Why do they have this urge to put on their shitface camera smiles when they see invalids, or really any physically or mentally fucked up person in general? Do they think this will make them look good on social media? It's always awkward, always forced. It just makes you look like a fucking tool, looking at someone in this state and thinking "what a great time to pose for a friendly photo!" These slime creatures will take any opportunity they can to grandstand no matter how inappropriate.
