not have to inform their residents of the increased health risk.

“It’s a conspiracy at the TCEQ of the highest order,” said Tom Smith, of the government watchdog group Public Citizen. “The documents have indicted the management of this commission in a massive cover-up to convince people that our water is safe to drink when it’s not.”

TEPCO: Fukushima nuclear meltdown actually occurred just 16 hours after earthquake, more meltdowns on the way

TEPCO: Fukushima nuclear meltdown actually occurred just 16 hours after earthquake, more meltdowns on the way
(NaturalNews) The truth has finally come out, as officials from the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) now admit that fuel in Reactor 1 of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex melted just 16 hours after the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit the area on March 11, 2011. When asked why it took more than two months to reveal this critical information, TEPCO officials claim that a lack of data left the company unaware of the core's true condition until only recently -- and new reports indicate that other meltdowns could soon follow.

According to a recent report from The Mainichi Daily News (MDN) in Japan, TEPCO officials recently announced that, based on new data, water levels in the pressure vessel at Reactor 1 began to drop rapidly within just a few hours after losing power at 3:30 pm on March 11. By 7:30 pm, fuel was fully exposed, and by 9 pm, reactor core temperatures reached an astounding 2,800 degrees Celsius, or 5,072 degrees Fahrenheit. And by 6:50 am the next morning, a full meltdown occurred (http://mdn.mainichi.jp/mdnnews/news...).

So for all the time that electric power was out in multiple reactors, causing the cooling systems to fail, and during the months after it was widely known that water levels were consistently dropping in Reactor 4 due to leaks, TEPCO played the ignorance card, acting as though it had no idea how serious the situation at the plant actually was. Surely the company must know, even without access to a detailed analysis, that when cooling systems fail and fuel rods become fully exposed, a meltdown is sure to follow -- even regular folks with no background in nuclear technology can put two-and-two together to figure that one out.

But apparently TEPCO thinks it can keep playing dumb, and that the world will simply believe whatever it says. This new revelation, however, proves that the company is greatly underestimating the fallout from the situation at best, and deliberately hiding the truth at worst. Either way, the situation is far more dire than we have all been led to believe.

"[TEPCO] could have assumed that when the loss of power made it impossible to cool down the reactor, it would soon lead to a meltdown of the core," said Hiroaki Koide, professor of nuclear safety engineering at Kyoto University, to MDN. "TEPCO's persistent explanation that the damage to the fuel had been limited turned out to be wrong."

And shortly after the announcement about Reactor 1, The Telegraph reported that two more Fukushima reactors may soon suffer a meltdown as well. Efforts to cool fuel in Reactors 2 and 3 have failed, and experts say that if the reactors cores have not already melted, they soon will

Aaron Bros installs spyware on rentals

PITTSBURGH — A major furniture rental chain provides its customers with computers that allow it to track keystrokes, take screenshots and even snap webcam pictures of renters using the devices at home, a Wyoming couple said in a lawsuit Tuesday.

Computer privacy experts said the firm has the right to equip its computers with software it can use to shut off the devices remotely if customers stop paying their bills, but they must be told if they're being monitored.

"If I'm renting a computer ... then I have a right to know what the limitations are and I have a right to know if they're going to be collecting data from my computer," said Annie Anton, a professor and computer privacy expert with North Carolina State University.

But the couple who sued Atlanta-based Aaron's Inc. said they had no clue the computer they rented last year was equipped with a device that could spy on them. Brian Byrd, 26, and his wife, Crystal, 24, said they didn't even realize that was possible until a store manager in Casper came to their home on Dec. 22.
The manager tried to repossess the computer because he mistakenly believed the Byrds hadn't paid off their rent-to-own agreement. When Brian Byrd showed the manager a signed receipt, the manager showed Byrd a picture of Byrd using the computer — taken by the computer's webcam.

Byrd demanded to know where the picture came from, and the manager "responded that he was not supposed to disclose that Aaron's had the photograph," the lawsuit said.

Aaron's, which bills itself as the nation's leader in the sales and lease ownership of residential furniture, consumer electronics and home appliances, said the lawsuit was meritless. It said it respects its customers' privacy and hasn't authorized any of its corporate stores to install the software described in the lawsuit.

Byrd told The Associated Press by telephone the day before the suit was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Erie that he believes the store manager showed him the picture because he "was just trying to throw his weight around and get an easy repossession."

That's when the Byrds contacted police, who, their attorney said, have determined the image was shot with the help of spying software, which the lawsuit contends is made by North East, Pa.-based Designerware LLC and is installed on all Aaron's rental computers. Designerware is also being sued.

"It feels like we were pretty much invaded, like somebody else was in our house," Byrd told the AP. "It's a weird feeling, I can't really describe it. I had to sit down for a minute after he showed me that picture."

Aaron's, which also manufactures furniture and bedding, said it believes that none of its more than 1,140 company-operated stores had used Designerware's product or had done any business with it.

Aaron's, with more than 1,800 company-operated and franchised stores in the United States and Canada, said the Byrds leased their computer from an independently owned and operated franchisee.

Tim Kelly, who said he's one of the owners of Designerware, said he wasn't aware of the lawsuit and declined to comment.

Two attorneys who are experts on the relevant computer privacy laws, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, said it's difficult to tell if either was broken, though both said the company went too far.

Peter Swire, an Ohio State professor, said using a software "kill switch" is legal because companies can protect themselves from fraud and other crimes.

"But this action sounds like it's stretching the self-defense exception pretty far," Swire said, because the software "was gathering lots of data that isn't needed for self-protection."

Further, Swire said the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act "prohibits unauthorized access to my computer over the Internet. The renter here didn't authorize this kind of access."

Fred Cate, an information law professor at Indiana University agrees that consent is required but said the real question might be: "Whose consent?"

Courts have allowed employers to record employee phone calls because the employers own the phones. Similar questions arise as digital technology becomes more omnipresent, Cate said.

"Should Google let you know they store your search terms? Should Apple let you know they store your location? Should your employer let you know 'We store your e-mail?'" Cate said.

If the Byrds' claims are true, Cate said Aaron's made an error in not notifying customers.

"We always talk about deterrence value. Well it doesn't make sense to put (the software) on there" without telling people what it can do," Cate said. "That's why we all put alarm signs in front of our houses, even if we don't have alarms."

According to the lawsuit, the PC Rental Agent product includes components soldered into the computer's motherboard or otherwise physically attached to the PC's electronics. It therefore cannot be uninstalled and can only be deactivated using a wand, the suit said.

The couple's attorney, John Robinson, of Casper, said the computer is currently in police evidence. Prosecutors in Natrona County, Wyo., did not immediately return a call about the progress of any criminal investigation.

The Byrds want the court to declare their case a class action and are seeking unspecified damages and attorneys' fees. The privacy act allows for a penalty of $10,000 or $100 per day per violation, plus punitive damages and other costs, the lawsuit said.

"Crystal gets online before she gets a shower and checks her grades," Brian Byrd said. "Who knows? They could print that stuff off there and take it home with them."

He added: "I've got a 5-year-old boy who runs around all day and sometimes he gets out of the tub running around for 20, 30 seconds while we're on the computer. What if they took a picture of that? I wouldn't want that kind of garbage floating around out there."

Osama bin fakery

photoshopped stunt for the witches sabbat of Beltaine, so their "Al Queda" can attack us for revenge. That's why they are doing it, so they can have a justifiable false-flag attack on the USA for killing a guy that's been dead since 2001 from renal failure.

The world is being conned right now and setup. Watch closely.

Princess Willamina gets married on a witches sabbat and then this in the same zone. The King rises up and prepares the stage for his world takeover. His marriage provided him with the last of his necessary royal titles to take power in England, then EU, then UN, then world. In that order. In order to achieve this feat, he must defeat the fake anti-Christ, which will be elected in the US next year. Then he will be seen as a kind of messiah, saving the world from the new Germany and evil empire, the current USA.

That's why the US has been on an 11 year rampage of world domination - as Hitler had done - to set it up for fail. This is also why our economy and dollar is being purposely tanked, so we will end up in ruins, a defeated empire, the world made safe again from emperialists.

Pay close attention.

Watch the Olympic games next year that take place on Willie's birthday. Especially the opening ceremony. It will all be laid out for you then.

Osama bin dead awhile

An image apparently showing a dead Osama bin Laden broadcast on Pakistani television and picked up by British newspaper websites is a fake.

The bloodied image of a man with matted hair and a blank, half-opened eye has been circulating on the internet for the past two years. It was used on the front pages of the Mail, Times, Telegraph, Sun and Mirror websites, though swiftly removed after the fake was exposed on Twitter.

It appears the fake picture was initially published by the Middle East online newspaper themedialine.org on 29 April 2009, with a warning from the editor that it was "unable to ascertain whether the photo is genuine or not".

A Threat to our Sovereignty and Security: A Gun Control Proposal to Keep Guns

Nthan Bradley

A Threat to our Sovereignty and Security: A Gun Control Proposal to Keep Guns

Guns are hand-held, projectile-launching devices that fire potentially lethal, metal objects with the intent of killing someone or something. They are tools used for: self-defense, enforcing the law, committing crimes varying from bank robbery to murder to the suppression of entire peoples or races (i.e. Hitler in World War Two). Like any weapon, firearms have been used for great good and grave evil. However, good people need the firearms to protect themselves from evil criminals or governments.

After national tragedies like 9-11, school shootings, and terrorist attacks, our government, equipped with its handy mass-media, has been pushing to ban the right of United States citizens to own guns of any kind; or, at least, severely restrict that right to the point where one might as well as not have them. The problem is any law that restricts the ownership of weapons in any way shape or form beyond that of what is allowed in the United States Constitution and Amendments. Whether it is the forbidding of owning a weapon, or the requirement of having it completely dismantled, banning the public’s right to own and carry firearms provides a large variety of problems to common civilians; in more ways than one.

While the banning of firearms brings the appearance of safety to the general public, it actually proposes major issues which far outweigh anything positive affects that it could bring. Citizens are coaxed into thinking that they are safer from some immediate threats when they are actually opened up to many larger, deadlier threats.

One of the first threats can be perceived through simple common sense. When a government places a prohibition on something, it creates a look-but-don’t-touch reverse psychology that will encourage people (especially adolescents) to do that much tabooed thing.

Gun-restricting laws also “make it virtually impossible for a law-abiding citizen to have a gun ready for immediate self-defense” (Viera 10). As a result, “any kind of rule limiting guns only limits honest people from getting weapons” and leaves guns up for grabs illegally by criminals (qtd. in Drogin 1). Furthermore, “most . . . guns [come] from governments, arms dealers, or crime syndicates” which readily supply the real criminals (Burnett). It could not be more simply put then the master himself (who, I might add, wrote the second amendment): "Laws that forbid the carrying of arms . . . disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed one” (Thomas Jefferson quoting Cesare Beccaria).

This issue leads to laws such as a widely debated gun restriction law in Washington D.C. where a firearm must be unloaded and dismantled if owned. In the popular Supreme Court battle of District of Columbia vs. Heller, a death was speculated at the hands of a knife-murderer. Viera, a Supreme Court judge, wonders “how, except as a club, is an individual supposed to use a handgun that is unloaded . . . to protect himself from immediate harm?” (10). He speculates further to whether the hypothetical death is at the hands of the murderer or the laws that prevented the victim from protecting himself (Viera 10).

The three-pronged problem concludes in this third step: increased crime rates. In modern day Tombstone, Arizona (where the famous 1881 shoot-out occurred), crime rates are “low by big-city standards” (Drogin 1). The fact that a large part of the populace there carries a weapon is known to discourage crime as a result of the fear of being gunned down by fellow citizens. Ben Traywick simply puts it, “If you wanted to commit a crime, would you go to a town where everyone carries a gun?” (qtd. in Drogin 1). Furthermore, (when comparing gun restrictiveness to crime rates) “Mexico has among the strictest gun control policies in the world . . . and violent crime rates are many times higher than the United States” (Burnett).

The final, most important, problem is the endangerment of the public of any government that harshly restricts gun control; because, in a magnitude far greater than any petty and/or other domestic crimes, governments are “the biggest killers of people” (Burnett n.p.). Burnett believes that the citizens of governments are most often the victims (i.e. states under Hitler, Stalin, and Mussolini) and that these governments would notably disarm the targeted group before genocide, persecution, or utter extinction (Burnett n.p.). Most importantly, Burnett states in particular that “they [the governments] were aided by laws requiring firearms licensing and registration: in order to seize the guns” (Burnett n.p.). This is a very profound and undeniable truth. Again Thomas Jefferson states the obvious: “The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”

Even if the will of the government is benign in protecting its citizens, gun control policies often make matter worse; because when countries like Britain started enacting their laws, their violent crime rates statistically increased with every new restriction (Burnett).

The solution to all these problems (which could, often due, lead into disastrous catastrophes) is simple: gun control should by no means ever be restricted by the government; not by age nor weapon type nor criminal record nor anything else the adds or takes away from what is already written in the Second Amendment of the United States of America. In fact, I encourage mandatory ownership of at least a handgun in every household.
Why? Because whence a restriction is placed on owning weapons, it is followed my more and more until the U.S. public has nothing left (almost like modern times); these continued restrictions are often “justified” by twisted logic. If an age limit is set, it encourages the raising of that bar to unreasonable rates by the government. If guns can only be sold to those with “clean” records, it encourages forgeries and other scandals which render possibly innocent fugitives (or just ordinary citizens for that matter) defenseless against a government trying to crush them. If a limit is set on the type of firearm, the government is encouraged to reduce the public citizens to mere pistols (and they just might take that away as well). To top it all off, there should not be any restrictions beyond that of what is already written in the Second Amendment because “that [pre-constitutional] era knew no prohibitions of militiamen's possession of any type of firearms the regular army used;” meaning any citizen (or colonist in that time) could use any type of weapon that existed.

Furthermore, there should be absolutely no gun restrictions, because “In pre-constitutional times, the militia [citizen soldiers] included every able-bodied, adult, free man in every colony; and today, because of the legal emancipation of women, must include them, too” (Viera 14). It is simply our (us human beings) right to protect ourselves from any threat at any time in any way.

Having no legislation against guns may seem ludicrous to the well programmed and traumatized-by-terrorist Americans, but it will actually reduce crime rates. Switzerland, for example, has “guns [that] are deeply rooted within Swiss culture - but the gun crime rate is so low that statistics are not even kept” (BBC News). They lave gun laws that are very similar to (if not exactly) the gun control solution I have proposed.
Now, whether a government is attempting to do this or not, laws that restrict the ownership and/or usage of guns are a major problem, because these laws certainly provoke corruption or the birth of any dark agenda. EVEN IF one still feels that there is no government threat, it does not erase the facts that crime rates soar when there is restrictions on guns; Switzerland is a prime example. After that, if one still feels that these laws are still not an issue, just know that one can always rationalize anything to a sick, twisted perspective if the truth can not be handled or an agenda has to be sold.

On a final note, “nothing” was wrong in Germany or Italy while their dictators, Hitler and Mussolini, brought them out of financial crisis. Jewish people did not see it coming when, BAM! Out of nowhere, Hitler began genocide on them. Where did he start? He started by making his crimes legal within his own government.

Only the citizens of a country can perform the act of revolutionizing this needed change. If the public (particularly that of the United States) fails to stand up to its oppressors, they will be crushed, indoctrinated, and utterly controlled at the whims of whoever are in power. Thomas Jefferson, one of the great architects of the United States Constitution, believes that “Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of liberty.” Simply put, this means that you cannot hide yourself in and accept your gilded cage in exchange for your rights and freedoms! Guns are meant for the protection against two enemies: “criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first” (Jefferson). Do you love your family, friends, and nation well enough that you would stand up against a grave evil that is descending upon the United States?

Codex Alimintarius is here

Patients have lost access to hundreds of herbal medicines today, after European regulations came into force.

Sales of all herbal remedies, except for a small number of popular products for 'mild' illness such as echinacea for colds and St John's Wort for depression have been banned.
For the first time traditional products must be licensed or prescribed by a registered herbal practitioner.

Both herbal remedy practitioners and manufacturers fear they could be forced out of business as a result.
Some of the most commonly used products were saved after the Health Secretary Andrew Lansley approved a plan for the Health Professions Council to establish a register of practitioners supplying unlicensed herbal medicines.
However, many remedies were lost as it was only open to those who could afford the licensing process which costs between £80,000 to £120,000.
At least 50 herbs, including horny goat weed (so-called natural Viagra), hawthorn berry, used for angina pain, and wild yam will no longer be stocked in health food shops, says the British Herbal Medicine Association

The 2004 EU directive demands that a traditional herbal medicinal product must be shown to have been in use for 30 years in the EU – or at 15 years in the EU and 15 years elsewhere – for it to be licensed.
The UK drug safety watchdog, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Agency, has issued more than a dozen alerts in the past two years, including a warning last month over a contaminated weight loss pill called Herbal Flos Lonicerae (Herbal Xenicol) due to concerns over possible side-effects.
Mr Lansley, in a written statement, said the Government wanted to ensure continuing access to unlicensed herbal medicines via a statutory register for practitioners ‘to meet individual patient needs’.
Acupuncture falls outside the EU directive and so remains unaffected.
Prince Charles, a long-standing supporter of complementary therapies, has voiced his support for formal regulation of herbal practitioners.
Up til now the industry has been covered by the 1968 Medicines Act. This was drawn up when only a small number of herbal remedies were available.

But recent studies show that at least six million Britons have used a herbal medicine in the past two years

methyl iodide is "highly toxic"

In February 2010, the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) concluded that methyl iodide is "highly toxic," and that "any anticipated scenario for the agricultural or structural fumigation use of this agent would result in exposures to a large number of the public and thus would have a significant adverse impact on the public health." It also concluded that adequate control of the chemical in these circumstances would be "difficult, if not impossible."

On December 1, 2010, methyl iodide use was approved as a pesticide in the State of California.

It is now being used all over california on citrus orchards.

It's more than obvious that the FDA and government want us all dead and dying.

Apple Patent Reveals Extensive Stalking Plans

http://gawker.com/#!5795442/apple-patent-reveals-extensive-stalking-plans

The spying iPhone is no accident. A recent Apple patent application reveals that the location-tracking dossiers accumulated in iPhones are to be used in apps from Apple and any number of other companies.

Ronald Huang, an Apple senior engineering manager, filed patent application 12/553,554 last month, "Location histories for location aware devices," which explains how Apple can amass and use location data in the very ways Apple critics fear. The patent application, for example, envisions a searchable map plotting the owner's location history; tying location to financial transactions; transmitting location data over the internet to remote servers; and many other uses.

Apple has been enmeshed in controversy since computer researchers disclosed last month that the iPhone stores indefinitely data about its whereabouts gleaned from cell phone towers and wifi access points. The data collection started with the release of iOS 4 last June. The iPhone puts the location data in an easily read file called "consolidated.db," which is apparently never pruned for old entries.

Privacy advocates, politicians and the press have loudly raised concerns about how this extensive history of personal movements is going to be used. Senator Al Franken and Rep. Ed Markey, for example, both wrote letters to Apple demanding to know why the location dossiers are being created, and today the Illinois attorney general followed suit. The information is also collected even if the iPhone's "location services" preference is set to "off," the Wall Street Journal reported this morning.

Apple hasn't officially commented on why iPhones are compiling such a long history of information on their owners movements. But it does appear to be trying to quell the controversy. Apple CEO Steve Jobs recently sent an email to a concerned customer, writing, "We don't track anyone. The info circulating around is false." Apple has also done nothing to dispute a widely read report that a software bug is the likely reason so much data has been compiled on iPhones. And someone or something prompted the Journal to write an article earlier this month saying that Google's competing Android phones engage in similar behavior.

But Apple's patent application makes it seem highly unlikely the location gathering is due to a bug. Indeed, the company outlines big plans for the troves of data it has quietly created. Apple includes an illustration of a mapping app called simply "Location History" which very much resembles the "iPhone Tracker" application expressly designed to raise alarm bells about all the data being collected (see figure 3A and 3B in the PDF embedded below, page 4-5). The patent also spells out how the location database could be "correlated or related" to other personal information, including "but not limited to: Data associated with a picture taking event, data associated with a financial transaction, sensor output data, data associated with a communication event (e.g. receipt of a phone call or instant message), data associated with a network event.... etc." (sections 0020 and 0021, on page 9 in the PDF below).

Apple also says several time that the collected data will be transmitted to remote servers, including in section 0018, which discusses a "remote reference database," and section 0035, which discusses sharing location data with other wireless devices "or with a remote service (e.g., navigation services)." Apple has said before that such data is only shared with express user consent, although it clearly caught customers by surprise with the compilation of the iPhone location database.

The patent makes it clear that Apple has been planning an extensive, rather than a very limited, location database. One section, 0032, even spells out using data compression to reduce the amount of storage needed to store repeated visits to the same location. Elsewhere in the patent application, for example in section 0004, Apple describes the possibility of managing the size and "freshness" of the database by pruning older entries. This is listed as a possibility "in some implementations" but no hard, specific cap on data collection is ever suggested.

Clearly, Apple sees big potential in exploiting the iPhone's ability to record our every move. Now it just needs to explain to its users how far this practice will be taken, and how much consent it will seek before building up movement dossiers and before using them in its own software. Its track record on disclosure thus far is not encouraging.

Your iPhone is Watching You! New Proof-of-Concept App Shows How Your iPhone is Tracking Your Every Movement

Alasdair Allan and Pete Warden have released a new proof-of-concept application for Mac OS X that demonstrates that your iPhone is tracking your movements and recording the information. We have tested the application and it is 100% true, Apple are watching you!

Since the release of iOS 4.0 the iPhone has started storing cell-phone tower information and this information is copied to your Mac or PC when you sync your phone with iTunes. The application that Alasdair and Pete have released searches through your old sync data on your Mac and finds this cell-phone tower information and then displays it on a map, courtesy of OpenStreetMap.

How bad is this?

Other applications on your Mac can access this data.
Apple shouldn’t be collecting this information. Mobile phone operators collect tower information as part of their operations but it is private and it normally requires a court order to gain access to it. Your iPhone tower information is available to anyone who can get their hands on your phone or computer.
By passively logging your location without your permission, Apple have made it possible for anyone from a jealous spouse to a private investigator to get a detailed picture of your movements.
If you sell or exchange your iPhone the tower data might still be on the phone. My iPhone is second-hand and I have discovered that I now have a map of the movements of its previous owner going back to October 2010.

State Police can suck data out of cell phones in under two minutes

You don't want to be pulled over by the police in Michigan. When law enforcement wants half a million dollars to produce documents for a FOIA request, something is not right. And since the high-tech mobile forensic device in question can grab data in one-and-a-half minutes off more than 3,000 different cell phone models, it could be used during minor traffic violations to conduct suspicionless and warrantless searches without the phone owner having any idea that all their phone data was now in the hands of authorities.

The Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) made by Cellebrite can extract data off 95% of cell phones on the market. It can also grab GPS information from units in most vehicles. According the company's profile [PDF], the UFED is stand-alone gadget designed for "recovery and analysis" used by law enforcement, intelligence agencies, military and governments across the world in 60 different countries.

Staying healthy, protection against evil

Many ignorant people or those lost in dark paths mistakenly assume that pursuing a health conscious life modality is a wast of time and spirit. They feel or propagate the notion that it's who you are in spirit at the end of your life, not the condition of your body. Indeed.

However, choosing a healthy nutritional path has to do more with dealing with the intentional poisoning and attacks by those dark forces who control government and business, in addition to the condition of our spiritual estate. A wise soul understands this and makes sure that those under his care have this protection as well, so they can pursue a spiritual path that leads to our Father, with a safe, sane, and healthy body.

When our body is sick, diseased, dysfunctional, obese, and unable to do as designed, then we end up spending our time dealing with the various maladies, rather than focusing on love, virtues, and understanding the higher ways of God.

The satanic and lucifiric forces at work in our time have bombarded us with

chemtails, which poison us with varying toxins, pathogens, and heavy metals;

fluoridated water, which are loaded with pharmaceuticals and toxins, which further weaken our system;

poisoned and irradiated food stuffs, which provide zero nutrition and create severe disabling diseases which reduce us to drug dependent droids;

as well as many other attack vectors, all designed to weaken us, take us down, and keep us occupied with anything other than doing good, serving truth, and finding our way home.

Be wary of darksiders who attack your striving towards good heath, a clear mind, and a vibrant physical existence. Because they hate God, they also hate you, his creation. This self-loathing projected upon those who are inspired to take care of the Temple given to us by God so He can write his laws in our minds and hearts, is merely a low-grade and pathetic attack on your achieving the very goal of salvation, service, and living a healthy and loving life.

Beware of these wolves. Ignore them. See what they are.

Stay healthy. Take care of the Temple of God. And find your way home.

Oil and gas companies pumped millions of gallons of carcinogenic chemicals into U.S. water supply

Millions of gallons of potentially cancer-inducing chemicals have been pumped into the U.S. water supply by leading gas and oil companies, an investigation has revealed.

The chemicals were pumped into wells as part of a process called hydraulic fracturing to access natural gas, which needs large amounts of water and fluids injected underground at high volumes and pressure.
A report quizzed 14 different companies about the chemicals used in the process and found 29 chemicals were known or suspected human carcinogens.
They were either regulated under the Safe Drinking Water Act as risks to human health, or listed as hazardous air pollutants under the Clean Air Act.

iPhone keeps record of everywhere you go

Security researchers have discovered that Apple's iPhone keeps track of where you go – and saves every detail of it to a secret file on the device which is then copied to the owner's computer when the two are synchronised.

The file contains the latitude and longitude of the phone's recorded coordinates along with a timestamp, meaning that anyone who stole the phone or the computer could discover details about the owner's movements using a simple program.

For some phones, there could be almost a year's worth of data stored, as the recording of data seems to have started with Apple's iOS 4 update to the phone's operating system, released in June 2010.

keeping the fear pumped up - DHS

The Department of Homeland Security is dumping its often-maligned and complicated color-coded terror alert system in favor of a simpler model that enlists the social media: People sometimes will be able to get alerts on Facebook and Twitter.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will unveil the new National Terrorism Advisory System, featuring warning levels of just "imminent" and "elevated," in New York City today.

In this way, she explained, they can interrupt people's lives at the right time and get their conversations changed to that of reactive fear, a controlling frequency that shrinks the heart, causes adrenalin to pump faster, and causes people to make poor judgment choices.

The Pagan Origin Of Easter

The Pagan Origin Of Easter

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Easter is a day that is honered by nearly all of contemporary Christianity and is used to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The holiday often involves a church service at sunrise, a feast which includes an "Easter Ham", decorated eggs and stories about rabbits.

Those who love truth learn to ask questions, and many questions must be asked regarding the holiday of Easter.

Is it truly the day when Jesus arose from the dead? Where did all of the strange customs come from, which have nothing to do with the resurrection of our Saviour?

The purpose of this tract is to help answer those questions, and to help those who seek truth to draw their own conclusions.

The first thing we must understand is that professing Christians were not the only ones who celebrated a festival called "Easter."

"Ishtar", which is pronounced "Easter" was a day that commemorated the resurrection of one of their gods that they called "Tammuz", who was believed to be the only begotten son of the moon-goddess and the sun-god.

In those ancient times, there was a man named Nimrod, who was the grandson of one of Noah's son named Ham.

Ham had a son named Cush who married a woman named Semiramis.Cush and Semiramis then had a son named him "Nimrod."

After the death of his father, Nimrod married his own mother and became a powerful King.

The Bible tells of of this man, Nimrod, in Genesis 10:8-10 as follows: "And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar."

Nimrod became a god-man to the people and Semiramis, his wife and mother, became the powerful Queen of ancient Babylon.

Nimrod was eventually killed by an enemy, and his body was cut in pieces and sent to various parts of his kingdom.

Semiramis had all of the parts gathered, except for one part that could not be found.

That missing part was his reproductive organ. Semiramis claimed that Nimrod could not come back to life without it and told the people of Babylon that Nimrod had ascended to the sun and was now to be called "Baal", the sun god.

Queen Semiramis also proclaimed that Baal would be present on earth in the form of a flame, whether candle or lamp, when used in worship.

Semiramis was creating a mystery religion, and with the help of Satan, she set herself up as a goddess.

Semiramis claimed that she was immaculately conceived.

She taught that the moon was a goddess that went through a 28 day cycle and ovulated when full.

She further claimed that she came down from the moon in a giant moon egg that fell into the Euphrates River.

This was to have happened at the time of the first full moon after the spring equinox.

Semiramis became known as "Ishtar" which is pronounced "Easter", and her moon egg became known as "Ishtar's" egg."

Ishtar soon became pregnant and claimed that it was the rays of the sun-god Baal that caused her to conceive.

The son that she brought forth was named Tammuz.

Tammuz was noted to be especially fond of rabbits, and they became sacred in the ancient religion, because Tammuz was believed to be the son of the sun-god, Baal. Tammuz, like his supposed father, became a hunter.

The day came when Tammuz was killed by a wild pig.

Queen Ishtar told the people that Tammuz was now ascended to his father, Baal, and that the two of them would be with the worshippers in the sacred candle or lamp flame as Father, Son and Spirit.

Ishtar, who was now worshipped as the "Mother of God and Queen of Heaven", continued to build her mystery religion.

The queen told the worshippers that when Tammuz was killed by the wild pig, some of his blood fell on the stump of an evergreen tree, and the stump grew into a full new tree overnight. This made the evergreen tree sacred by the blood of Tammuz.

She also proclaimed a forty day period of time of sorrow each year prior to the anniversary of the death of Tammuz.

During this time, no meat was to be eaten.

Worshippers were to meditate upon the sacred mysteries of Baal and Tammuz, and to make the sign of the "T" in front of their hearts as they worshipped.

They also ate sacred cakes with the marking of a "T" or cross on the top.

Every year, on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox, a celebration was made.

It was Ishtar's Sunday and was celebrated with rabbits and eggs.

Ishtar also proclaimed that because Tammuz was killed by a pig, that a pig must be eaten on that Sunday.

By now, the readers of this tract should have made the connection that paganism has infiltrated the contemporary "Christian" churches, and further study indicates that this paganism came in by way of the Roman Catholic System.

The truth is that Easter has nothing whatsoever to do with the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We also know that Easter can be as much as three weeks away from the Passover, because the pagan holiday is always set as the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox.

Some have wondered why the word "Easter" is in the the King James Bible.

It is because Acts, chapter 12, tells us that it was the evil King Herod, who was planning to celebrate Easter, and not the Christians.

The true Passover and pagan Easter sometimes coincide, but in some years, they are a great distance apart.

So much more could be said, and we have much more information for you, if you are a seeker of the truth.

We know that the Bible tells us in John 4:24, "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."

The truth is that the forty days of Lent, eggs, rabbits, hot cross buns and the Easter ham have everything to do with the ancient pagan religion of Mystery Babylon. These are all antichrist activities!

Satan is a master deceiver, and has filled the lives of well-meaning, professing Christians with idolatry.

These things bring the wrath of God upon children of disobedience, who try to make pagan customs of Baal worship Christian.

You must answer for your activities and for what you teach your children.

These customs of Easter honor Baal, who is also Satan, and is still worshipped as the "Rising Sun" and his house is the "House of the Rising Sun."

How many churches have "sunrise services" on Ishtar's day and face the rising sun in the East?

How many will use colored eggs and rabbit stories, as they did in ancient Babylon.

These things are no joke, any more than Judgement day is a joke.

I pray to God that this tract will cause you to search for more truth.

We will be glad to help you by providing more information and by praying for you.

These are the last days, and it is time to repent, come out and be separate.

FBI files on Tupac Shakur murder show he received death threats from Jewish gang

Files released Thursday by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur state that the star had received death threats from the Jewish Defense League, an organization that has been characterized as terrorist group.

Shakur was shot dead in Las Vegas in September 1996, in a murder case which remain unsolved.
"The JDL… have been extorting money from various rap music stars via death threats," the FBI file on the case states. The report then goes on to describe how the group would make the death threats, and then call the rap star and offer protection for a fee.

According to the documents, Shakur was a victim of this scheme, as was another late rapper, Eazy-E.

Although the documents refer to the JDL extortion scheme, they don't make a direct connection between the group and the murder of Shakur.

The FBI files were released as part of the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts.

EU secretly ups cesium safety level in food 20-fold

Kopp Online, Xander News and other non-English news agencies are reporting that the EU implemented a secret “emergency” order without informing the public which increases the amount of radiation in food by up to 20 times previous food standards.

According to EU by-laws, radiation limits may be raised during a nuclear emergency to prevent food shortages.

But there is anger across Europe because this emergency order was issued while officials say there is no threat to the food.

Food Watch is quoted [using Google translator]:

These rules now to bring into force is absurd, because in Europe there are no nuclear emergency, and certainly no shortage of food.

The European Union has authorized radioactive load in foods in Japan has increased substantially. Until now, a maximum of 600 becquerels of radioactivity (cesium 134 and cesium 137) per kilogram allowed, but since last weekend for example oil or herbal suddenly 12,500 becquerels per kilogram, more than 20 times as high. The increase was recorded in Emergency Ordinance 297/2011 on March 27 and was in force.

While politicians talk about “enhanced control measures” and “special protection standards” is universally silent on the huge increase in the allowable limits in food in Japan. Nevertheless we are reassured with the assurance that we have no worry about radioactive products from Japan.

Explain why a 20 times as high value would make no difference for the consumer safety did not come.

According to the Food Watch advocacy does this policy provides greater confidence of European citizens in the EU measures. Food Watch wants an immediate ban on all goods coming from the affected region are Japanese. Incidentally, in Europe there is very little food imported from Japan.

Remember TWO very important things when hearing these radiation reports worldwide. One: they are only testing for Iodine-131 and generally not the more dangerous and long-lasting isotopes. Two: they are now RAISING the safe limits on these standards that were set in the 1950s. So they can lie to you. And tell you it's okay.

Calif. drought officially ends after snowy winter

The truth is and has been, that the drought in the western US has been over since 2005. Since that time, we've had record snow and rain falls leaving all aquifers, reservoirs, and lakes full to over-flowing. Remember that when the water utilities swing the drought banner for higher rates as they do each and every single summer.

-------------------
Calif. drought officially ends after snowy winter

By DON THOMPSON
A drought that loomed over some of California's most fertile farmland officially ended Wednesday after a winter of relentless mountain storms that piled snow up to three stories high and could keep some ski resorts open until the Fourth of July.
More than 61 feet of snow has fallen in the Sierra Nevada high country so far this season, second only to 1950-51, when 65 feet fell, according to records kept by the California Department of Transportation. And more snow is possible in April, raising the prospect of an all-time record.

When it melts, the snow will bring relief to hundreds of communities and many farms that provide fruits and vegetables to the nation.

Gov. Jerry Brown on Wednesday repealed a statewide drought declaration made in 2008 by then-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who called for a state of emergency in February 2009 after three years of low water levels.

Brown acted after state officials reported the water content in the Sierra snowpack at 165 percent of normal for this time of year. That is one of the wettest winters since 1970, according to the state Department of Water Resources.

It trails only 1983, when the water content in the snowpack was 227 percent of normal, and 1995, which was 182 percent of the average for the end of March.

The wet winter means state and federal water agencies will be able to provide more water to urban and agricultural areas as the snowmelt fills reservoirs this summer.

The Sierra snowpack is crucial for California's water supply. As it melts, it feeds a vast system of lakes and aqueducts that move water from the north through the agriculturally rich Central Valley and eventually to Southern California, where most of the state's residents live.

Dry winters the past three years meant water managers could deliver only between 35 percent and 50 percent of the amount requested by cities and farms. That, combined with federally mandated pumping restrictions to protect a threatened fish, forced growers to leave thousands of acres unplanted and to lay off thousands of farmworkers.

Some cities imposed conservation measures that included restrictions on watering lawns.

Now the snow has piled as high as the power lines in some places and has been so deep throughout most of the 400-mile mountain range that it caused roofs to collapse. Some ski resorts had to close temporarily when they received more snow than they could handle.

Chris Rivest's father sent him from San Francisco to the family vacation cabin near the Sierra Nevada crest with a seemingly simple chore - clear it and the driveway of snow.

When Rivest arrived earlier this week at the A-frame near Soda Springs, about 90 miles northeast of Sacramento, the snow was at least 10 feet high on the deck.

"My dad wants me to clear the deck," the ponytailed 21-year-old said Monday, as he labored to clean up the driveway with a snow blower. "How do I even begin to do that? Where would I put the snow? This is absurd."

Seasonal snow accumulation records already have been set at some ski resorts, including Squaw Valley USA near the north shore of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Mountain Resort on the lake's south side and Mammoth Mountain, the sprawling Eastern Sierra resort that attracts Southern California skiers and snowboarders.

At Squaw Valley, home of the 1960 Winter Olympics, ski patrol guides had to create tunnels just to reach their warming huts, and avalanches broke out windows at two lift stations, said Wes Schimmelpfenning, a 68-year-old patrolman who has worked there for 48 years.

Nearly 59 feet of snow has fallen there so far this winter, beating the old record by 29 inches.

Squaw is extending its season through Memorial Day, while Mammoth, with a peak elevation exceeding 11,000 feet, might remain open through Independence Day.

"I'm out plowing driveways, and we can't even find the houses," said Norm Sayler, who used to run Donner Ski Ranch along Interstate 80 and now operates a snow-plowing business near Donner Summit. "I've been up here since 1954, and personally this has been the toughest winter I've ever had here."

Authorities are warning mountain homeowners to beware of failing roofs and vents and flues that have become blocked by snow.

The snow caused roofs to partially collapse last weekend at a bowling alley, a logging business and a hardware store in the Sierra foothills town of Pollock Pines, about 60 miles east of Sacramento.

"I better not hear Sacramento talking about drought for a while," said Max Ramsey, 38, who on Monday was chipping snow and ice off the roof of a building that houses the Soda Springs General Store, post office and a vacation rental property business. "You get 60 feet of snow, it does a lot of damage."

Building owner Tony Paduano said his wife heard "a large cracking noise" on Sunday as one of the roof's support beams gave way.

The California winter started off intense late in 2010, dried out in January, then came roaring back with a series of heavy storms in February and March.

The storms dumped so much snow at the University of California Central Sierra Snow Lab near Soda Springs that the 15-foot-tall measuring stake was buried.

Researcher Randall Osterhuber had to extend the stake another 6 feet to keep up with the more than 18 feet of snow on the ground, the fourth-deepest total since record-keeping began there in 1946. More than 47 feet of snow has fallen there this season.

Old railroad records dating to 1879 put the deepest accumulation near Donner Summit at 66 feet in 1938. The most snow on the ground at any one time was 31 feet, in both 1880 and 1890.

Residents near Soda Springs said they had been without electricity or phone service intermittently over the past 10 days after storms toppled power and phone lines.

The snow rose above the third-story windows at the house 18-year-old Luis Rico is sharing with five other employees of the nearby Royal Gorge cross-country skiing resort, which closed all last week because of the storms.

The friends occupied their time by building a 15-foot-tall igloo with blocks of snow they cut with a chain saw. One morning, they woke up to find the doorway completely buried and had to tunnel their way out.

"We pretty much had to swim to get out of there," he said.

This is all around every living organism in the Northern Hemisphere

* Uranium 238: 4.5 billion years
* Uranium 235: 710 million years
* Plutonium 239: 24,100 years
* Strontium 90: 30 years
* Caesium 134: two years
* Caesium 137: 30 years (Caesium can be absorbed in food and water or inhaled as dust. It is easily taken up by plants and animals.)
* Ruthenium 103: 39 days; Ruthenium 106, about a year
* Iodine 131: 8 days

plus a dozen other radionuclides even more toxic. Now the news is spewing the half-truth that you get more radiation from the Sun than from these particle emitters. That's accurate, but what they fail to mention is that the SUN provides NON-IONIZING RADIATION (which is good for you and you need it, as does all life on Earth) and these particles are IONIZING RADIATION, which causes cancers, cellular disruption, and DNA damage.

What They're Covering Up at Fukushima

Interviewers: Yo and Maeda Mari

Yo: Today many people saw water being sprayed on the reactors from the air and from the ground, but is this effective?

Hirose: . . . If you want to cool a reactor down with water, you have to circulate the water inside and carry the heat away, otherwise it has no meaning. So the only solution is to reconnect the electricity. Otherwise it’s like pouring water on lava.

Yo: Reconnect the electricity – that’s to restart the cooling system?

Hirose: Yes. The accident was caused by the fact that the tsunami flooded the emergency generators and carried away their fuel tanks. If that isn’t fixed, there’s no way to recover from this accident.

Yo: Tepco [Tokyo Electric Power Company, owner/operator of the nuclear plants] says they expect to bring in a high voltage line this evening.

Hirose: Yes, there’s a little bit of hope there. But what’s worrisome is that a nuclear reactor is not like what the schematic pictures show (shows a graphic picture of a reactor, like those used on TV). This is just a cartoon. Here’s what it looks like underneath a reactor container (shows a photograph). This is the butt end of the reactor. Take a look. It’s a forest of switch levers and wires and pipes. On television these pseudo-scholars come on and give us simple explanations, but they know nothing, those college professors. Only the engineers know. This is where water has been poured in. This maze of pipes is enough to make you dizzy. Its structure is too wildly complex for us to understand. For a week now they have been pouring water through there. And it’s salt water, right? You pour salt water on a hot kiln and what do you think happens? You get salt. The salt will get into all these valves and cause them to freeze. They won’t move. This will be happening everywhere. So I can’t believe that it’s just a simple matter of you reconnecting the electricity and the water will begin to circulate. I think any engineer with a little imagination can understand this. You take a system as unbelievably complex as this and then actually dump water on it from a helicopter – maybe they have some idea of how this could work, but I can’t understand it.

Yo: It will take 1300 tons of water to fill the pools that contain the spent fuel rods in reactors 3 and 4. This morning 30 tons. Then the Self Defense Forces are to hose in another 30 tons from five trucks. That’s nowhere near enough, they have to keep it up. Is this squirting of water from hoses going to change the situation?

Hirose: In principle, it can’t. Because even when a reactor is in good shape, it requires constant control to keep the temperature down to where it is barely safe. Now it’s a complete mess inside, and when I think of the 50 remaining operators, it brings tears to my eyes. I assume they have been exposed to very large amounts of radiation, and that they have accepted that they face death by staying there. And how long can they last? I mean, physically. That’s what the situation has come to now. When I see these accounts on television, I want to tell them, “If that’s what you say, then go there and do it yourself!” Really, they talk this nonsense, trying to reassure everyone, trying to avoid panic. What we need now is a proper panic. Because the situation has come to the point where the danger is real.

If I were Prime Minister Kan, I would order them to do what the Soviet Union did when the Chernobyl reactor blew up, the sarcophagus solution, bury the whole thing under cement, put every cement company in Japan to work, and dump cement over it from the sky. Because you have to assume the worst case. Why? Because in Fukushima there is the Daiichi Plant with six reactors and the Daini Plant with four for a total of ten reactors. If even one of them develops the worst case, then the workers there must either evacuate the site or stay on and collapse. So if, for example, one of the reactors at Daiichi goes down, the other five are only a matter of time. We can’t know in what order they will go, but certainly all of them will go. And if that happens, Daini isn’t so far away, so probably the reactors there will also go down. Because I assume that workers will not be able to stay there.

I’m speaking of the worst case, but the probability is not low. This is the danger that the world is watching. Only in Japan is it being hidden. As you know, of the six reactors at Daiichi, four are in a crisis state. So even if at one everything goes well and water circulation is restored, the other three could still go down. Four are in crisis, and for all four to be 100 per cent repaired, I hate to say it, but I am pessimistic. If so, then to save the people, we have to think about some way to reduce the radiation leakage to the lowest level possible. Not by spraying water from hoses, like sprinkling water on a desert. We have to think of all six going down, and the possibility of that happening is not low. Everyone knows how long it takes a typhoon to pass over Japan; it generally takes about a week. That is, with a wind speed of two meters per second, it could take about five days for all of Japan to be covered with radiation. We’re not talking about distances of 20 kilometers or 30 kilometers or 100 kilometers. It means of course Tokyo, Osaka. That’s how fast a radioactive cloud could spread. Of course it would depend on the weather; we can’t know in advance how the radiation would be distributed. It would be nice if the wind would blow toward the sea, but it doesn’t always do that. Two days ago, on the 15th, it was blowing toward Tokyo. That’s how it is. . . .

Yo: Every day the local government is measuring the radioactivity. All the television stations are saying that while radiation is rising, it is still not high enough to be a danger to health. They compare it to a stomach x-ray, or if it goes up, to a CT scan. What is the truth of the matter?

Hirose: For example, yesterday. Around Fukushima Daiichi Station they measured 400 millisieverts – that’s per hour. With this measurement (Chief Cabinet Secretary) Edano admitted for the first time that there was a danger to health, but he didn’t explain what this means. All of the information media are at fault here I think. They are saying stupid things like, why, we are exposed to radiation all the time in our daily life, we get radiation from outer space. But that’s one millisievert per year. A year has 365 days, a day has 24 hours; multiply 365 by 24, you get 8760. Multiply the 400 millisieverts by that, you get 3,500,000 the normal dose. You call that safe? And what media have reported this? None. They compare it to a CT scan, which is over in an instant; that has nothing to do with it. The reason radioactivity can be measured is that radioactive material is escaping. What is dangerous is when that material enters your body and irradiates it from inside. These industry-mouthpiece scholars come on TV and what to they say? They say as you move away the radiation is reduced in inverse ratio to the square of the distance. I want to say the reverse. Internal irradiation happens when radioactive material is ingested into the body. What happens? Say there is a nuclear particle one meter away from you. You breathe it in, it sticks inside your body; the distance between you and it is now at the micron level. One meter is 1000 millimeters, one micron is one thousandth of a millimeter. That’s a thousand times a thousand squared. That’s the real meaning of “inverse ratio of the square of the distance.” Radiation exposure is increased by a factor of a trillion. Inhaling even the tiniest particle, that’s the danger.

Yo: So making comparisons with X-rays and CT scans has no meaning. Because you can breathe in radioactive material.

Hirose: That’s right. When it enters your body, there’s no telling where it will go. The biggest danger is women, especially pregnant women, and little children. Now they’re talking about iodine and cesium, but that’s only part of it, they’re not using the proper detection instruments. What they call monitoring means only measuring the amount of radiation in the air. Their instruments don’t eat. What they measure has no connection with the amount of radioactive material. . . .

Yo: So damage from radioactive rays and damage from radioactive material are not the same.

Hirose: If you ask, are any radioactive rays from the Fukushima Nuclear Station here in this studio, the answer will be no. But radioactive particles are carried here by the air. When the core begins to melt down, elements inside like iodine turn to gas. It rises to the top, so if there is any crevice it escapes outside.

Yo: Is there any way to detect this?

Hirose: I was told by a newspaper reporter that now Tepco is not in shape even to do regular monitoring. They just take an occasional measurement, and that becomes the basis of Edano’s statements. You have to take constant measurements, but they are not able to do that. And you need to investigate just what is escaping, and how much. That requires very sophisticated measuring instruments. You can’t do it just by keeping a monitoring post. It’s no good just to measure the level of radiation in the air. Whiz in by car, take a measurement, it’s high, it’s low – that’s not the point. We need to know what kind of radioactive materials are escaping, and where they are going – they don’t have a system in place for doing that now.

Is Your Cell Phone Bugged?

How do you know if you are being bugged, surveilled, and tracked? By police, intelligence agencies, the military or the satanic network? It's easy

If you

are aware of how things really work,
not one of the THEM already,
have a dangerous spouse or ex who has it in for you,
are a target of a coven or grotto,
ever wrote a letter to an editor complaining about government,
ever visited a web site that reveals the truth of things on any level that matters,
are seeking freedom from slavery...

than you ARE BEING TRACKED AND SURVEILLED - COUNT ON IT!

Remember the golden rule: If there's any doubt, then there is no doubt.

The reactors and cooling pools are blown at Fukushima

The Real Data and Facts on radiation and Fukushima

"The first 'type' of radioactive material is the uranium in the fuel rods," wrote Dr. Oehmen, "plus the intermediate radioactive elements that the uranium splits into, also inside the fuel rod (Cesium and Iodine). There is a second type of radioactive material created, outside the fuel rods. The big main difference up front: Those radioactive materials have a very short half-life, that means that they decay very fast and split into non-radioactive materials. By fast I mean seconds. So if these radioactive materials are released into the environment, yes, radioactivity was released, but no, it is not dangerous, at all. Why? By the time you spelled "R-A-D-I-O-N-U-C-L-I-D-E", they will be harmless, because they will have split up into non radioactive elements..."

It takes about five seconds to spell R-A-D-I-O-N-U-C-L-I-D-E and it takes about the same amount of time to read a chart (below) which shows the actual lifetimes and half-lives of radioisotopes that people need to be concerned about today.

Not only does Dr. Oehmen intentionally misinform people about the inherent design flaws and potential failures of nuclear reactors and subsystems, but he knowingly disinforms about the potential for serious health consequences and the radioactive contaminants that are typically released during a nuclear power accident. While millions of people in Japan are suffering the personal psychological terror of a possible nuclear holocaust, the fears and horrors of life and death from a natural disaster, starvation and thirst, and radioactive poisoning. Dr. Joseph Oehmen -- safe in Boston Massachusetts -- has been been boasting about his blog post -- equally popular with people who hate it and love it -- which spread like a virus on the Internet.

During nuclear fission, the uranium from the fuel rods splits into many radioactive fission products that can then escape during a nuclear power 'event'. These include dangerous Noble Gases (xenon and krypton); Hallogens (including iodines and bromines); Alkali Metals (including cesium 137); Alkaline earths (including barium 133 and strontium 90) and the elements Tellurium and Ruthenium. Some fissionable elements decay rapidly and are inconsequential during releases, but some decay into other, more deadly nuclides. The most dangerous nuclides have half-lives in days (I-131 = 8 days), years (Cs-137 = 30 years) or centuries (Pu-239 = 24,000 years). Half-life is the time it takes for one-half of the material to decay -- lest we forget that the other half is still present.

Wikipedia and other sites are deleting detailed plant diagrams

Like this one below. They are trying to downplay the obvious, which is that the explosions blew away the cooling pools for the spent rods. Also, on the NHK Japanese channel, we noticed that the models they've been using all week have been altered for TV, showing far less damage or none at all on two of the reactors. When you match the new TV models with the pictures, they no longer look similar.

This is a deliberate obsfucation of the facts and the truth. Beware, pay attention, be vigilant to the truth.

Online sockpuppets

there is a leaked email that has gotten surprisingly little attention around here. It's the one where Aaron Barr discusses his intention to post at Daily Kos - presumably something negative about Anonymous, the hacking group. But that's not the email I'm talking about here.

As I also mentioned yesterday, in some of the emails, HBGary people are talking about creating "personas", what we would call sockpuppets. This is not new. PR firms have been using fake "people" to promote products and other things for a while now, both online and even in bars and coffee houses.

But for a defense contractor with ties to the federal government, Hunton & Williams, DOD, NSA, and the CIA - whose enemies are labor unions, progressive organizations, journalists, and progressive bloggers, a persona apparently goes far beyond creating a mere sockpuppet.

According to an embedded MS Word document found in one of the HBGary emails, it involves creating an army of sockpuppets, with sophisticated "persona management" software that allows a small team of only a few people to appear to be many, while keeping the personas from accidentally cross-contaminating each other. Then, to top it off, the team can actually automate some functions so one persona can appear to be an entire Brooks Brothers riot online.

Persona management entails not just the deconfliction of persona artifacts such as names, email addresses, landing pages, and associated content. It also requires providing the human actors technology that takes the decision process out of the loop when using a specific persona. For this purpose we custom developed either virtual machines or thumb drives for each persona. This allowed the human actor to open a virtual machine or thumb drive with an associated persona and have all the appropriate email accounts, associations, web pages, social media accounts, etc. pre-established and configured with visual cues to remind the actor which persona he/she is using so as not to accidentally cross-contaminate personas during use.
And all of this is for the purposes of infiltration, data mining, and (here's the one that really worries me) ganging up on bloggers, commenters and otherwise "real" people to smear enemies and distort the truth.

This is an excerpt from one of the Word Documents, which was sent as an attachment by Aaron Barr, CEO of HBGary's Federal subsidiary, to several of his colleagues to present to clients:
To build this capability we will create a set of personas on twitter,‭ ‬blogs,‭ ‬forums,‭ ‬buzz,‭ ‬and myspace under created names that fit the profile‭ (‬satellitejockey,‭ ‬hack3rman,‭ ‬etc‭)‬.‭ ‬These accounts are maintained and updated automatically through RSS feeds,‭ ‬retweets,‭ ‬and linking together social media commenting between platforms.‭ ‬With a pool of these accounts to choose from,‭ ‬once you have a real name persona you create a Facebook and LinkedIn account using the given name,‭ ‬lock those accounts down and link these accounts to a selected‭ ‬#‭ ‬of previously created social media accounts,‭ ‬automatically pre-aging the real accounts.

I don't know about you, but this concerns me greatly. It goes far beyond the mere ability for a government stooge, corporation or PR firm to hire people to post on sites like this one. They are talking about creating the illusion of consensus. And consensus is a powerful persuader. What has more effect, one guy saying BP is not at fault? Or 20 people saying it? For the weak minded, the number can make all the difference.

And another thing, this is just one little company of assholes. I can't believe there aren't others doing this already. From oil companies, political campaigns, PR firms, you name it. Public opinion means big bucks. And let's face it, what these guys are talking about is easy.

Just today I was listening to Stand Up with Pete Dominic on XM's POTUS channel. He was talking about the Wisconsin labor attack and how he had seen a lot of people email and contact the show in support of the Teachers there. Then he added a "but": "I've also seen a lot of anti-labor people on Twitter..."

Really? I thought. How do we know if those are real people? Twitter has to be the easiest thing to fake and to automate with retweets and 180 characrer max sentences. To the extent that the propaganda technique known as "Bandwagon" is an effective form of persuasion, which it definitely is, the ability for a few people to infiltrate a blog or social media site and appear to be many people, all taking one position in a debate, all agreeing, for example, that so and so is not credible, or a crook, is an incredibly powerful weapon.

How many times have you seen a diary get posted that reports some revelatory yet unfavorable tidbit about someone only to see a swarm of commenters arrive who hijack the thread, distract with a bunch of irrelevant nonsense, start throwing unsubstantiated accusations and ad hominem attacks to where before you know it, everyone's pretty much forgotten what the diary said in the first place.

Some times diaries deserve to be swarmed. But what if a diary is swarmed and it's really just one asshole working for a law firm that represents the oil company your diary was attacking?

I don't know about you, but it matters to me what fellow progressives think. I consider all views. And if there appears to be a consensus that some reporter isn't credible, for example, or some candidate for congress in another state can't be trusted, I won't base my entire judgment on it, but it carries some weight.

That's me. I believe there are many people though who will base their judgment on rumors and mob attacks. And for those people, a fake mob can be really effective.

I have no idea what to do about this problem, except just make sure everyone knows its possible, and so watches out for it.

Wells Fargo Bank Fraud: Cashes Check, Closes Account, Steals Student's $10,000

PETALUMA, Calif. (KGO) -- The common banking practice of making a deposit turned into a $10,000 nightmare for a Bay Area man and his daughter. Their money disappeared.

Myron Hinrich of Petaluma helps support his daughter, Anne, while she studies film-making at USC.

"She's struggling in graduate school; she needed to make a rent payment," Hinrich said.

Anne was low on cash so Hinrich deposited a $10,000 check into Anne's account at Wells Fargo Bank. However, what happened after that came as a complete shock.

"They said the check was fraudulent, they canceled the account and they didn't want to see her again," Hinrich said.

Wells Fargo refused to give Anne the $10,000. Instead, the bank abruptly closed her account and told her to go away. The only explanation? The bank claimed the check was a fraud.

"I didn't know what to think, I didn't' know why they would think it's fraudulent," Hinrich said.
it made no sense. The check had already been cashed by Wells Fargo the day it was written and the money had been taken out of Hinrich's account.

"It's the strangest thing I've ever seen, you couldn't find anybody to talk to," Hinrich said.

Wells Fargo would not even speak with Hinrich about what happened, citing privacy laws. The bank also would not speak with Anne, saying her account no longer existed.

"It was a Catch 22; I can't get the money because I don't have an account with them and my daughter can't get the money because they closed her account," Hinrich said.

The way Hinrich saw it, his money had been stolen. So he reported it to the federal comptroller of currency, which makes sure banks obey the law.

"That didn't work either; they accepted Wells Fargo's letter saying I didn't have an account with them therefore they couldn't help me," Hinrich said.

The federal agency closed the case. No one would listen.

"This is $10,000 we're talking here, so that's when I had the idea to call 7 On Your Side," Hinrich said.

7 On Your Side showed all the documents to Wells Fargo and requested the bank deliver a check to Hinrich's daughter in Los Angeles right away.

"She went into the bank and said she wasn't going to leave until she had the $10,000," Hinrich said.

Myron says his daughter sat in the bank in Los Angeles for two hours until finally the check was in her hand.

Wells Fargo says it only needed a letter of indemnity from Westamerica Bank stating the check was valid. Once Hinrich provided that letter, the bank returned the money to the family.

Wells Fargo did not explain why the check was deemed fraudulent in the first place and still cannot explain how it could take $10,000 out of Hinrich's account nearly a year ago, yet still question the validity of the check. The bank claimed it had been holding the money in a separate account all this time, which was news to Hinrich.

The comptroller of the currency declined to comment about its role in closing the case.
