A quick go over, of what you need to keep yourself alive. This is has been on my juicing and raw foods blog since 2011. It works, and I have had the flu but once in two decades. Neither has any of my sons, while they lived with me.
- iodine, lugols solution is the best. What I use.
- colloidal silver, been using it since 1995
- stay alkali, that means no processed sugars and plenty of fruits and vegetables. juicing is the best, if you have a juicer.
- 20 minutes of direct sunshine, at a minimum every 3 days, for body made Vitamin D, not that store bought junk that doesn't build your immune system.
Simple, easy to remember, stay with it. You can still get a the sniffles for about a half an hour by going out in the cold or snow, to do yard work and such. But that passes quickly. It's just your body's way of dealing with extreme cold coupled with high humidity.
Please do this, as was advised more than a month ago. Give up the beer, soft drinks, candy, and junk food. And save you and the people you love, lives.

I have a good friend that has been an RN in emergency rooms in SoCal Hospitals for about 20 years. I saw him today when he came to check in on his parents that live 2 doors down. We started chatting this thing up. He said that the protective supplies like masks and suits are in short supply, and supplies are dwindling. He was unimpressed with the precautions the administration at his hospital were taking. He felt he was at risk. I of course agreed with him.
We talked about the survival rate (1-3%), the at-risk demographics, etc. But what shocked me was when he said "There is no treatment. There's nothing we can do. If you require mechanical assistance to breath, we can put you on a ventilator, if we have one available. But if you show up with a cough and a fever, we are going to tell you to go home and stay away from others. You are NOT going to be admitted to the hospital where you can infect others. There's nothing we can do for this, so we won't even let them in."
This panic is all an intended reaction. The "hospitals will be overwhelmed" is BS. The hospitals aren't even going to let them in the door.

That's how the News is sounding. But Remember, the 'Agenda' must go forward. Elites out of the country? Check. Banks getting bailouts again? Check. Government expanding its power? Check. People scared wanting gov intervention? Check. Restrictions in place for good of the people? Check. Martial Law invoked? Semi-Check.

People aren't recovering. The world wouldn't shut down over a mild flu. It's an engineered bioweapon designed to kill and nobody has ANY immunity. You catch it, you're dead.
Think of the questions that aren't being answered and the questions that aren't being asked by anyone in the media. I have several unanswered and unasked questions.
Get right with God now while you can breathe the name of Jesus.
