I was in stores in Bakersfield yesterday and no shortages or guards, and I saw plenty of trucks on the roads and highways. I have no idea what she is talking about.
The rule change is two fold.
One. Non citizen truck drivers are restricted from driving in Calif.
Two. Driving on residential streets in the Inland Empire is now forbidden. Trucks must stay on main roads and highways. No neighborhoods. Apparently and yeah, this happens alot, truckers have been using city and town streets like their own personal truck highways. That has been stopped.
It's rule one that is having non domicile truckers boycotting California, because they cannot read english, drive a truck very well, and all that. This whole thing is to force the rescinding of fake CDL DLs that have been killing all those people back into circulation. This op will make sure that illegal aliens who cannot speak or read english, get back into 80 ton trucks and tear back down the highways again. It's a pysop to achieve an end.
