This is the future of the police state, the stasi, with Flock.
This calls for a month+ long investigation. Instead of clearing out a meth house, they should figure out who dropped the $30 and find the person who picked up the money. Everything should be written up and clearly documented. Shouldn't take more than a couple hundred hours for a team. Maybe we should get the national guard involved.
