The draft was recently upped in the USA from 18-26, to 18-45. They want all the white guys capable of breeding. And yeah, they'll take people of color that enlist, sure. You die too.
Only way out is the Ukie resistance mode. When the vans pull up on your street, every able bodied man has to come out firing. A few hundred of those events stops this cold.

If you primarily use cash and don’t
drive or try to board a plane, you can realistically avoid arrest for
years. You won’t be able to get into Canada but you can DRIVE into
