This has blown up lately. I saw a few of the videos. He's vicious toward his dog. Mean.

Whenever his dog attempts to get up, he gets shocked. A bunch of videos of him doing just that. Leaves the dog there for 6-8 hours at a stretch. No pee break, no getting up, allowed.

He's aware what he is doing is wrong and constantly hides the shock device he uses, often keeping it out of frame and zaps doggie by reaching out of frame to get him. Alot.

The anger is justified. This dog needs a new home pretty fast.
