Cursed be their walk and way, of all who work to silence vaccine criticism. All responsible for the laws for this purpose and those enforcing them knowing the evil they do and approving it in their hearts.
Cursed be the walk and way of all who work to force vaccination against a person's will or the will of their parents in the case of children, or against the will of the closest relative that truly cares about them in the case of the mentally disabled and the elderly. All the ones responsible for the laws for this purpose and the ones enforcing them knowing the evil they do and approving it in their hearts.
Senators are trying to quietly pass legislation criminalizing those who question vaccines.
The Senate's Social Affairs Committee (CAS) may approve this Wednesday (15) a Bill (PL) that aims to criminalize "the dissemination of false or scientifically unproven information about possible harm from vaccines". The text, authored by Senator Jorge Kajuru (PSB-GO), was filed in the Chamber in 2021 during the beginning of Covid-19 immunization in Brazil, and wants to penalize questioners with imprisonment from six months to two years, and a fine.
The bill resurfaces in the Senate following the repercussions of the case of a family from Paraná fined over half a million reais for not vaccinating their children against Covid . The decision — from the Children and Youth Court of Curitiba — was published on March 23rd and disregarded a medical certificate that contraindicated the vaccine for two siblings, now 10 and 12 years old, diagnosed with respiratory problems.
Upon noticing the progress of the new Bill in the CAS last Wednesday (8), Senator Damares Alves (REPUBLICANOS-DF) denounced the seriousness of the project on her social networks.
“A dangerous loophole to criminalize and imprison ordinary citizens, doctors, researchers, fathers and mothers,” the congresswoman stated , pointing out that any real questioning or warning about possible adverse effects of vaccines could become a crime. “Unacceptable censorship!” she said.
The senator, who serves as an alternate member of the committee, requested a "delay" in order to temporarily suspend the discussion and have a few days to analyze the proposed content in detail before voting. "I gained time so that we can debate this absurdity with the depth that the topic demands," she stated."
