When you dig into this, they want total drone and forest surveillance grids in every single acre of the world's forests. They've been doing it since 1997 with TRAIL CAMERAS.
I've personally come across these trail cameras and they always cover NOT ANIMAL paths, but human byways, trails, and roads in forests, under the guise of "protecting the environment." Which is code for spying on people using the forests for recreation or otherwise.
So much for bugging out.
