You know, in 1998/99 I did a multi
state inspection of rumors of concentration camps that were built for
some big event that was to take place, no one knew what or when. I
found them and published, under the Nome de plume, RICK VESTER. Just
in Arizona and California, I found so many that the magnitude of it
all just took my joy away for some years. Any time I was happy about
the day, these images and thoughts would drift back in and ruin it.
It still does.
How many you might ask? Over 600.
They mostly do not LOOK like prisons. What I had largely discovered were holding pens, outside of major metros and in DOT utility yards. That's right. DOT.
In the main—and they are still
there—they are large lots, with fences all around, with the barbed
wire pointing inward, toward the threat. Not outward. Rense, who had
me on the show many times, wouldn't touch it and also, wouldn't touch
my chemtrail research. That hurt. At the time. To my face, he said
chemtrails were total BS. So, in defiance of being shunned by everyone, I wrote and directed the CLOUDS OF DEATH video, again in May 2002. In those days. Of course, then it WAS
bleeding edge, but that's me. On the front of things. Not by any
design, just the way things fell out in my life path. I'm happy to report that Jeff Rense did come round, a few years later and no one was more pleased than I that he was putting many long hours of shows with others, revealing this great crime.
I often wonder what kind of life I might have had, had I not followed where the Divine kept leading me. That was a long time ago. It sickens me that these issues have come to fruition.
They are building MASSIVE prisons, in every country. NO ONE is covering this in the kind of field detail I did, all those years ago. I put the research into a book called AMERICA 2000 AND BEYOND, which took years to write. No one would publish me. The manuscript was stolen. I found the rough draft, but since most of it has come true already, publishing would be moot. No one would believe today that I actually finished the book on the full moon of May, 1999. 635 pages worth of full detail.
I remember that week in exquisite detail. It was the week I had finished the audio book for AMERICA 2000 AND BEYOND. It was the week I prayed to our heavenly father in tears and repentance to please, please, let me be a wholesome man and father to my sons. Give me a second chance to do it right, before I passed away. He honored that prayer, as He always does.
I put two long years into the camp story. Took pictures, was followed by the FBI and CIA in box surveillance (what they call gang stalking now) night and day. NIGHT AND DAY.
In 1998, David John Oates and I did some seminars together in the midwest. He, the founder and discoverer of REVERSE SPEECH and I, on Dad stuff, camps, and chemtrails. We had box surveillance everywhere we went. Slashed tires, drained oil from engines, bolts loosened on brakes. I have hundreds of stories from those days, from the funny to the dead body kind. They murdered his daughter and honey potted him. He fell for it and left the country.
I stuck with my sons and refused the bait. I was betrayed by NEW FRIENDS constantly. But, I am a fast learner.
I still see them. There are more. On the edges of town is where you find them. The larger ones have an empty moat, directly outside the fencing. Especially out in the inhospitable desert. A single building, maybe two. And nothing. Plumbing outlets with no attachments. Ready to go.
It also became quickly obvious these were temporary facilities. These were put into place as holding centers for final disposition. I learned about Red, blue, and green lists and what those color codings mean.
All I can tell you is what I said then still holds true. They are planning a big extermination. Enjoy this summer.

Saline solution and the vax weapon
I've known about the saline solution shots for at least 2 months now. The admixture seems about 20/80 percentile, per batch. I also know that certain individuals are targeted for the kill shot and others, not so much. This is why the originally big push to appointments ONLY for the kill shot, so those on the hit list were sure to get the poison. Once that became moot and vax weapon shots fell off dramatically, they went to random chance to deliver the weapon.
However, I still do not have, smoking gun proof of the matter before us. Because of this fact, I've been hesitant in confirmation and reporting of the issue as it stands. It is still just rumor, but one that is growing in anecdotal confirmation daily.
A friend has sent me this private missive regarding the above question. I share it en toto with you all, for your consideration. This adjunct story about MLK is what my research revealed 20 years ago, when I dug as deep as possible, including court transcripts and eye witness verification of the whole MLK murder on my own. I verify the adjunct story as genuine, scanty as it is.

After the meeting today, one of among a small group of us was speaking outside on the sidewalk, expounding on the comment he made during the meeting, a comment that the most prominent member warned against his bringing up at the press conference this coming Wednesday. I'm talking the CFA. So he said that the "vaccine" campaign is a secret military psy-op (he must mean here in the States, but perhaps worldwide since the US has military bases throughout the world?)... anyway, he said it is now known that between 50% and 80% of the injections given are actually saline solutions! This is why not everyone is getting sick and/or dying (in addition, I think, to the particular ways in which our individual bodies react to the "vaccine," according the state of health each of us is in). But I was impressed by this revelation. It makes sense to have a lot of people report that they are feeling fine after having taken the "vaccine" (which isn't a "vaccine" now for two reasons: it's a gene-altering shot or it's a saltwater injection). In the meantime, a minority of people (whether randomly or somehow deliberately chosen) would be sacrificed according to their agenda, the goals of which (depopulation, easier management of the remainder) will take longer than if everyone dropped dead all at once.
So during this little, after-hours meeting outside, I asked our man just how does he know this? He said with no hesitation that all of the samples that had been collected throughout the country were taken to labs, and between 50-80% of the "vaccines" were saline solution. I pressed him. But who is collecting these samples, and how? He said anyone can get a sample from a "vaccine" administering site by bribing (for $50-$100) the deliveryman/driver of the vehicle, in the rear of the building, bringing the vials to the pharmacies, hospitals, etc. These would include (some, or many) churches, esp. those in black neighborhoods: one of our protests, about two weeks ago or so, was at the Abyssinian Baptist Church on W.138th Street in Harlem. Both Fauci and Jill Biden visited that church to administer the "vaccine" to a young black woman (maybe a teenager), and publicize it in Harlem in order to overcome blacks' "vaccine hesitancy." And, according to our man, the "vaccine" for the young woman would have been the saline jab.
Getting back to collecting the samples, I asked him, since I was still dubious, is that the only way to get samples for testing at labs, by those bribes? He said there are other ways, and someone interjected to say that she saw a video in which samples were stolen by whisking the vials (in carrying cases, I imagine) away from whoever it was who was in possession of them. I saw something like this in the documentary, you know, Once They Did Live, if I remember the title correctly. So my question was not answered (you know how talking goes when it's freely spoken, esp. in a group). But I guess that medics, nurses, doctors, anyone in the health field can also get samples easily, for testing.
Anyway, our spokesman is very aware of what is going on behind the scenes (he knows that, and how, the Jesuits rule), and he spoke openly, volubly (but he was not glib, it seemed to me), with great confidence, answering all questions expertly and immediately and satisfyingly, even personal questions. Here's one example. He told a story about the most famous black Freemason in America. This is J.J, right? (he did say his full name, it's me who's abbreviating here), the same man who made a bid for the White House in both 84 and 88.
Anyway, our man, who does professional research, and who owns a research company, and who all his life has had a photographic memory, went into great detail about the assassination of MLK. It was JJ who did it, or was directly complicit. Here's the low-down. MLK never lodged in motels during all his previous travels, complying with his own security not ever to do so. He would stay in the nearest Holiday Inn. On MLK's second trip to Memphis in support of the sanitation workers who were on strike, in early April 68. it was JJ who insisted that King stay in a motel, specifically the Lorraine Motel. He made a big fuss, putting a lot of pressure on MLK's security until they relented but with one condition: that King stay off the balcony outside his motel room: Room 306. He was not to go near it. King agreed. Then came time for his decision on whether to wear a coat or not on their way out. Someone decided to call the desk in the lobby downstairs for a weather report, and in the meantime King went to the window at the balcony but only to stick his hand out to feel how warm the air was. Then he heard his name being called, "Martin," by someone on the balcony. It was JJ, who needed to talk to King, he said, and then deliberately kept King talking for ten minutes after he came out. Then it happened, with MLK taking the hit to the head. In Freemasonry, in order to be initiated into one of the higher ranks, you have to first take someone out. Everybody listening was dumbfounded.

I was living in Los Angeles, in Sunland, during the Rodney King riots. Most of my work as a computer engineer in those days took me down below Figueroa in downtown LA. I was half a mile from all that at the time.
The two big things that came out of that, which was dismissed out of hand, was
1. The police and sheriffs kept arresting people doing the most mayhem and they all had the same ID, $140.00 in cash, and a beeper. And then nothing, couldn't find anything more about it at the time.
2. The Navy had these big trucks along I believe Olympic and something else with these huge dishes on top, pointing to downtown. There were pictures of these trucks around back in the 90s of my geocities sites I had exposing this stuff back then. That was 98. Stuff, I am sure, has been long washed from the internet. Folks from the military said those types of trucks were used to F up people in cities and were being used in Iraq.
Something to think about. They've done low grade versions of this kind of thing before is the only point.

Vax weapon injections have dropped to minuscule numbers now in the west, especially in America. However, they know they do not need, beyond 5% of the population to receive the weapon in order for it to reach everyone, in short order. But, as the weapon requires particulate matter to be transmitted through nasal and lung aerosol emissions, the mask interferes with the spread of the weapon. Which is what they need now.
The masks were a kind of black magical ritual thing, which is what they do: hide behind masks when they do their abominations to children and in demonic service. Also, this served as a fear Mk Ultra device, which was enforced by local law enforcement, worldwide.
That time is past.
Now, they need the weapon to spread so they can stay on schedule. That means removing the masks, which we are all relieved is over. And we are. It's been a very long 13 months of mask insanity.

See, they've gone too far. The cat's out of the bag, as is said. They've killed and are killing, millions. The dead in the USA is now over six million since January from this weapon, just simply understood by numbers extrapolations from their own published data, which they affirm only represents 1% of the totals of dead and dying. Add two zeros to everything and then the real numbers come alive.
This whole Fauci under the bus thing is just a limited hangout to cover the real truth. This weapon was developed in the 70s and 80s and field tested in the 90s and early 2000s. Now, we have the FBI, Urban and Development and other Executive branches of Government, ALL CLOSED AND BOARDED UP. This is confirmed with video and pics. From more than one source.
Take a driving tour of DC. All the Executive Branch buildings, workers, all of it, all of it. Shut down and no traffic, no people, no nothing.
So I ask again, where is the USA?
Who or WHAT is really running this country?
Why is no one covering this MOST IMPORTANT STORY OF OUR NATION IN ITS HISTORY?

Kamala Plots Marxist Regime Change in Guatemala
CIA launches coupe de tat in Guatemala
Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.
In March, Joe Biden announced that Kamala Harris was going "to lead our efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle" to stem illegal "migration to our southern border".
Why?
According to Biden, "she’s the most qualified person to do it."
This confused everyone including the White House, Kamala Harris, and even the media which spent the next few months clarifying exactly what her job was and how she was going to do it.
Anonymous officials told CNN that afterward, "Harris' aides appeared to 'panic'".
At their joint press conference, Kamala Harris dubiously claimed that "we can chew gum and walk at the same time". While Texas officials demanded that she visit the border, Kamala instead vowed to focus on diplomacy with the countries the migrants were coming from.
Unlike President Trump, Biden was not going to secure the border. The border would be wide open and illegal aliens would be dispersed across the country. An agreement to keep the migrants in Mexico, Trump’s biggest immigration win, was shredded. The only plan to deal with the huge border surge was addressing the “root causes” of migration. But the only real root cause is that America is richer than Mexico and other countries south of the border.
While the Biden administration got to work making America as poor as possible, Kamala was dispatched to impose Marxist regime change on Latin America in the name of the illegal aliens.
The trip didn’t go well from the start.
Air Force Two took off and then had to come back due to a landing gear problem.
Just like in the primaries, Kamala has always had trouble sticking the landing.
"We all said a little prayer, but we’re good,” Kamala told reporters.
Kamala claims to be a black Baptist, is married to a secular Jewish man, grew up attending Hindu temples, and asked an aunt before an election, "Please pray for me, break coconuts at the temple." It’s hard to imagine what she was praying to. Probably the only one thing she believed in that has come through for her: Willie Brown.
The media told us that Kamala Harris was a member of Amos Brown's leftist Third Baptist Church. That's fine, except that the church is in San Francisco, and Kamala has lived in a Brentwood mansion, and the church is in decline due to the lack of black people in the area.
But if you can believe that Kamala is “the most qualified person” to engage in diplomacy with countries she can’t find on a map and solve their social problems, believing that she’s a devout parishioner of a church 350 miles away should be a breeze for any devout Democrat.
On the second Air Force Two, Kamala finally landed in Guatemala to jeers from an angry mob.
"We are not on the same side of the coin. It is obvious," Guatemala's President Giammattei had earlier told CBS.
After President Trump left office, Giammattei complained that, "The message changed to, 'we are going to reunite families and we are going to reunite children'" and "the very next day the coyotes here were organizing groups of children to take them to the United States."
He urged the Biden administration "to send more of a clear message to prevent more people from leaving."
President Giammattei is a staunch law and order conservative, and if he appeared to be undermining Kamala, it was because she had spent months undermining him.
In May, Kamala met with a number of leftist opponents of Giammattei, including former Attorney General Thelma Aldana, who had targeted conservative politicians with corruption charges, before herself being charged with corruption. Instead of returning home to face those charges, she received political asylum in the United States. Her social media is full of praise for Kamala Harris’ trip to Guatemala, and her promises to end "corruption" in Guatemala.
Behind the mutual charges of corruption is a struggle between the Left and Right, with socialists and narcoterrorists on one side and military officers and free marketers on the other.
Kamala and the Biden administration are choosing to stand with the Left.
That’s not exactly surprising. Neither were the angry protesters that greeted Kamala at the airport waving banners and signs reading "Kamala, Mind Your Own Business", "Kamala, Go Home", "Kamala Trump Won", and “Kamala Stop Funding Criminals".
Those signs might have been confusing to Americans who get their news from the media bubble which left them completely unprepared to understand what was really going on.
Guatemalans saw her as prepping a leftist coup by backing leftist organizations and activists.
And they were fighting back.
Kamala Harris blamed the migrant crisis on "corruption, violence and poverty, the lack of economic opportunity, the lack of climate adaptation and climate resilience, the lack of good governance." Two of those are very obvious code words for regime change.
A few days ago it was announced that Kamala’s trip would be about “anti-corruption” efforts.
Aside from some leftist prosecutors, Guatemalans are not coming here over government corruption. But did anyone really think that Biden wanted to reduce illegal migration?
The Left is adept at killing two birds with one stone.
In this case, it’s using a border crisis to impose leftist regimes on Latin America.
Behind the anti-corruption push is a movie to restart the UN’s International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG) backed by Soros activists. Most Guatemalans would prefer to be ruled by their own elected officials, not by the United Nations, Soros, or Kamala Harris.
Kamala Harris quickly announced that the DOJ will create an anti-corruption task force that will provide "case-based mentoring to the Guatemalan Public Ministry, including the Special Prosecutor Against Impunity (FECI)" and "a rapid response capability to deploy U.S. prosecutors and law enforcement experts to provide mentorship to develop corruption cases."
This amounts to deploying DOJ assets to help local lefties take down conservative politicians.
That’s why Biden described Kamala as “the most qualified person to do it." Unlike much of the administration, she has a background as a prosecutor. And that’s her real job in Guatemala.
“One essential ingredient of our priorities must be to fight corruption,” Kamala Harris declared, while standing next to President Giammattei . “That has been one of our highest priorities.”
Everyone who’s seen the leaked Hunter Biden material knows how committed Willie Brown’s girlfriend is to fighting corruption. It’s been a while since there was a dirtier administration.
But fighting corruption in Latin America doesn’t have anything to do with corruption. In a thoroughly corrupt system where everyone steals and takes bribes, it means regime change.
Kamala isn’t in Guatemala to stem the flow of illegal aliens, but to impose a leftist regime. And that regime will create the crisis conditions that will lead even more migrants to come here.
It’s a win-win scenario for the Left. And a lose-lose crisis for America.
Republicans need to understand what the Guatemalan protesters jeering Kamala’s visit were telling us. The Biden administration isn’t fighting to stop illegal migration: it’s plotting to make it worse while turning over much of Latin America to Marxist narco-terrorists and Iranian allies.
If Biden and Kamala succeed, then a dozen Venezuelans will rise south of the border. And millions of illegal aliens will cross an unprotected border to overrun the United States.

That's what all this unending news is, overloading of my system. It's absolutely horrifying, in every respect.
You have to hand it to them. They've literally thought of everything to burn down the western world. From removing chlorine from the shelves, which destroys all those small pool cleaning businesses that feed families and makes pools unusable for drinking water, when they turn off the water mains, to buying up all the housing in decent neighborhoods so that if you sell for a profit, and they offer 20-to 50 percent higher than the asking price to insure the sale to their Blackrock AUM mgmt. Home ownership, owning a small business, and having a living wage are the chief cornerstones of being middle class. They are specifically targeting each of these cornerstones. And most small businesses are in construction trades, of all disciplines. They took care of that too, by making lumber obscenely priced; it's up 3,798%. Gates is the largest farm owner and he has shut down 87% of all agriculture in those farms he bought. Selling to his hedge fund companies was a mistake. Greed is our downfall; one of them, to be sure.
They only thing they haven't touched yet is the pensions. This is because they need doctors, teachers, and cops to enforce their agenda. Once these killers are done, they too get the axes, only later. Nothing but allegiance to the beast gets you out of dodge. But, then you come under His Final Judgement, and no price is worth your soul. NOTHING.
But ALL of us have to face the vax weapon, outages, shortages, false flags, etc. Even the thugs working for the NWO.
Gas in my town is now at $5.00, which in 2 months will be $9.00 Most of the restaurants are dead, except trendy little woke places for tourism. Though even those have changed hands at least twice in the last year, with new signage, and new HIGH prices.
Everyone is sick, feeling weak, and learning very often the hard way, they were lied to and murdered. It's just that their body hasn't yet expired. It's a hell of a way to go. People are laughing about being magnetic and if they even take the time to really think through what that means, it still doesn't register that even if they should live, they will no longer be the person they were before the weapon shot.
Parents are vaxxing their children and near 80% of them are having severe adverse reactions. And still the satanic doctors insist the weapon is safe. And people then turn to the very same people that killed them, for relief from the vax weapon. They always get the same thing, go to rehab-- it's all we can do.
Rehab for a chemical and biological weapon. It's the final medical slap in the face. Really.
I pray our heavenly Father turns His Face away from them and removes all blessings from their paths. Let them come under immediate judgment, each of these doctors, pharmacists, and doers. Amen.
Because of smart meters, they are putting AC use in the home in a new tier 4 price schedule, so even if you use your AC for heat waves and hot days, you will pay dearly for doing so. That's if they allow the power on, and in Calif, they have been sending out announcements all year about how THIS SUMMER there will be blackouts. They don't say why. This horror of abominations has no pushback anywhere, save the odd loudmouth who shows up at a school board meeting, gets their 15 minutes of pushback fame, and then NOTHING. People teaching and preaching the overt racism and murder agenda of CRT are MURDERERS. That's right, your teacher neighbor is killing the soul and the hope of future of your Asian and white children. They are being targeted as no other races are in this world for destruction and IT IS SCHOOL TEACHERS who are destroying the minds and souls of these little ones.

Every single person I know, knows of at least 2 or more people dying from the weapon or have already died. I know of so many dead and sick, my own self. Not people I've heard of, but people I KNOW. And that is typical, nowadays.
Donna Carrillo and I have spent 2 decades warning the folks about the deadly weapons inside vaccines. I had to buy a doctor to get my youngest boy exempt from the weapons for medical reasons. They wouldn't let him attend High School without an armload of vax death. It took me 2 weeks to find a doctor that would do it and I had to drive nearly 150 miles to get it, too. And that's in one of the largest cities in the world, Los Angeles. Says a lot, doesn't it.
If we survive this summer, the accounting of our collective reality will read as some kind of dystopian Stephen King novel. It already is, in many respects, if one is paying attention to the events and reality, circa 2021. Many still do not. And that is why they will never see it coming. Ever.
The whole rotten edifice is teetering on such threadbare stilts, built on sand, that one little push will collapse it all. And now, hyper inflation is back. A 12 ounce steak here in town is $35.00 at the store. And in some places, the meat is magnetic. It's in the spray the state of California requires all fruits, vegetables and meats to be sprayed with. So, far, only network stores are using vax weapon sprays. The small grocer on the corner, does not. They use EDTA, which is a GREAT heavy metal detox.
Coffee here, in bean, is between 18 to 22 dollars a short pound. Which is 12 ounces. For coffee.
If I had to raise my sons on the fifty dollars a week budget I had 12 years ago, we would all be starving today. We could not afford to eat and live on that tiny budget. And I did that for five years, on what a dinner out costs today. For one person. At least 2 of them have jobs...for now.

California wants school kids to chant to an Aztec god of human sacrifice.
SACRAMENTO, California — The state capitol has been overwhelmed this year with the number of harmful bills being introduced by California legislators. The California Family Council opposes 19 bills that either threaten the unborn, parental rights, freedom of speech and religion, or encourage racism, drug abuse, sex trafficking and assisted suicide.
The bills that the CFC supported this year to promote religious liberty, provide sex education transparency and protect children from sex abusers are dead or pushed off until next year. Most of the 19 bills that the CFC is lobbying against made it through the committee process in the legislative house in which they were introduced.

Mandatory Ethnic Studies Courses for High School Students
AB 101 will mandate high school students take a course in “ethnic
studies” in order to graduate high school. The curriculum is infused
with Critical Race Theory meant to create resentment among non-white
students, and guilt and shame among white students. Lessons falsely tell
students to feel guilty for crimes done by long-dead figures with the
same color skin. The curriculum seeks to pit ethnic groups and those
with various sexual and gender identities against each other. It also
encourages teens to judge people not by the content of their character,
but by the racial or sexual identity group they belong to.
Editor’s note: The curricula encourages students to chant to Tezcatlipoca (see image), an Aztec god of human sacrifice.
Replace the statue of Father Junipero Serra
Last year a mob torched and pulled down a statue of Father Junipero
Serra, the Catholic priest credited with establishing the mission system
in California in the 1700s. Caving to the demands of the mob, AB 338
would remove a legal requirement to have a statue honoring the Father’s
work among the Indians. In its place will be a monument to Native
Americans that will highlight the devastating impact the mission period
had on them and the role Father Serra had in that devastation. CFC is
all for an honest portrayal of historical figures, but believes that
debate can happen without giving in to mobs that use vandalism to argue
their point of view.
Ethnic Studies in community colleges
AB 1040 would require each community college to offer courses in ethnic
studies at each of its campuses. As mentioned previously, Ethnic Studies
is a Critical Race Theory course of study meant to create resentment
and prejudice between students with different ethnicities and sexual
identities.
Gender-neutral section requirement for big-box stores
AB 1084 would punish companies with fines if they don’t create a
gender-neutral section for kids’ toys and clothing. The law, sponsored
by a gender-neutral fashion designer, would only apply to retail stores
with 500 or more employees and demand that the gender-neutral section
include a “reasonable selection” of items without any store signage
labeling the items for boys or girls. The first violation is $250 or
$500 for subsequent violations.
Require insurance companies to keep secrets from parents
This Planned Parenthood sponsored bill will force insurance companies to
hide from parents “sensitive” medical procedures given to their adult
and minor children. These “sensitive” services include abortion, sexual
assault treatment, drug abuse and mental health treatment, and cross-sex
hormones and sex-change operations. AB 1184 prevents parents from
finding out from an insurance statement that their child is receiving
services from medical providers like Planned Parenthood. In California, a
minor can get an abortion at any age without parental knowledge or
consent.
Constitutional amendment to eliminate the death penalty
ACA 2 would prohibit the death penalty from being imposed as a
punishment for any violations of law, even for the most heinous mass
murderers with overwhelming evidence of guilt. This bill would have to
be approved by a vote of the people.
LGBT Pride Month resolution
HR 51 & SR 39 are resolutions to celebrate pride in policies, laws,
and court decisions that reject God’s design for marriage, sexual
behavior, and biological sex. They also advocate for the passage of the
Equality Act, a federal bill that would mandate government-imposed
inequality and unfairness by requiring acceptance of a particular
ideology about sexual ethics, while leaving no room for differing
opinions and legitimate public debate.
Police lose jobs over “bias” acts
SB 2 would, among other things, redefine “serious misconduct” for which a
police officer might lose their job. The new definition states: “Acts
demonstrating bias on the basis of race, national origin, religion,
gender identity or expression, housing status, sexual orientation,
mental or physical disability, or other protected status in violation of
law.” Acts of “bias” is a very vague term and easily manipulable,
because it involves not just conduct, but speech regarding personal
religious, philosophical, or political views.
Office of Racial Equity
SB 17 would create an independent office of racial equity that would
develop a Racial Equity Framework to create policies and practices to
promote racial equity, and address individual, institutional, and
structural racism. The bill assumes all inequity in the United States
between racial, sexual orientation, or gender groups is the result of
racism built into the system. Though vague in details, the bill implies
that racial equity will not be achieved by supporting policies that
judge someone based on individual character and merit without concern
for race, gender, or sexual orientation. Instead, equity will only be
achieved with policies that give special preferences to individuals
based on the racial, gender or sexual orientation group they belong to.
Illegal drug injection sites
SB 57 would start a pilot program in San Francisco, Oakland, and Los
Angeles where centers would be set up so drug addicts can use illicit
drugs under medical supervision. The idea is to prevent drug addicts
from overdosing, but ignores the effects of enabling the devastating
effects of illegal drugs on the body, and the negative effects that
illegal drugs have on the health of the community.
Mandatory kindergarten
SB 70 requires a child to have completed one year of kindergarten before
that child may be admitted to the first grade. This bill violates
parental rights and assumes parents don’t have the wisdom to decide if
their child is ready for schooling or not.
Lowering penalties on drug dealers
SB 73 will end mandatory minimum sentencing requirements for many drug
offenses. This might be justified for non-violent drug possession
charges, but lowering penalties for drug dealers is not justified,
especially when they are selling substances like heroin and
methamphetamine that kill people and destroy communities. This is part
of Sen. Wiener’s plan to legalize all illicit drugs. Read more about his

Forcing health insurance plans to pay for free abortions
SB 245 forces all private insurance policies to cover abortions with no
co-pays and no deductibles, despite the U.S. Department of Health and
Human Services (HHS) determination that California was already breaking
federal law by forcing private health insurance plans to include
coverage for abortion. There would be an exception for high deductible
insurance plans.
Legalizes loitering for prostitution
SB 357 doesn’t legalize prostitution, but gets rid of a law that gives
police the ability to deal with obvious prostitution happening on
neighborhood streets. According to Los Angeles Sheriff Alex Villanueva,
the “underlying root” of the “loitering with the intent to commit
prostitution” law is to “target sex buyers who seek to exploit” women
and men. This law will harm police efforts to prevent human trafficking
from happening out in the open on any neighborhood street. The bill is
sponsored by the ACLU and authored by Senator Scott Wiener, both
proponents of legalizing prostitution.
Forces Boys State and Girls State to accept “non-binary” teens
SB 363 requires American Legion, who runs the Boys State conferences,
and the American Legion Auxiliary, who runs the Girls State conferences,
to only operate their civic engagement program for youth within the
Capitol and with public school districts if both allow pupils, who do
not identify as either male or female, to apply to either conference.
State legislators shouldn’t be forcing private organizations to give up
their beliefs about the biological nature of sex.
Removing safeguards from assisted suicide law
California’s assisted suicide law passed in 2015 had some safeguarded
added that the bill author, Senator Susan Eggman, now wants to remove.
First, SB 380’s sunset date of 2025 will be removed after only four
years of published annual reports by the California Department of Public
Health. The sunset date was put in the original bill to allow the
legislature to reevaluate the law’s impact using a decade of data.
Second, patients will no longer have to make two oral requests for
suicide drugs with a 15-day waiting period between requests as is
currently required. This safeguard was added to make sure patients
weren’t making impulsive decisions or being subject to coercion of any
kind.
Decriminalization of LSD and other hallucinogenic drugs
SB 519 will legalize dangerous psychedelic drugs, such as LSD, Magic
Mushrooms, and Ecstasy for those over 21. It would also eliminate laws
against the cultivation, transfer, or transportation of these drugs and
the paraphernalia used to take these drugs.
No picketing vaccination sites
SB 742 would, among other things, prohibit protest activities within 300
feet of a medical office or temporary location doing vaccinations. The
U.S. Supreme Court has already struck down a Massachusetts law that
created a 35 feet buffer zone around the entrance of an abortion clinic.
Peaceful protests and sidewalk counseling in front of abortion clinics
could be affected by SB 742, with abortion businesses like Planned
Parenthood now distributing vaccinations.
