Lake Casitas...all the other lakes in the west are full to over flowing, but not ours...they need these coastel lakes dry to sell the drought

Practically empty, even after three straight years of more than 35 inches of rain per year. Local newspaper announces only 18 inches of rain. Friends with rain gauges from here to Santa Clarita report double that number, at least.
