When your (step) mother is a witch, they purposely F up your life. Put this all at her doorstep and make her answer for her crimes. She'll say, "it was your choice!"
At 12, it's the parents choice; she ditched your Dad when you were 7 and that was HER choice as well. She will never own her crimes - they never do, I know.
