Democrat Mayor Michael Hancock tweeted out a message to constituents on Wednesday, urging them to stay home for Thanksgiving
Just a half-hour after posting that message, however, Hancock boarded a plane bound for Mississippi

office admitted that he was headed out of state to celebrate the
holiday, but insisted that he would quarantine upon his return
Hancock was labeled a 'hypocrite' and a 'disgrace' by outraged residents after the holiday plans were exposed
