To use NGOs to bring them in, through already agreed upon, UN and WEF approved conduits of control.
To awaiting border NGOs and DHS personnel (different names in different countries) who get them processed quickly, given temp Ids and EBT cards loaded with thousands of dollars per car, per person and then bused into various small and large, largely white cities and towns.
Where local governments and yet more NGOs are awaiting to get them Drivers license, permits, and housing – for free – for as long as necessary.
Give the people who couldn't do in their own countries everything, including instant free medical and schooling. Get them fat, happy, and shiftless.
Make sure any male illegal who wants a gun, gets a gun. No questions asked.
When the appointed time arrives, the EBTs are turned off.
Free ride is over and now millions of angry people who can barely speak english are looking around at the remaining middle class affluence and seeing an opportunity they know how to exploit.
