Who is getting all those $28 to $56 dollar an hour highway jobs. A close friend's family is the OWNER of the biggest Dept of Trans road company in California. They were flat out told by the state, that to continue to get STATE HIGHWAY FUNDS, they could NO LONGER hire white people, but only illegals or women. This came along during the Obuttboy administration.
