"Repair Hell": Tesla Owner Waits Nine Months On Body Shop

Unreasonably long wait times for parts and a lack of reputable Tesla-approved repair centers has been a glaring problem for many Tesla owners.
Across the internet, Tesla forums are filled with angry owners who regret even buying the electric car because a basic repair could take months. Some owners have reported 4 to 5 weeks, while others said six to nine months for repairs.
Tesla has gone from "production hell" to "delivery logistics hell," and now it seems there is a new one: "repair hell."

Electrek, one of the more popular electric vehicle websites and constant cheerleader of the automaker, recently tried to calm owners, who feared the slightest repair could take weeks if not months to fix.
The publication said Tesla has plans to launch its own in-house ‘Body Repair Centers’ to reduce repair time with the first nine locations scattered around the country.
Tesla owners had been complaining about repair times for years, but it came back to the forefront last year when Tesla blamed repair times on third-party body shops and the body shops blamed Tesla for an unreasonably long amount of time to receive a part.
The most recent horror repair story is from Vancouver, where Rex Gao has been patiently waiting since February when he had a minor accident.
The Model S, which he purchased in early 2017, needed work on its suspension after a fender bender. He waited four months for parts to arrive from Tesla to his local body shop.

“I was so excited that I got the part. I ran into the body shop, but they said ‘Not yet. You cannot get your car repaired. There’s a car before yours.'”
Gao said the body shop only had one special lift for Teslas, and could not go to another body shop because no one else was Tesla certified.
Gao received a call from the body shop earlier this month to say work has begun.
“I said ‘That’s good news. When can we finish it?’ They said ‘We don’t know. We may need other body parts.'”
To make matters worse, Gao is paying $1,300 in lease payments every month. He said Tesla would not offer him a courtesy car but did compensate him for three and a half months of payments.
“If I knew that we would have to wait that long for repairs, I would never have bought a Tesla. You never know when you’re going to need repairs. When your repairs start, your nightmare starts. It’s exhausting, it’s frustrating, and I can’t sleep at night.”
ICBC insurance acknowledged there is a massive backlog for repairs on Teslas in the region. “For this reason, we stay in regular communication with these shops about their ability to take further vehicles for repairs and we have been storing vehicles on our property to help when the shops reach capacity,” ICBC said in a statement to CityNews.
It also said the backlog is not specific to Vancouver and that the biggest challenge is the availability of parts – sometimes it takes months to get the most basic parts.
“We completely understand our customers’ frustration when they experience delays in getting their Tesla vehicle repaired,” the statement read.
“We’ve been exploring ways that we can help reduce wait times but the core issue is the availability of parts. When we receive a claim for a Tesla vehicle, we expedite the process when possible so these vehicles are estimated more quickly to determine whether they’re repairable.”
If owning a Tesla means repairs could take months. Is it worth even owning the car?

Baptism of fire period, getting zapped by the Sun

Yay. Thanksgiving with the boys.

Some pics of the boys, taken by their mom. Now, I'm about 10-15 feet to her left and 4 feet below her on the ground- she was up on the porch. The Sun is much more than a big light in the sky...the stars in their courses.

So what does it all mean? Well, it was a very nice thanksgiving day, with the whole family. As for me, the usual and ongoing.

Youngest and the Oldest.

The Shepherds and Angels

8And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

Thanksgiving isn't about Columbus, Natives, or white privelage...it's about gratitude to the Almighty

In 2005 through 2011, I spent thanksgiving very much alone. The boys went off with the mom unit and I usually, if I had the ducats, ate someplace that served a bad Turkey dinner. Usually not. After years of doing thanksgiving and inviting everyone I knew who had no family to spend it with, when the boys mom decided that I was finished, that tradition of family, friends, and those alone came to a halt. In fact, I never had thanksgiving until I was 30. My parents didn't bother much with it and as a young man, had no one to share it with or anyplace to be for it.

Then, that changed. I was hosting, and the same parameters applied. Send me those alone, without family, and for a day, be loved, fed, and wanted.

Thanksgiving has and always will be about Lincoln's vision of gratitude to YHVH. It's the only US holiday I truly celebrate, no matter what my station or situation. All other holidays are satanic Babylonian satanic rites masquerading as something other than what they are - abominations, as well documented on this site.

He rightly understood that all we have and are is a blessing. A great gift, no matter how it appeared to us. Because in the midst of a horrible and vicious civil war, he was very much aware of the good and that anything of value, should be treasured for what it was - a great gift. He decided, just after the election  which he won - in the middle of war - that he would make it a national holiday that FOR ONE SINGLE DAY, all citizens would pause, give thanks, and pray.

His hope was that all would see things aright - find their relationship with Dad and others, and reset, building upon a foundation gratitude and renewal and an eager hopefulness and knowing that everything was in His hands, as it should be. Having lost a son while in office, like JFK, and living in the midst of a terrible war, where he read the dead rolls daily, he was a fervent believer in peace, while suffering with the rest of the country in its dire hour of need.

The Great Messenger was killed for doing exactly what JFK did, 100 years later. They both took on Wall Street, the Jesuit and Illuminatis, and tried to unify a fractured country being run by satanists intent on using war, chaos, and hopelessness to their sick agenda and advantage. Both issued their own currency and bypassed the central banks. Both tried to reign in the influence of foreign agents in their midst.

Both were setup and murdered by the people they trusted.

Most normal people still understand Lincoln's vision, even though they mostly are not aware of it in the slightest. They gather with family and friends, break bread, and sometimes give thanks.

That's what Thanksgiving means. GIVING THANKS.

For the good, the bad, and the ugly. For it all has a purpose, though it may not always be visible until long after the fact.

The satanists have long been doing all they can to destroy this day of gratitude by turning it into some fictional thing between the Indians and the Pilgrims. A total lie, as any honest historian is quite aware. The last thing these nephilim devils want is an entire country thinking of whatever vision of God they have and being grateful, thereby making a distinct connection in their lives. If just for one day a year.

So my friends, pause, give thanks, and reflect. If not one day a week, at least today. Every blessing you have is exactly that. So many go hungry, are in war, are alone, and have no hope they can see.

For a day, think of others rather than yourself. Stop complaining. Just for today. Every time I see someone homeless, I give thanks. Our very existence is a great gift, regardless of circumstances. Our actions, now and in the past, made us who we are and where we shall be.

An act of kindness, contrition, and selflessness is a good beginning on this day.

May His hand be upon you all, always.
