Every day in California, there are at LEAST A DOZEN POWER OUTAGES, most with no explanation, and randomly all over the map. This is not because of some heat wave or heavy load on the grid, on the contrary, it's mainly on cool days and they shut down entire sections of cities in every county. If you go to the PGE or Edison website, they don't even mention the outage and most of the time, there is no prior announcement. They just do it. And go F yourself.
This is conditioning. Because even though they have more than enough power, they are introducing the west into the reality of Africa or South America, where the power is on for only a few hours a day and its turned off and on at whim.
In the previous decades power outages out here had to do with HUGE pulls on the grid for heat waves and AC usage, now common to most domiciles. Now, it's random, sometimes on street, but not the next one over. This is by design.
And it gets worse as time goes on.
