A foreign power with an Air Force Base in Idaho. To support the invasion troops already here.
So an old but quickly upgraded USAF base is being handed over to a Muslim Power. Inside the continental USA. For "training" purposes.
Which also means they will need a sea port, rail service, et al, to support such a thing. And will get it.
At least, when the skies overhead are filled with jets firing rockets into your area, you'll know where they are coming from.
