I've proved with video and other evidence this is an OLD weapon they've been developing since 1974. Even in 2001, they already had simulations running that they filmed, to suss out how it will play out worldwide.

A "dark winter" scenario performed on Andrews Air Force Base in Washington D.C. in June of 2001, 3 months prior to 9/11. The Dark Winter exercise portrayed a scenario depicting a covert smallpox attack on US citizens.
It appears this video is propaganda designed to prepare Americans in October of 2021 for a major biological warfare release. Is the Covid-19 plandemic the world has endured for almost the last 2 years just a practice exercise for something much larger and much deadlier?
