Mary Moriarty, the county attorney of Hennepin County, called for the scene to be secured by local law enforcement.^[25] Moriarty later stated that her office was working alongside the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and that she expected federal authorities to let the bureau investigate the scene.^[2] Hours after the shooting, three armored vehicles from the Federal Bureau of Investigation appeared at the scene of the incident.^[26] Minneapolis Police Department chief Brian O'Hara claimed that DHS officials blocked local police from accessing the scene.^[27]^[2]

Obadiah

Bonus. In the pic above are two obvious eyes.

Obadiah was the family buggle tree for nearly ten years, named by Randy. He gave and got, a great many hugs, prayer hours, friendship, and doings. In point of fact, when Matt moved out in January 2020, the next day, a HUGE main branch broke off and landed right on the roof, right over where he slept, which was next to Obadiah. Then he dropped a bunch of leaves. He was broken hearted Matt had gone.

Obadiah shed a third of himself. The jagged edges were trimmed back.

After, with branch removed. The hole that reminded me daily, Matt had left. Obadiah and I both wept and for a long while too.

You know what the owners did, first thing after I moved out? They cut Obadiah down, because he had become, over the years, A SACRED TREE dedicated to YHVH.

Guess what the spiritual estate of the owners were? You get only ONE guess.

Tree spirits are a class of angel. They love. They mourn. They give. They receive. If you will have it. Everything is alive. Treat the living with love and respect and receive in kind.

I often wonder how much of what is given over really lands on the reader. What a different life people would have if they just would treat the world around them with love and respect. Rather than violate it with scorn, disregard, and unholy doings.

I do what I do and that's all I can do.
