Namely, the BREEZE Cleanpath vacuums and other brands.
At first, the vacuum works fine and dandy, as they do. But as you use it, it clogs more and picks up less, over time. Then one thinks, "it's getting old, the filter is clogged, etc" and so you clean the filter and such. It works again, but never as good as it used to when first purchased. So, after enough time, the vacuum gets tossed for a new and often different model.
Repeat and Rinse.
Well, today I was cleaning it out and the filters and such and was, as I always have to do, clean out the hose that runs from the debris sump to the motor. As you do. I got the word to look inside the hose.
So I did.
Big surprise. Inside the hose are these baffles that extend from the inner wall of the hose to about 1/3 the depth of the diameter. Every six inches. WOW.
What's happening is, these baffles are designed to peel away from the inner wall over time and create partial blockages that trap materials, cat hair, leaves, whatever is being vacuumed up and causes the machine to no longer suck up the debris. As debris moves through the hose, it slowly peels these baffles away from the wall of the hose. The longer you use the vacuum, the more baffles peel away and the thing becomes useless. Usually within one year of purchase and regular use.
Surprise surprise surprise.
Designed to be useless with each use.
And you can't get rid of them, because these baffles are extruded from the same material as the hose, only much thinner, but strong enough to capture and clog the hose at every point. It's why vacuums after a year are nigh useless even with a thorough cleaning.
Dad says all brands do it, not just BREEZE.
It's designed to create chaos and anger in the home, where none was there before - Lucifer's territory. A peaceful person becomes angry, upset, and pissed off when they are none of that prior to use. And in weak souls, they share that anger with anyone whose about, creating discord and disharmony in the home.
It's a satanic attack of evil and none are the wiser.
