The bible has its own internal dictionary and encyclopedia. Fact. Any verse is explained a few verses before or usually, after, that gives meaning to said verse. It's brilliant. No other book in the world can do this and still make sense. That is why, when you just read the bible, it seems an often repetition at times; not so. It is those explanatory verses added into the discourse that explains the meaning thereof. But, you have to be paying attention to catch it.
Scofield hijacks that by doing it as a jewish add on under each page. Altering meanings and understandings. It's pure evil.
It's where dispensationalism comes from.
