Adobe Systems Inc, AdRoll, AirBnB, Automattic Inc, Box Inc, Cloudera Inc, Cloudflare Inc, Docusign, Dropbox, Etsy Inc, Evernote Corp, Glu Mobile Inc, Google, Lithium, Medium, Mozilla, netflix, Pinterest, reddit, Salesforce.com Inc, SpaceX, Stripe, Twilio, Yelp Inc, and Zynga - all well known cutouts for the spy agency CIA, using their businesses as domestic and overseas fronts for actions against peoples and state governments.

odd none of these multi-millionaires didn't mention being "shaken" by the terrorist attacks in Orlando, San Bernardino, ft Hood, and various malls across the nation. Not a word when a country is destabilized from within, but when someone actually tries to deal with that, that go all spare on the thing.

Who wrote Federal Immigration Law, Section 1182 (f) ?   Come on Google, tell me because it was written before Trump was elected. Clinton maybe.

That's odd. I guess it's easy to "sympathize" with rapefugees and terrorists entering the country when you travel with several heavily armed bodyguards and live in a mansion surrounded by 10 foot walls.

The US tech industry "resistance" to Trump is growing louder, and on Tuesday a group of top technology companies including Google, AirBnB and Netflix, plan to meet on Tuesday to discuss filing an amicus brief in support of a lawsuit challenging President Trump's order restricting immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries, said a spokesperson for a company organizing the gathering cited by Reuters. The meeting is being called together by GitHub, which makes software development tools.

For those unfamiliar, amicus, or "friend of the court", briefs are filed by parties who are not litigants in a case but want to offer arguments or information to the judge. In other words, tech companies do not want to burn all bridges with the president, but they don't want to lose their liberal clients either by being perceived as doing nothing, something which impacted Uber adversely over the weekend, leading to the #DeleteUber social media meme.
As Reuters adds, some of the companis invited to the meeting are Alphabet's Google, Airbnb and Netflix.

As reported yesterday, the technology sector has become the clearest corporate opponent to the ban announced last week, however not due to a genuinely altruistic reason, but because Trump's crackdown on H1-B visas threatens to cutoff a key labor supply. The industry depends on talent from around the world, and companies have been considering the best way to muster their resources, with efforts so far including statements condemning the move and financial support for organizations backing immigrants, such as the American Civil Liberties Union.

According to Michal Rosenn, general counsel for fundraising company Kickstarter, which will be involved in a filing, the "effort" - which at places like Bloomberg has already been dubbed the "resistance" - began on Monday. "We're all very shaken. We're shaken to see our neighbors and our families and our friends targeted in this way," Rosenn said. "All of us are trying to think about what we can do."

The discussions among the tech companies come after Amazon.com and Expedia filed declarations in court on Monday supporting a lawsuit filed by the Washington state attorney general. Amazon and Expedia said Trump's order adversely impacts their business.

A separate lawsuit challenging Trump's order as unconstitutional was filed on Monday by the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Additionally, Microsoft said it would aid the Washington AG lawsuit against the Trump executive order. If the tech companies decide to file an amicus brief as a group, it is unclear which case they would weigh in on.

Other companies invited to meet, according to Reuters, include Adobe Systems Inc, AdRoll, Automattic Inc, Box Inc, Cloudera Inc, Cloudflare Inc, Docusign, Dropbox, Etsy Inc, Evernote Corp, Glu Mobile Inc, Lithium, Medium, Mozilla, Pinterest, reddit, Salesforce.com Inc, SpaceX, Stripe, Twilio, Yelp Inc, and Zynga Inc, the source said.

Meanwhile, as Bloomberg adds, thousands of Google employees staged protests on Monday over Trump's executive order on immigration. More than two thousand employees of Google parent Alphabet Inc. participated across several offices. At Google's Mountain View, California, headquarters, Chief Executive Officer Sundar Pichai and co-Founder Sergey Brin -- both immigrants -- spoke to the crowd, voicing concerns over Trump's order that limits travel to the U.S. from seven Muslim-majority countries.

#TrumpCup: Trump Supporters Troll Starbucks into Calling Out President-Elect’s Name for Drinks

Donald Trump supporters are looking to trigger gay and lesbian Starbucks employees and customers by having baristas take the mogul’s name for their drink orders.
Trump’s relationship with the coffee company is complicated, to say the least. Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz endorsed Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election, whereas Trump once told supporters to boycott the company because they didn’t say “Christmas” on their red cups for the holiday season.
On Wednesday, a Trump supporter received major media attention after he was filmed yelling about anti-white and anti-Trump “discrimination” because his Starbucks order took too long. In what may be a response, Trump supporters are using the hashtag #TrumpCup to taunt Starbucks employees and make them call out the President-elect’s name:

Of course, there’s a certain irony in attacking a company by giving them business.

Trump Fires Acting Attorney General Yates For "Betrayal"

Unsurprisingly Democrats are up in arms over the firing of 'their' Acting Attorney General, seemingly making her out to be some freedom-fighting martyr for their cause of selective and political law enforcement... (as The Hill reports)
The Democratic National Committee released a statement late Monday responding to ”tyrannical” President Trump’s decision to fire Acting Attorney General Sally Yates. Yates was fired shortly after she announced that Justice Department not to defend Trump’s controversial executive order on immigration under her watch.

"Donald Trump can try to silence heroic patriots like Sally Yates who dare to speak truth to power about his illegal anti-Muslim ban that emboldens terrorists around the globe. But he cannot silence the growing voices of an American people now wide awake to his tyrannical presidency,” the DNC statement read.

Update #2: That "mutiny" did not last long. At 9:16pm on Monday, President Trump announced the firing of the acting attorney general, Sally Yates, who defied him just three hours earlier on his migrant-travel ban urging the DOJ not to follow his executive order, saying she "has betrayed the Department of Justice."
Yet another Obummer lesbian gets a pink slip.
Acting AG Yates has been relieved of duty...
Statement on the Appointment of Dana Boente as Acting Attorney General

The acting Attorney General, Sally Yates, has betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States. This order was approved as to form and legality by the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel.

Ms. Yates is an Obama Administration appointee who is weak on borders and very weak on illegal immigration.

It is time to get serious about protecting our country. Calling for tougher vetting for individuals travelling from seven dangerous places is not extreme. It is reasonable and necessary to protect our country.

Tonight, President Trump relieved Ms. Yates of her duties and subsequently named Dana Boente, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, to serve as Acting Attorney General until Senator Jeff Sessions is finally confirmed by the Senate, where he is being wrongly held up by Democrat senators for strictly political reasons.

"I am honored to serve President Trump in this role until Senator Sessions is confirmed. I will defend and enforce the laws of our country to ensure that our people and our nation are protected," said Dana Boente, Acting Attorney General.

Update #1: President Trump responds...
*  * *
As we detailed earlier, in what those with a flair for the dramatic might be allowed to call "mutiny", Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, who is the current acting Attorney General, has given orders to Justice Department lawyers not to defend Trump's executive order.
Her just released statement is below:
On January 27, 2017, the President signed an Executive Order regarding immigrants and refugees from certain Muslim-majority countries. The order has now been challenged in a number of jurisdictions. As the Acting Attorney General, it is my ultimate responsibility to determine the position of the Department of Justice in these actions.

My role is different from that of the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), which, through administrations of both parties, has reviewed Executive Orders for form and legality before they are issued. OLC's review is limited to the narrow question of whether, in OLC's view, a proposed Executive Order is lawful on its face and properly drafted. Its review does not take account of statements made by an administration or it surrogates close in time to the issuance of an Executive Order that may bear on the order's purpose. And importantly, it does not address whether any policy choice embodied in an Executive Order is wise or just.

Similarly, in litigation, DOJ Civil Division lawyers are charged with advancing reasonable legal arguments that can be made supporting an Executive Order. But my role as leader of this institution is different and broader. My responsibility is to ensure that the position of the Department of Justice is not only legally defensible, but is informed by our best view of what the law is after consideration of all the facts. In addition, I am responsible for ensuring that the positions we take in court remain consistent with this institution's solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right. At present, I am not convinced that the defense of the Executive Order is consistent with these responsibilities nor am I convinced that the Executive Order is lawful.

Consequently, for as long as I am the Acting Attorney General, the Department of Justice will not present arguments in defense of the Executive Order, unless and until I become convinced that it is appropriate to do so.
While it is clear that Yates is making a purely political statement, her glaring insubordination to the Trump administration will take on a largely symbolic hue, and may be imitated by various other government agencies which still have interim or permanent democratic leadership, as is the case with every instance of political "mutiny."
As The New York Times notes, Mr. Trump has the authority to fire Ms. Yates, but as the top Senate-confirmed official at the Justice Department, she is the only one authorized to sign foreign surveillance warrants, an essential function at the department.
That said, Donald Trump's response, once he realizes he may have a mini mutiny on his hands, should be interesting.
Trump aide (and reported architect of Trump's immigration executive order) Stephen Miller explains "this is further demonstration of how politicized our legal system has become..."

BREAKING: U.S. BORDER PATROL MAKES MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT TRUMP'S WALL

Unlike dookey boy Obama, Trump's EOs are publicly available and RESTORE our rights and freedoms

Some of these EOs are just flat out AWESOME! Not since Kennedy have we had someone who has put the brakes on Big Banking and Lobbyists who control our country. No wonder the satanic leftist wankers are crying like little babies.

President Donald Trump has spent his first days using his executive authority to rewrite American policy and undo a string of decisions made by former president Barack Obama. Here’s a running list of the new president’s executive actions:
1. Providing “relief” from the Affordable Care Act
Trump’s first executive order on Inauguration Day involved “minimizing the economic burden” of the Affordable Care Act. This order allows the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the heads of other departments and agencies to waive or delay the implementation of any ACA provisions that would impose a financial burden or any state or a regulatory burden on any individuals.
2. Freezing all regulations
Trump froze all pending regulations until they are approved directly by his administration or by an agency led by Trump appointees. The action, given in a memorandum from White House chief of staff Reince Priebus, delays all regulations with the exception of health, safety, financial or national security matters allowed by the Office of Management and Budget director.
3. Reinstating the “Mexico City” abortion policy
The president reinstated the so-called “Mexico City Policy”, which blocks the use of U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund foreign non-governmental organizations that perform or promote abortions. It was established by former president Ronald Reagan and has been rescinded by Democratic presidents and reinstated by Republican presidents ever since.
4. Scrapping the Trans-Pacific Partnership
Trump’s next executive action withdrew the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, which former President Barack Obama negotiated with 11 other pacific nations. The deal was never ratified by the Senate, so it had not gone into effect. Instead, the Trump administration says it plans on negotiating bilateral deals with individual nations.
5. Freezing the federal workforce
Trump issued a presidential memorandum Tuesday that prohibits government agencies from hiring any new employees, effective as of noon on January 22. The order does not apply to military personnel and the head of any executive department may exempt positions that include national security or public safety responsibilities.
6 & 7. Advancing the Dakota Access and Keystone XL Pipelines
Trump’s next actions encouraged the construction of two controversial pipelines, the Dakota Access Pipeline and Keystone XL Pipeline. The DAPL action instructs an expedited review and approval of the remaining construction and operation of the pipeline by the Army for Civil Works and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Keystone XL action invites TransCanada, the Canadian energy company behind the pipeline, to re-submit its application for a presidential permit to construct the pipeline. It also instructs the Secretary of State to reach a final determination within 60 days.
8. Expediting Environmental Reviews on Infrastructure Projects
On Tuesday, Trump issued an executive order to streamline environmental reviews of high-priority infrastructure projects. The action states that infrastructure projects in the U.S. “have been routinely and excessively delayed by agency processes and procedures.” The action instructs the Chairman of the White House Council on Environmental Quality to create expedited procedures and deadlines for environmental reviews and approvals for high-priority infrastructure projects.
9. Promoting “Made-in-the-USA” pipelines
This memorandum instructs the Secretary of Commerce to create a plan for pipelines created, repaired or expanded in the United States to use materials and equipment produced in the country “to the maximum extent possible.” It establishes that all steel and metal used in such pipelines be completely produced in the United States, from the initial melting stage to the application of coatings.
10. Reviewing domestic manufacturing regulation
Trump issued an action that instructs the Secretary of Commerce to contact stakeholders to review the impact of Federal regulations on domestic manufacturing. After the review, the Secretary of Commerce is instructed to create a streamlined Federal permitting process for domestic manufacturers.
11. Increasing border security measures
Trump signed an executive order Wednesday that directed the secretary of homeland security to:
  • Begin planning, designing and constructing a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, including identify available federal funds and working with Congress for additional funding
  • Construct and operate detention facilities near the border to make adjudicate asylum claims, subject to the availability of existing funding,
  • Hire 5,000 additional Border Patrol agents, subject to the availability of existing funding,
  • End “catch and release” policy
  • Quantify all “sources of direct and indirect Federal aid or assistance to the Government of Mexico on an annual basis over the past five years”
  • Take action to empower state and local law enforcement to act as immigration officers
12. Pursuit of undocumented immigrants
Trump signed an executive order Wednesday that directed the secretary of homeland security to:
  • Prioritize certain undocumented immigrants for removal, including those with criminal convictions and those who have only been charged with a crime
  • Hire 10,000 additional immigration officers at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, subject to the availability of existing funding,
  • Prohibit federal funding, with the help of the attorney general, to “sanctuary” jurisdictions, where local officials have declined to help enforce federal immigration laws
  • Reinstate the Secure Communities program, which was terminated in 2014 and enables state and local law enforcement to effectively act as immigration agents
  • Sanction countries, with the help of the secretary of state, that refuse to accept the return of undocumented immigrants deported from the U.S.
  • Create a list, updated weekly, of crimes committed by undocumented immigrants in sanctuary jurisdictions
  • Create an “Office for Victims of Crimes Committed by Removable Aliens” to “provide proactive, timely, adequate and professional services to victims of crimes committed by removable aliens and family members of such victims”
13. Reevaluating visa and refugee programs
Trump signed an executive order Friday evening making significant changes to the visa and refugee programs in the United States. It includes:
  • Cuts the number of refugees allowed into the United States in fiscal 2017 from 110,000 to 50,000
  • Suspends for 120 days the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, which identifies and processes refugees for resettlement in the United States
  • Suspends the entry of all “immigrants and nonimmigrants” from Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Yemen, Somalia and Syria for 90 days.
  • Directs the secretary of homeland security, the director of national intelligence and secretary of state to put together a list of countries that do not provide adequate information to vet potential entry of foreign nationals into the United States. Foreign nationals from those countries will be banned from entering the United States.
  • Directs the secretary of state, the secretary of homeland security, the director of national intelligence, and the director of the FBI to implement uniform screening standards for all immigration programs
  • Directs the secretary of homeland security, upon the resumption of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, to “prioritize refugee claims made by individuals on the basis of religious-based persecution, provided that the religion of the individual is a minority religion in the individual's country of nationality.”
  • Directs the secretary of homeland security to implement a biometric entry-exit tracking system
  • Grants state and local jurisdictions, whenever possible a “role in the process of determining the placement or settlement” of refugees
  • Suspend the Visa Interview Waiver Program, which allows certain people renewing their visas to skip an in-person interview
  • Directs the secretary of state to expand the Consular Fellows Program
14. Strengthening the military
The president on Friday issued a presidential memorandum directing the secretary of defense, James Mattis, to conduct a review on the military’s readiness in the next 30 days and develop a budget for fiscal 2018 capable of improving the “readiness conditions.” He also directed Mattis to complete a National Defense Strategy and to review the country’s nuclear capabilities and missile-defense capabilities
15. Reorganizing the National Security Council
Trump signed a memorandum Saturday that reorganized the National Security Council, with the goal of making it more digitally-focused, as POLITICO previously reported. Part of the order allows some of the president’s staff, including chief of staff Reince Priebus and White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, to attend any NSC meeting, and widens the ability of appointees close to Trump to attend NSC meetings.
16. Implementing a lobbying ban
This executive order bars “every executive appointee in every executive agency” from engaging in “lobbying activities with respect to that agency” for five years after leaving the agency. It also bars them permanently from lobbying for any foreign government or political party.
17. Defeating ISIS
This memorandum instructs Defense Secretary Jim Mattis to create a plan to defeat ISIS and submit it to the president within 30 days. The plan must include a comprehensive strategy for defeating ISIS, changes to the rules of engagement, strategies to de-legitimize “radical Islamist ideology,” a plan for cutting off ISIS’ financial support and identification of new partners for the fight against the terrorist organization.

Travel Chaos caused by leftist Protesters, only 125 detained out of 326,000

Airport disruptions were caused by thousands of terrorist leftist fascists not government restrictions

President Trump blamed protesters, Charles Schumer's "tears" and Delta's computer glitch for chaos at airports across the country in the aftermath of his executive order on immigration. He added that according to Secretary Kelly "all is going well with very few problems" and all-capped "MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN""

"Only 109 people out of 325,000 were detained and held for questioning," the president tweeted early Monday.  "Big problems at airports were caused by Delta computer outage,.....protesters and the tears of Senator Schumer. Secretary Kelly said that all is going well with very few problems. MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN!"
He then followed up his latest defense of his immigration order, when in a later tweet Trump said there is "nothing nice about searching for terrorists before they can enter our country. This was a bit part of my campaign. Study the world!"
Protests broke out on Saturday and Sunday at airports across the country with demonstrators urging refugees and immigrants to illegally enter the country without background vetting. Several Democratic lawmakers joined the protests at locations in various cities and some Republican lawmakers also expressed concern about the order and its implementation. During a press conference on Sunday, Pederast Schumer, holding back tears, called the order "mean-spirited and keeps out people corporations can exploit with low wages." He said Democrats are considering legislation to overturn the order, because big tech companies want to hire Asians and Indians for pennies on the dollar and circumvent wage laws.

After the White House initially announced it blocked green card holders from entering the US, the DHS later backtracked and said permanent residents would not be prevented from entering the US.
Overnight, 6 people were killed in a Quebec City mosque by rival Jihadi factions in what Canada's prime minister Trudeau dubbed a terrorist attack, one day after the PM tweeted his welcome to anyone around the globe who is "persecuted

The NWO's plan to destabilize the west with middle east terrorists has hit a snag with the White House insisting Jihadist's be vetted before being allowed into the US. Rape and murder rates are staggering everywhere these thugs land in our country, but the left ignores these facts, because of orders from the covens and their high priestesses. Meanwhile, the MSM continues to attack safe and lawful immigration policies long in place in order to foment their love of death and to push forward the destruction of the west by globalist agendas.

College Lecturer Punched In The Face And Knocked Into Freezing Canal For ‘Being White’ AND NOT A WORD FROM THE MEDIA, JUST SILENCE

 JIHADIS ATTACK AGAIN.

A media lecturer at Stratford College was set upon by a group of Muslim males and sent tumbling into a freezing canal while out jogging in Birmingham for, he believes, “being white” on January 15th.
The Stratford Observer reports that Lee Skinner was running along the canal side near Yardley Road, Acocks Green in the middle of the afternoon when one of the five-strong group suddenly struck him full force in the face, knocking him into the icy waters.

The Daily Mirror records how Skinner was “able to identify them as Pakistani as I’ve worked in Muslim communities and have a detailed knowledge of Islam and speak Arabic to a certain level”.

How the Fed Will Destroy the Trump Presidency and the World

Defiant Trump Team Digs In: "We Wont Apologize For Keeping America Safe"

Under assault from foreign governments, domestic CEOs, and thousands of protesters across the nation, members of the Trump administration were stern in their refusal to budge, and were unified in their support of the president's sweeping executive order that bars refugees and people from seven nations from entering the U.S.
Repeating a phrase first uttered by Trump, top aides to the president denied that the immigration order amounted to a Muslim ban and pointed to the Obama administration for identifying the seven countries included in the order. The Trump team also defended the executive order's at times botched implementation amid backlash from some lawmakers and Federal Judges blocking the partial immgiration order.
Among the more vocal defenders of Trump were top aide Kellyanne Conway, who on Sunday emphasized the importance of having safe borders, suggesting that the small number of people who were inconvenienced by the order was worth it to keep the country safe. She said 325,000 people "from overseas came into this country just yesterday through our airports."
"You're talking about 300 and some who have been detained or are prevented from gaining access to an aircraft in their home countries," Conway said on "Fox News Sunday." "Thats 1 percent. And I think in terms of the upside being greater protection of our borders, of our people, it's a small price to pay." She also echoed Trump and insisted the immigration order was not a Muslim ban, even as some Democratic lawmakers have argued the opposite.
"These seven countries, what about the 46 majority-Muslim countries that are not included? Right there, it totally undercuts this nonsense that this is a Muslim ban," Conway said.   "This is a ban on prospective travel from countries, trying to prevent terrorists in this country, from countries that have a recent history of training and exporting and harboring terrorists."
Returning the attack, Conway said the list of seven countries included in the order actually came from former President Obama's administration, which it did as per a DHS announcement from February 2016. In February 2016, the Obama administration added Libya, Yemen and Somalia to a list of "countries of concern" with respect to its visa waiver program. Iran, Syria, Iraq and Sudan were already on the list, according to a release from the Department of Homeland Security.
"These are countries that have a history of training, harboring, exporting terrorists," Conway said. She added that the president will "certainly keep identifying threats and risks."
* * *
White House spokesman Sean Spicer also highlight the Obama administration's role for initially flagging the seven "countries of particular concern."  "The Obama administration put these first and foremost," he said on ABC's "This Week."
He similarly noted there are 46 other Muslim-majority countries not included in the seven listed and defended the president for following through on the promises he made during his campaign.
"This is nothing new," Spicer said. "President Trump talked about this throughout the campaign and throughout the transition. The president is just implementing the policies he campaigned on" he added noting that protecting the nation and its people is the No. 1 priority of the Trump administration.
* * *
In a testy exchange with Chuck Todd, White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus was the third to reiterate that the seven countries included in the order were identified by the Obama administration as "the seven most dangerous countries in the world in regard to harboring terrorists and affirmed by Congress multiple times." Priebus also defended the order's implementation, saying there shouldn't have been a "grace period" put on the order.
"Then, people that want to do bad things to Americans would just move up their travel date two days in order to get into the country before the grace period's over," he said on NBC's "Meet the Press."
"I think it's one of these things that, and if you ask a lot of people at the Customs and Border patrol, would just tell you you got to rip off the band-aid and you have to move forward."

As noted earlier, Priebus also clarified the order, saying it doesn't affect green card holders. "We didn't overrule the Department of Homeland Security, as far as green card holders moving forward, it doesn't affect them," Priebus said on NBC's "Meet The Press." But Priebus noted if a person is traveling back and forth to one of the seven countries included in that order, that person is likely to be "subjected temporarily with more questioning until a better program is put in place."
"We don't want people that are traveling back and forth to one of these seven countries that harbor terrorists to be traveling freely back and forth between the United States and those countries," he said. He clarified that it is up to the "discretionary authority" of a Customs and Border Patrol agent whether people traveling back and forth to these seven countries receive extra questioning. Priebus then added that other countries may need to be added to the executive order in the future.
"But in order to do this in a way that was expeditious, in a way that would pass muster quickly," he said, "we used the 7 countries that have already been codified and identified." He said the order was "done for the protection of Americans, and waiting another three days, waiting another three weeks is something that we don't want to get wrong."
Priebus' bottom line: Trump won't apologize for keeping Americans safe: "President Trump is not willing to get this wrong," Priebus said, "which is why he wants to move forward quickly and protect Americans.... So we apologize for nothing here."
Meanwhile the symbolic pressure from tens of thousands of protesters, 16 Democratic attorneys general who are seeking to overturn the Trump executive order, at least 11 Republican members of Congress, and countless civil rights groups and CEOs continues to mount with some confident that the matter will end up before the Supreme Court, and lead to even greater social polarization.

LAPD Chief Refuses to Enforce Trump Immigration Law

With 'sanctuary' cities across America furiously defiant over the new administration's threats to halt Obama's taxpayer-funded law-breaking, AP reports that President Trump is reviving a program that deputizes local officers to enforce federal immigration law.
The program received scant attention as Trump announced on the same day his plans to build a border wall and hire thousands more federal agents as he looks to fulfill promises from his campaign.

The program has fallen out of the favor in recent years amid complaints from critics that it promotes racial profiling.

More than 60 police and sheriff's agencies had the special authority in 2009.

Since then, the number has been halved and the effort scaled back amid complaints officers weren't focusing on catching violent offenders and instead arrested immigrants for minor violations.
Police leaders across America have already responded with LAPD chief Charlie Beck perhaps the most vocal, saying in November, he has no plans to follow Trump's demands, "we are not going to engage in law enforcement activities solely based on somebody’s immigration status. We are not going to work in conjunction with Homeland Security on deportation efforts."

Chief Beck said he planned to maintain the long-standing separation.
For decades, the LAPD has distanced itself from federal immigration policies. The LAPD prohibits officers from initiating contact with someone solely to determine whether they are in the country legally, mandated by a special order signed by then-chief Daryl Gates in 1979. During Beck’s tenure as chief, the department stopped turning over people arrested for low-level crimes to federal agents for deportation and moved away from honoring federal requests to detain inmates who might be deportable past their jail terms.

“I don’t intend on doing anything different,” he said. “We are not going to engage in law enforcement activities solely based on somebody’s immigration status. We are not going to work in conjunction with Homeland Security on deportation efforts. That is not our job, nor will I make it our job.”

In Los Angeles, officials have tried to alleviate some of those concerns by signaling their support for the city’s immigrant residents. At a meeting Friday at the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, Mayor Eric Garcetti said the city would question Trump’s decisions on immigration.

“If the first day, as president, we see something that is hostile to our people, hostile to our city, bad for our economy, bad for our security, we will speak up, speak out, act up and act out,” Garcetti said.
The mayor also said that the LAPD would continue to enforce Special Order 40, the Gates-signed directive that bars officers from contacting someone solely to determine their immigration status.
“Our law enforcement officers and LAPD don’t go around asking people for their papers, nor should they,” he said. “That’s not the role of local law enforcement.”
And now today,
"This is not our job, nor will I make it our job,” Beck said in an interview with the Los Angeles Times.

“We couldn’t deport 500,000 people if we wanted to, and if we did, it would be at the expense of public safety,”
As AP notes, however, the program could end up having a significant impact on immigration enforcement around the country..
Sheriff Joe Arpaio used the program most aggressively in metro Phoenix, and he became arguably the nation's best-known immigration enforcer at the local level in large part because of the special authority. In a strange twist, he was thrown out of office in the same election that vaulted Trump to the presidency, mostly because of mounting frustration over legal issues and costs stemming from the patrols.

In his executive order this week, Trump said he wants to empower local law enforcement to act as immigration officers and help with the "investigation, apprehension, or detention" of immigrants in the country illegally.

The move comes at a time when the country is sharply divided over the treatment of immigrants. Cities such as Chicago and San Francisco have opposed police involvement in immigration while some counties in Massachusetts and Texas are now seeking to jump in.

Proponents say police departments can help bolster immigration enforcement and prevent criminals from being released back into their neighborhoods, while critics argue that deputizing local officers will lead to racial profiling and erode community trust in police.
With Trump in office, the program has new life.
Even before the change in administration, two Republican county sheriffs in Massachusetts said they were starting programs. In Texas, Jackson County sheriff A. J. "Andy" Louderback said two officers will get trained to run immigration jail checks this spring and nearby counties want to follow suit. Louderback said teaming up with federal agents will cost his agency roughly $3,000 — a small price to pay to cover for officers while they're on a four-week training course, especially in an area struggling with human smuggling.

Once the program is underway, he said immigration agents will send a daily van to pick up anyone flagged for deportation from jail. "It just seems like good law enforcement to partner with federal law enforcement in this area," he said. "It takes all of us to do this job."
'Experts' said Trump's outreach to local law enforcement will create an even bigger split between sanctuary cities that keep police out of immigration enforcement and those eager to help the new president bolster deportations. "There is no question that in order to do the type of mass deportation that he promised, it will require him conscripting local law enforcement agencies," said Chris Newman, legal director of the National Day Laborer Organizing Network. "It is going to balkanize things ... and we're going to see more of the extremes."

They started to fire, and as they shot they yelled, 'Allahu akbar!' Rival Jihadis enter mosque and murder shiites

One day after the prime minister welcome Muslims into the country, it appears Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard calls mosque shooting a "terrorist act", and Greg Fergus, an MP in Quebec blamed "years of demonising Muslims" for the massacre...
Quebec police confirm: "The premises are secure and the occupants have been evacuated. The investigation continues," the SPVQ wrote on Twitter.
A witness, who asked to remain anonymous, told CBC's French-language service Radio-Canada that two masked individuals entered the mosque.
"It seemed to me that they had a Quebecois accent. They started to fire, and as they shot they yelled, 'Allahu akbar!' The bullets hit people that were praying. People who were praying lost their lives. A bullet passed right over my head," said the witness.
Additionally, NYPD is steeping up patrol at all mosque/house-of-worship locations citywide, due to the shooting at a mosque in Quebec.

As we detailed earlier, five people were killed after gunmen opened fire in a Quebec City mosque during evening prayers, the mosque's president told reporters on Sunday Reuters reported. Police confirmed the shooting at a Quebec mosque in a tweet, confirming numerous fatalities.
"There are many victims ... there are deaths," a Quebec police‎ spokesman told reporters.
Quebec City Constable Étienne Doyon told reporters that police received a call around 7:55 p.m. on Sunday, stating that shots had been heard at the Centre Culturel Islamique de Québec on Sainte-Foy St.
"Why is this happening here? This is barbaric,” said the mosque's president, Mohamed Yangui. In June 2016, a pig’s head was left on the doorstep of the cultural centre, Reuters added. Yangui, who luckily was not inside the mosque during the shooting, said he received frantic calls from people at evening prayers. He said the injured had been taken to different hospitals across Quebec City.
According to local authorities, one of the shooters at the mosque used an AK-47.

Oops! CNN Accidentally Airs Press Conference With Detained Iraqi Traveler Who Likes Trump - ABC News Edits Out, because heaven forbid an immigrant might like what Trump is doing

Scores of irate liberals organized in part by CAIR (considered a terrorist organization in the UAE), descended upon airports around the country on Saturday to protest Donald Trump's 120 day ban on refugees from 6 "nations of concern" and a permanent ban on Syrians until further notice. Of note, the countries on the list were originally identified under Obama by the Department of Homeland Security in the "Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015."
As a result of the Executive Order, several travelers from the newly restricted nations found themselves in limbo at airports across the United States, as many were kept off flights or stranded. In response, Democrat congressional representatives Nydia Velazquez and Jerry Nadler showed up to JFK airport with the press to earn a few votes for the next election.
The Puerto Rican born Velazquez (who’s been in US Politics over 35 years and hasn’t bothered to master English), took to the cameras to decry the Executive Order for not offering guidelines. Oh, and it’s unjust.
One of the stranded travelers was Iraqi interpreter Hameed Khalid Darweesh, released from detention after 18 hours. Reps. Velazquez and Nadler were quick to cozy up to Darweesh, hoping to milk the “human element” of this tragic story of injustice.
About an hour later, Darweesh was wheeled in front of network cameras where he was asked what he thought of Donald Trump:
THAT FACE

Unsurprisingly, ABC News cut that part out…
Unfortunately for Rep. Velazquez, Hameed Khalid Darweesh didn't fit the bleeding heart narrative. Fortunately for the rest of the stranded travelers, and putting an end to this orchestrated CAIRport protest, a NY Federal judge granted a temporary repreive following an ACLU request for a temporary stay allowing detained travelers to stay in the United States.

WOMEN'S MARCH SPEAKER IS A KIDNAPPER, MURDERER. SHE KILLED A 62 YEAR OLD WHITE MAN

A leading black feminist and featured speaker at the Women’s March on Washington – who speaks on women’s issues and prison reform – is a convicted murderer and kidnapper who was part of a seven-person gang that abducted, tortured and killed a 62-year-old white man.
Donna Hylton was convicted of second-degree murder and two counts of first-degree kidnapping on March 12, 1986. She had been an accessory in the gruesome murder of Long Island real-estate broker Thomas Vigliarole, whose body was found locked inside a trunk in a Manhattan apartment in 1985. Vigliarole had died of asphyxiation. He was starved, beaten, raped, burned and tortured. Hylton served 27 years at New York’s Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for the crime.

In a 1995 feature published in Psychology Today, Jill Neimark described the bloody crime:
The victim was 62-year-old Thomas Vigliarole, a balding real-estate broker cum con man whose partner in crime, Louis Miranda, thought Vigliarole had swindled him out of $139,000 on a mutual con. The two men had sold shares in a New York City condo and meant to pocket the money for themselves, but Miranda hadn’t gotten his share. …
Miranda had hired Woodie George Pace, the kind of man who boasted about putting an electric drill through victims’s hands, to help him. Woodie and a former girlfriend, Selma Price, who became known during the trial as “the fat lady” (she literally weighed almost 500 pounds, and had to be taken away in a special van because she couldn’t fit into a regular car), had been implicated in a similar kidnapping and torture in 1981. “Selma,” recalled detective [William] Spurling, “admitted she sat on the victim and beat him. She was so fat that sitting on him would have been torture enough.”
Ultimately, Miranda would ask for a ransom of over $400,000 – even after the victim had died. He never got it. Maria Talag, who according to Donna called Miranda her godfather, invited Donna [Hylton] and two friends, Rita and Theresa, to participate in the crime. Their cut was to be $9,000 each; Donna wanted hers to pay for a picture portfolio to help her break into modeling.

Vigliarole had originally believed three girls in the group were prostitutes who would have sex with him. But the girls drugged him and took him to a Harlem apartment that had been prepared for his arrival.
“The closet door had been cut, a pot put in it for use as a toilet, the windows boarded,” Neimark wrote. “For the next 15 to 20 days … the man was starved, burned, beaten, and tortured.”
When Hylton’s friend, Rita, was questioned about sticking a three-foot metal bar up Vigliarole’s  hind end, she reportedly told detective Spurling: “He was a homo anyway. … When I stuck the bar up his rectum he wiggled.”

Hylton and her two girlfriends took turns watching Vigliarole. Hylton reportedly delivered a ransom note and film to the victim’s friend, who managed to jot down a portion of her license plate number.
Detective Spurling, who interviewed Hylton, recalled: “I couldn’t believe this girl who was so intelligent and nice-looking could be so unemotional about what she was telling me she and her friends had done. They’d squeezed the victim’s testicles with a pair of pliers, beat him, burned him. Actually, I thought the judge’s sentence was lenient. Once a jailbird, always a jailbird.”
In her Psychology Today article, Neimark says Hylton claimed she didn’t know the real-estate broker had died. But then something curious happened during the interview.
“She slipped verbally, and said in an almost irritable way, ‘He [the victim] was going to die anyway, so …’ and then she caught herself. I just looked at her. All her previous protestations that when arrested she’d had no idea Vigliarole was dead were clearly lies.”

Hylton joined high-profile speakers at the Women’s March, including Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards, actress America Ferrera, activist Angela Davis, feminist Gloria Steinem, actresses Ashley Judd and Scarlett Johansson, among others.
“This march is about us, the people, the women in this country who refuse to be marginalized, sexualized and abused and silenced. March!” Hylton shouted to a large crowd as she raised her fist into the air.
Curiously, while Hylton discussed her time in prison at the Washington march, she never provided any details of the crime that landed her behind bars.
She told the crowd:
My name is Donna Hylton. I’m formerly known as inmate 86G0206. But in this moment, in this movement, I’m here to talk about those women and those girls that society refuses to talk about. That they continue to criminalize. That they continue to abuse, sexualize, denigrate and dehumanize. I stand here today to tell you that we are human! That we are women, and we are you, and you are we. And we count.
And who said we couldn’t break the ceiling? This is the glass ceiling right now and from today on, this is our ceiling. How amazing and wonderful it is to be in this powerful movement of sisterhood. And as we march today, we march in solidarity with millions of women and girls who have been told all their lives that they have no rights, they have no value and they have no voice. But today, we in solidarity are marching to change that narrative. We are marching to rewrite, reclaim and re-imagine the humanity that has been taken and stripped from these women and girls. They cannot march with us today, but they’re here.
Five years ago, I was released from prison after serving 27 years. … And when I walked out those gates of prison, I made a promise to those women who are our friends, our neighbors, our sisters that I would do all that I could do to tell their story, to tell their narratives and to tell their truth. So today in solidarity as inmate 86G0206, I call into this moment, into this movement … all of those women who have been overlooked, marginalized, sexualized, dehumanized and silenced. Today we march in solidarity to be their voice. We are their voice.
After the Women’s March, Hylton was interviewed by the Chinese Government Television Network. In that interview, she claimed “black and brown women” are being “criminalized for our color.” Hylton said:
Because I was a woman that spent 27 years in prison and we are the most marginalized of this demographic, right? We continue to be silenced. We continue to be negated. We continue to be villified and dehumanized. It was my purpose today to stand up and to bring us into this moment and say, ‘We’re here, we’re relevant, and you must hear our stories. Our stories are equally important. …
We have always been in this moment. We have always had this problem. It’s not about Trump. It’s not about any one male person. It has been a mindset, a mentality and a behavior that’s been perpetrated forever against women. … If you’re a black or brown woman, you know it’s been happening. The majority of prisons and jails are crowded with black and brown women, because of the dehumanization. We are criminalized for our color. We are criminalized and sexualized.

Only US President to actually keep his campaign promises, The Great man, Donald Trump

What an amazing week of accomplishments! Fixing problems, creating REAL JOBS NOT JUST WAITERS AND BARTENDERS LIKE UNDER THE NEGRO, and stopping federal agencies from further destroying American freedoms with their fascist agenda 21 activities. And this is just the FIRST WEEK.

God Bless our President.

First time in my life I ever felt that way or prayed for his safety. He's the JFK of our time.

Which means these vicious, nasty, satanic shites will kill him. He needs his own private, heavily vetted security team. The secret service cannot be trusted, as was proved with JFK, when all agents were ORDERED TO STAND DOWN ON 11-22-1963

I hope he reads this or gets this advice FROM SOMEONE, because the media is openly calling for someone, anyone, to kill him. Another first in US history. These satanic shits need to be dealt with, as they are screaming the same at the best president since Jack Kennedy.

Submitted by Matthew Jamison via The Strategic Culture Foundation,
The Inauguration of the billionaire property developer and businessman Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States has ushered in a new era in American politics and international standing. It was a surreal moment due to the fact so many believed it would never happen. Mr. Trump must be credited with the fact he possess unique political and charismatic skills that a man with zero experience of running a political campaign, running for political office or having ever served in government, could have got himself elected President at the outset of his very first political campaign, is quite remarkable.
What is more remarkable is that Mr. Trump largely drove his campaign and success with the capturing of the Republican nomination and subsequently the White House, largely through the sheer force and theatrical, flamboyant personality of his character, a deep understanding of his audience/market and an uncanny ability to utilise and harness mass media to attract attention to himself and his campaign. He did all this in the face of stiff resistance from many within his own party and the Establishment and mainstream media. As a performer he is extremely captivating and this in many ways fuelled his rise to the Presidency.
President Trump's inaugural address was quite unlike any in recent American Presidential history. He returned to the dark and pessimistic vision of America and the world originally outlined with vigour at the Republican National Convention. President Trump dubbed the state of America in graphic terms as an «American carnage», in which the nations elite Establishment in Washington DC had allowed the country to rot as they themselves flourished. It was a full scale onslaught against the members of the DC political Establishment both Republican and Democrat and the ushering in of a so-called new way of getting the best for the American people from their political institutions.
What was must striking in policy and political terms was the overtly nationalist doctrine that President Trump enunciated in his Inaugural Address. It would seem for the first time in decades an American administration will be openly and philosophically Protectionist in its actions, policies, rhetoric and thinking advocating for «smart trade» not «free trade» and moving away from free trade type agreements such as NAFTA or the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership. The nationalism is striking for its isolationism.
There is no place in the Trump Doctrine for George W. Bush style messianic, neoconservative interventionism in the name of democratic nation building around the world. The Trump Doctrine is neither liberal internationalist nor American exceptionalism or neoconservative hawkishness rather a traditional form of nationalist isolationism redolent of the 1930s Republican Party of Wendell Willkie who opposed US involvement in the European World War II.
The Trump Doctrine emphasizes American greatness through a heavy focus on nationalism to express the pride in national power and is hostile towards attempts at or achieved restrictions upon national sovereignty to act as an independent nation state rather than in a collective, multi-lateral fashion through organisations such as NATO, United Nations, the Paris Climate Agreement, the Iran Nuclear Agreement etc.
This nationalist isolationism is most starkly revealed and will have the most radical impact in terms of international trade policy. It will be fascinating to see just how far under the Trump administration America moves away from Free Trade in the international economic architecture of the Western IMF/World Bank system and embraces protectionism with the possibility of trade wars and an undermining of organisations such as the World Trade Organisation and the globalized framework of manufacturing. In terms of Great Power Superpower politics the Trump Doctrine will position American global leadership as more of a Chairman of the Board style of leadership rather than the activist World Policeman CEO figure of past administrations post-World War II. Trump wants America to remain dominant and number one but refuses to follow a set of international policies which could bankrupt America for paying for Global hegemony of the Kennedy/Reagan/Clinton/Bush administrations.
At home a brand of patriotism will be used to attempt to create greater internal cohesion and unity despite the profound divisions within the country and large opposition to the Trump victory. Be prepared to see a wave of America First hyperbole and hyper-nationalism unleashed in an attempt to quell dissent and wrap the Trump Presidency in the American flag in a powerfully emotional appeal to the countries most sensitive sensibilities. This will in all likelihood be abused for political purposes of the Trump administration to silence critics and dilute opposition and it is likely to widen the gulf between small town middle America and the coastal big city liberal metropolises stoking even greater social tensions.
The Inaugural Speech was a tour de force in raw emotion powered by a fiery and telegenic, charismatic and motivational, persuasive though hyperbolic public personality and speaker. It was a master class act in mass manipulation and it remains to be seen whether a policy platform for Government fashioned out of this individual driven political insurrection will indeed cure some of the problems facing the United States or whether they will in fact create even bigger problems both for Americans and the rest of the world.
