During arrest, lawmaker threatened to call Whitmer, told troopers he ran their budget, police report says

While he struggled with troopers after a crash earlier this month in which he was accused of driving drunk, a state representative told Michigan State Police troopers he'd call the governor and said he had oversight of their budget, according to a police report.
"I don’t give a f--- bro, when I call Gretchen ill (sic) need yall (sic) ID’s badge numbers everything," state Rep. Jewell Jones said, according to the report, which The Detroit News obtained Wednesday.
He also said: "It's not going to be good for you, I run y'all budget, bro," according to a trooper on the scene.

Two troopers arriving at the scene of the crash said the 26-year-old Inkster Democrat was combative and attempted to flash a badge at police instead of his identification.
Eventually, Jones was taken to the ground, and a stun gun was used twice and then pepper spray as officers attempted to get him into handcuffs, the report said.
Jones was booked overnight in the Livingston County Jail and released the next day pending lab results.
Last week, he was charged with four counts of resisting and obstructing a police officer; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content; operating while intoxicated; reckless driving; and possession of a weapon while under the influence of alcohol.
His lawyer, Ali Hammoud, said he and his client were reviewing evidence and would refrain from commenting ahead of Jones' preliminary examination.
Jones' blood alcohol content, according to the police report, was 0.19. The legal driving limit is 0.08.
EMS and troopers said Jones appeared intoxicated at the scene of the crash. EMS said he attempted to show them a badge, and tried to interfere and push first responders while they were treating his passenger.
According to the report, Jones tried to show officers a badge instead of his ID and, when they continued asking for an ID, he shook his arms "as if he were about to do something."
When he refused to provide an ID, troopers said they attempted to restrain him and brought him to the ground. When Jones refused to comply with commands to put on handcuffs a stun gun was used twice and then he was pepper sprayed in the eye. A third law enforcement officer from Fowlerville helped to get Jones' left arm into a cuff.
A loaded Glock was found in the cupholder of Jones' vehicle, according to the report.
He later refused a blood alcohol test but police obtained a search warrant.
Jones is serving his third term in the Michigan House. He is a member of the National Guard and Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps, and an auxiliary officer in Inkster. In the Legislature, Jones is Democratic vice chairman of the House Military, Veterans and Homeland Security Committee.

Two of the nation’s largest university systems say they intend to require COVID-19 vaccinations for all students, faculty and staff on University of California and California State University campuses this fall.
Several U.S. colleges and universities hoping to get back to normal campus life after months of online learning also have said they plan to make the vaccination mandatory. But Thursday’s joint announcement from the 10-campus University of California and the 23-campus California State University is the largest of its kind in American higher education.
The CSU system in the nation’s biggest four-year college system, with about 485,000 students and tens of thousands of staff, while the UC system has more than 280,000 students.
“Together, the CSU and UC enroll and employ more than one million students and employees across 33 major university campuses, so this is the most comprehensive and consequential university plan for COVID-19 vaccines in the country,” CSU Chancellor Joseph I. Castro said in the statement.
Stanford University also announced a mandate Thursday for all of its 19,000 students to be vaccinated when classes start in the fall. At the private school, students who have an approved vaccination exemption for medical or religious reasons will be required to undergo regular COVID-19 testing.
The two public university systems would allow for similar exemptions.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has allowed emergency use of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, with health experts expecting formal approval of at least one of the shots by the fall. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is on pause due to concerns about blood clots.
CSU spokeswoman Toni Molle said the timing of a formal mandate will depend on when the FDA gives full authorization to one or more of the vaccines and also on discussions with labor unions. It could come before or after classes start.
“We are announcing now so that students and employees have time to receive a vaccination” by fall, when the proposed policy would take effect, she said.
The two systems have said they expect the majority of instruction and activities in fall 2021 to be in-person.
“The planned COVID-19 vaccine requirement will further enable the campuses to be repopulated,” the statement said.
The University of California said in a separate statement that it will be requiring students planning to be on its campuses in the fall to update their immunization documentation to show they received a COVID-19 vaccination or have a medical exemption.
Students or staff who fail to comply with the mandate “will be barred from in-person access” to campus programs and facilities, including campus housing, the system said.
Across the country, colleges are weighing how far they should go to ensure students get vaccinated.
Universities including Rutgers, Brown, Cornell and Northeastern recently told students they must get vaccinated before returning to campus next fall. They hope to achieve herd immunity on campus, which they say would allow them to loosen spacing restrictions in classrooms and dorms.
But some colleges are leaving the decision to students, and others believe they can’t legally require vaccinations. At Virginia Tech, officials determined that they can’t because the FDA has only allowed the emergency use of the vaccines.
Many schools have launched vaccination blitzes to get students immunized before they leave for the summer.
Northeastern and other colleges requiring shots believe they’re on solid legal ground. It’s not unusual for colleges to require students to be vaccinated for other types of diseases, and a California court last year upheld a flu shot requirement at the University of California system.

Her words took me back to the summer of 1966, which began with Sonny Siebert tossing a no-hitter on June 10 against the Washington Senators.
I was 12 going on 13. I had just finished my first year at Alexander Hamilton Junior High, a predominately black middle class school outside my district. My family was poor. They had a major works program for above average students. I made the mistake of getting Straight A's in sixth grade so I could get a pair of tickets to an Indians game courtesy of the Cleveland Press.
A month after that no-hitter came the Hough riots. And 3 months later, we moved across town to all-white Lakewood because the neighborhood I grew up in was gone. Just a year or two earlier, you could walk the streets at night and no one locked the door. That vanished seemingly overnight.
Of course, every liberal now puts the exodus from the cities down as White Flight.
Last fall, William Voegeli wrote in City Journal about White Flight.
He began, "Speaking at an October 2019 Obama Foundation Summit, Michelle Obama reminisced about growing up in South Shore, a Chicago lakefront neighborhood. Some memories were bitter. The former First Lady, born in 1964, lamented living through white flight. As 'upstanding families like ours, who were doing everything we were supposed to do . . . moved in,' she said, 'white folks moved out.'

who abandoned South Shore had motives as obvious as they were ugly,
choosing to relocate because 'they were afraid of what our families
represented.' They voted with their U-Hauls to reject families like hers
because of 'the color of our skin' and 'the texture of our hair,' those

course, there is more to the story than she tells because she has no
personal memories of the 1960s. She was 5 when they ended. Everything out of this freak's mouth is a lie, mostly.
I remember them through a slightly older child's eyes. We lived between Little Italy and Little Budapest. Old ladies spoke Hungarian and Italian over the fences.
In the 1950s, there were plenty of kids on the street to play with. By 1966, there were Wilbur Smith, me, and Frankie Blackowski (and his sister and brother). We lived on a hill. Slowly, the black population was expanding quite literally up the hill.
The older kids had gotten jobs, gotten married, and gotten out. They moved to newly built homes in the suburbs leaving behind little cottages with a widow or a retired couple inside. No one wanted to live in the old homes with the postage stamp yards. They wanted clean air (the Cuyahoga River was not the only pollution problem in Cleveland). They wanted good schools. They wanted something new and fresh.
In his piece on white flight, Voegeli hit upon that element. Whites fled the city not because black people were moving in, but because the suburbs offered a better quality of life.
He wrote, "Suburbanization was a phenomenon even in metropolises that saw little demographic change from the Great Migration. Leah Boustan cites Minneapolis–St. Paul, which, after World War II, saw only a small increase in the number of black residents but rapid growth of its suburbs. The 'newly prosperous families,' she writes, were 'seeking larger houses and more open space.' In Lost Cities (1995), Alan Ehrenhalt discusses Elmhurst, a Chicago suburb 16 miles west of the Loop. The newcomers who bought its new ranch houses and split-levels were 'refugees from Chicago apartments,' he writes, 'fleeing all the things suburbanites fled in the 1950s: landlords and cooking smells, neighbors one flight above or uncomfortably close next door, physical surroundings that carried indelible reminders of hard times years ago.' One new resident told the Elmhurst Press, 'It is wonderful to be able to see grass and trees, instead of hallways and speeding automobiles.' "

Dems Send “Anti-Vaxxer” Hit List To Big Tech Heads Amid Vaccine Information War
A pair of Democrat Senators sent a letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Friday essentially asking for twelve “anti-vaccine” accounts to be deleted.
Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Ben Ray Luján (D-NM) told the Big Tech heads, “We write to express our concern about the public health ramifications of online coronavirus vaccine disinformation and to urge you to remove the accounts that have been identified by experts as responsible for producing the majority of this disinformation on social media platforms.”
“A recent report from the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) identified a dozen specific content producers as the original sources of an estimated 65 percent of coronavirus disinformation online,” the Democrat senators continued.
“Websites and accounts maintained by these content producers host a high volume of content that contains vaccine disinformation, which is ultimately posted and shared on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Quite troublingly, some of this content targets Black and Latino communities with tailored anti-vaccine messages.”
The letter also stated, “For too long, social media platforms have failed to adequately protect Americans by not taking sufficient action to prevent the spread of vaccine disinformation online. Despite your policies intended to prevent vaccine disinformation, many of these accounts continue to post content that reach millions of users, repeatedly violating your policies with impunity.”
The CCDH report Klobuchar and Luján cited in their letter lists each problematic influencer by name along with a bio and which social media accounts are still active.
For example, the page for frequent Infowars guest Dr. Sherri Tenpenny notes that her Facebook is “Part Removed,” while her Twitter and Instagram pages remain “Active.”
The report claims Tenpenny “spreads anti-vaccine sentiment and false claims about the safety and efficacy of masks via her social media channels,” before providing a sample of a post allegedly violating Facebook’s policies.

US Postal Service Conducting ‘Covert Ops Program’ To Monitor Social Media Posts, Rally Planning.
Leaked documents reveal that the U.S. Postal Service has been running a surveillance effort – the Internet Covert Operations Program – to track “inflammatory” social media posts made by Americans.
“The law enforcement arm of the U.S. Postal Service has been quietly running a program that tracks and collects Americans’ social media posts, including those about planned protests,” Yahoo News summarized.
The outlet obtained documents detailing the Internet Covert Operations Program, known as iCOP, which deploys analysts to trawl through social media sites for “inflammatory” posts then shared across government agencies. “The details of the surveillance effort, known as iCOP, or Internet Covert Operations Program, have not previously been made public,” Yahoo News added.
“Analysts with the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) iCOP monitored significant activity regarding planned protests occurring internationally and domestically on March 20, 2021,” says the March 16 government bulletin, marked as “law enforcement sensitive” and distributed through the Department of Homeland Security’s fusion centers. “Locations and times have been identified for these protests, which are being distributed online across multiple social media platforms, to include right-wing leaning Parler and Telegram accounts,” the document added.
In response to a “World Wide Rally for Freedom and Democracy” event, iCOP analysts were deployed to monitor relevant social media posts.
“Parler users have commented about their intent to use the rallies to engage in violence. Image 3 on the right is a screenshot from Parler indicating two users discussing the event as an opportunity to engage in a ‘fight’ and to ‘do serious damage,’” says the bulletin.

Executive Order Canceling the Constitution
On April 15, Preident Biden signed an Executive Order on Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation. Contrary to its title, this EO is not about Russia. It is designed to allow the Biden administration to deprive American citizens and organizations of their rights and property by arbitrarily linking those persons to real, imagined, or vaguely defined activities of the Russian government.
The Biden administration unilaterally makes the determination and requires neither criminal acts nor intent. The punishment is blocking assets and a prohibition on any dealing with the accused person. Spouses and adult children of individuals found guilty by accusation under this EO are punished, too.
The EO was preceded by some distracting maneuvers, both diplomatic (hostile rhetoric toward Russia) and military (sending naval ships toward the Black Sea and recalling them back, as if dealing with Russian threats). Thus, many people assumed that the EO was directed at Russia, and completely missed the fact that it is directed at dissent here, at home.
Over the past four years, the Democrat Party, Fake News, and Big Tech have been frequently portraying their opponents as Russian trolls or Russian misinformation operators. The Russian collusion narrative, initially invented to overthrow the Trump administration, has been used to smear many conservative movements. Now this effort has been crowned by an Executive Order.
Biden’s administration has been recently pushing so many other radical changes, such as packing the Supreme Court, eliminating the filibuster, restricting Second Amendment rights, etc., that the real ramifications of this new EO went completely unnoticed. In my opinion, this EO is the most dangerous of them all. It allows the Biden regime to eliminate its opposition, quickly and quietly.
Section 1 of the EO enumerates prohibited activities and defines guilty persons as those “determined” by the Secretary of Treasury and/or Secretary of State in consultation with the Attorney General to be:
(a)(ii) responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged or attempted to engage in, any of the following for or on behalf of, or for the benefit of, directly or indirectly, the Government of the Russian Federation:
(A) malicious cyber-enabled activities;
(B) interference in a United States or other foreign government election;
(C) actions or policies that undermine democratic processes or institutions in the United States or abroad;
(D) transnational corruption;
Some of the language in this EO borrows from another: EO-13224 - Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism. George W. Bush signed EO-13224 on September 23, 2001, in response to 9/11.
However, Biden’s EO is as similar to Bush’s EO as an atomic bomb is to a sniper rifle. Bush’s EO targeted financing terrorism. It defined terrorism clearly and narrowly. It minimized legal jeopardy to US persons. It did not strip away the standard for criminal liability requirements of action and intent. It did not target spouses or children of accused individuals. Additionally, Bush made a legally meaningful promise to use it with due regard to culpability and the Bush administration used it with restraint. Even so, Democrats criticized it harshly, opposed it, and fought it in courts.
In contrast, Biden’s new EO is directed mostly at US persons. It criminalizes speech and political activities, based on whimsical and arbitrary definitions. The Biden administration can define “malicious activities,” “democratic processes or institutions,” and the activities that undermine them as it wants.
The Biden administration is also free to interpret what constitutes “interests of the Russian Government.” Such broad and vague language allows the Biden regime to select US citizens and political organizations arbitrarily, and then deprive them of their property and rights without anything reminiscent of due process. The EO does not even require that anybody commit an actual crime somewhere. False cyber-attribution or fake bounty claims are sufficient. Biden’s remarks to the EO showed no regard to the culpability of any targeted US citizens or other persons.
Leftist pseudo-elites have been eager to ban speech based on allegations that such speech may be beneficial to Russia. Such ideation has been present among Big Tech influencers for a long time. This EO effectively gives Big Tech, banks, and credit card companies a new pretext to deplatform conservatives and anyone else who opposes the Biden regime by claiming that they are now engaged in illegal activity.
Biden’s EO appears to allow the Democrat party to deny Americans the right to advocate against it in future federal elections. This might be accomplished through a “determination” that Russia is interfering in elections against democratic candidates. Thus, any US citizens who also oppose Democrats could be found to acting for Russia’s benefit, directly or indirectly.
The list of prohibited activities justifying a Biden administration “determination” to deprive American persons of their property and other rights (referred to here as a “Deprived Person”) states:
[a] (iii) to be or have been a leader, official, senior executive officer, or member of the board of directors of:
… (C) an entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order;
For comparison, Bush’s EO only covered the leaders of terrorist-supporting entities, not multiple officials, executives, or directors.
Unprecedently, Biden’s EO targets children and spouses:
[a] (v) to be a spouse or adult child of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to subsection (a)(ii) or (iii) of this section;
and countless associations:
[a] (vi) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of:
(A) any activity described in subsection (a)(ii) of this section; or
(B) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order ...
[a] (vii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, … any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
Notice the infinite reach these subsections afford. Those connected to a “Deprived Person” can receive the same designation, and so on. There is no limit to the number of iterations.
“Deprived Persons” essentially become untouchables, as dealing with them in any way is expressly prohibited without additional determinations:
Sec. 2. The prohibitions in section 1 of this order include:
(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and
(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.
Giving legal representation, hosting the website, selling food, and giving medical care to a “Deprived Person” is automatically prohibited. Section 4 prohibits transactions that “cause a violation” of this EO, even absent intent or knowledge. This serves as a hint to pre-emptively cut ties with anyone the Biden regime targets.
Section 9 exempts UN bodies and “related organizations” (NGOs) from any responsibility for interfering in US elections and other activities under this order.
The Russian Federation is mixed into the EO only for distraction and as a primer, triggering expanding layers of culpability.
I do not expect any putative human rights organizations or large media outlets to hold the Biden regime accountable for how it applies this EO or to defend its victims. So far, these outlets have either ignored it or defended it.

Breonna Taylor’s mother slams BLM, calls the organization a ‘fraud’ and says ‘they’ve never done a damn thing for us’
Breonna Taylor’s mother Tamika Palmer slammed the Black Lives Matter movement on Wednesday and called the organization a “fraud” in a Facebook post.
Palmer gave credit to friends, family, and local members of the community for supporting her family after 26-year-old Breonna Taylor was killed during a botched police raid in March 2020 in Louisville, KY.
In the post, she criticized the Black Lives Matter Lousiville chapter and called KY state representative Attica Scott a “fraud.” Rep. Scott is a Democrat who has pushed to prohibit no-knock warrants.
“I have never personally dealt with BLM Louisville and personally have found them to be fraud, Attica Scott another fraud,” Palmer said.
She also attacked BLM Louisville for “[raising] money on behalf of Breonna’s family,” and said that they’ve “never done a damn thing for us when we needed it or asked.”
“It’s amazing how many people have lost focus … I’m a say this before I go,” Palmer concluded. “I’m so sick of some of y’all and I was last anybody who needs it.”
“Enough is enough!!” she finished.
Yale, Columbia to require Covid vaccines…

Yale University and Columbia University have told students that they will be required to have received a Covid vaccine if students wish to remain on campus in the fall.
Fellow Ivy League schools, Cornell University and Brown University already announced that they will require proof of vaccinations for students who want to live on campus.
Columbia announced the new requirement as part of its COVID policy for fall 2021, saying the decision was made on the “strong recommendation” of public health colleagues.
“We regard this decision as essential to ensuring the health of Columbia students and the broader University and surrounding community, and also to containing the spread of the virus in New York City, one of the most severely affected locations in the country throughout this past 13 months,” the statement read.
Columbia pledged to help students obtain vaccines in the event they are unable to do so in time for the start of the fall term. Exceptions will be made on religious or medical grounds, should they apply.
Yale also posted its new guidelines, saying that “there is abundant evidence of the vaccines’ effectiveness and growing confidence that vaccines will be widely available by early summer.”

My Father got the vax...
Hi friends. Been dealing with this for three months now. My father, a Baptist preacher who just spent the last 20 years doing outreach for the Navajo and Apache in Arizona, got the vaccine in early February, against my implorations.
I cannot show his picture. I'll at least leave him his dignity.
Since then, he has had a stroke and permanent Bell's palsy. Including a moving numbness all over his body. The light is gone from his eyes, and he spends more time out of body, than in it. It's visible.
Dad says he won't see his next birthday, in August. So, we have that to face, too.
Sorry to impose this upon you all.
However, it's a cautionary example. IF YOU GET THAT VAX YOU WILL DIE, HORRIBLY.

EAGLE ROCK, LOS ANGELES: An elderly Mexican-American woman was attacked last Friday, while she was on her way to go grocery shopping in Los Angeles' Eagle Rock neighborhood. The attack was proved on account of her being mistaken for an Asian.
BLM headquarters commented, "Fuck her, she ain't black. Who cares about some chink bitch?" Even though the victim ISN"T Asian, the elderly grandmother is Hispanic.
A police spokesman told the Los Angeles Times that the 23-year-old was arrested on suspicion of felony battery charges in the attack. The victim has sustained multiple injuries to her face and even suffered from a concussion due to the severity.
Who is Yasmine Beasley?
Not much is known about the 23-year-old other than the fact that she is a Black woman. Beasley attacked the 70-year-old as she was trying to get off the bus after calling her an anti-Chinese slur. The victim, who was named only Becky by her son Pete, was mistaken to be Asian by Beasley.
According to Pete, Becky tried to get off the 81 bus at La Loma Road and Figueroa Street early Friday afternoon. She was going to Vons supermarket to shop for her granddaughter. The attack was spurred on by a racial slur that came from Beasley.
She then dragged the victim to the front of the bus while no passengers, not even the driver intertwined. The assault ended after a passenger made a 911 call. Among the injures, Becky suffered from a broken nose, swollen eyes, multiple bruises and patches of ripped-out hair.
She was held at the hospital for 24 hours before being discharged. Her son maintains that she still has difficulty walking post the horrific attack. He also mentioned that his family is often mistaken to be Asians, despite being Mexican American. As reported by the Daily Mail, there has been a steady increase in the amount of anti-Asian hate crimes after the Covid-19 lockdown.
Asian-American Pacific Islander Hate (AAPI) has recorded roughly 3,975 racially motivated attacks on Asian Americans within the last year. In March alone, a 65-year-old Asian woman was assaulted in New York City, where Brandon Elliot, 38, attacked her in broad daylight, kicking her repeatedly in the head.
The attack was caught on a security camera of a nearby building, however, no one intertwined during the time of the same. Earlier that month, six Asian women out of eight people were murdered during three shootings in Atlanta, by gunman Robert Aaron Long, 21. In April, a 7-Eleven employee, who was an Asian man was attacked by Gregory Jacques, 33. Jacques was charged with attempted assault, reckless endangerment, and assault. He punched the worker and yelled, "You Chinese motherf***er" at him and ran off.

Hi friends. It's been quite a year or so, hasn't it? It's hard to even get one's mind around all the intermingled issues in front of us as a species, fighting for our very survival this time around. I mean, they are coming at us from every possible direction. Politically, spiritually, academically, medically, police state wise, chemtrails, the military and LE, fluoridated water, deadly DNA therapies, crazy anarchists intent upon burning the entire west down wholesale, illegal immigration and cartels, plus, plus, we have super villains prancing around on the world stage like Faustus, Gates of hell, and Klaus Von Klovenhoof. Did I miss anything?
And we get to watch innocent voters treated like they personally gassed the poles in wherever, back in WW2. If you believe that load. For many, their children are being told by teachers and the TV, they are garbage and responsible for all the ills that ever were.
Not the satanic bloodlines and the nasty stuff they've been doing for thousands of years. Oh no, they never get the REAL BLAME. And so on, and so on, etc.
I literally cannot watch another Vaccine death video. I cannot. I've seen too many already. Too much horror, I can not and will not, publish. It's so reprehensible as to defy any stable mind from absorbing that.
I believe as a society we have reached every impasse possible that exists, regarding the malefic influences sweeping over every land. That's another area of research that has just gone too far. Mother of Four Who Stopped Capitol Protesters From Breaking Windows Raided, Faces 55 Years in Prison
It's interesting, isn't it? If you are a POC, you can rape, rob, car jack, armed robbery, and you receive free bail and usually, even with a conviction, are back out in four months time, even with using a gun on any of the above and more, stated crimes. Victoria White is a single mother of four daughters who volunteered with the Trump Victory campaign, helps organize Back the Blue and 9/11 memorial events — and is now an “insurrectionist” according to the liberal media.
White travelled to DC from her home in Rochester, Minnesota on January 6th to listen to then-President Donald Trump speak, before finding herself in the midst of chaos that will forever change her life.
Following Trump’s speech, White made her way to the Capitol along with the crowd of thousands. As things began to spiral, she found herself stopping two people from breaking a window, demanding that doing so would be unpatriotic and wrong.
White maintains that she did not vandalize or hurt anyone, quite the opposite, as she says she was trying to prevent that.
In the FBI’s own report, they note that there is a video in which “an individual who appears to be WHITE (wearing the same red cap and black coat as seen on WHITE’s Facebook page) is seen arguing with other rioters who were attempting to break the glass. In the video, WHITE can be heard yelling at the individuals attempting to break the glass and she physically attempts to pull them away from the glass. A sample of screenshots from that video are shown below. WHITE is circled in red.”
“I tried to stop those two people from breaking the Capitol window because when we go to see the president, we don’t go there to do stuff like that. That’s not patriotic. We don’t do that,” White told the Gateway Pundit.
According to her charging documents, the FBI is claiming that White had attempted to grab an officer’s shield. Their big smoking gun against her, she says, was actually just an attempt to protect herself from getting hit with it or forced into it by the crowd — not trying to hurt anyone.
The hectic scene led to an officer striking White in the head with a metal baton. She responded by reminding the officer that he took an oath to the Constitution and that what he was doing was uncalled for. The officer, White says, responded by calling her a “b-tch” and hitting her again, and again. The third strike caused her to bleed from her head.
On Thursday, April 8, her home was surrounded by federal agents and she was arrested — while her daughters were home. White was released shortly after, but cannot leave the state until her trial. She is charged with six offenses that combined, carry a maximum sentence of 55 years in prison.

As Capitol Defendants Rot in DC Jail, Portland Rioters Get Charges Dropped

While more than three dozen people charged with various offenses related to the January 6 protest on Capitol Hill now rot in solitary confinement in a D.C. jail, Joe Biden’s Justice Department is letting off the hook violent protestors involved in the ongoing siege of Portland.
Politico today reported federal prosecutors are seeking “deferred prosecution” for at least six people charged with disorderly conduct, attacking police officers, and interfering with law enforcement in that city last year. “Some lawyers attribute the government’s newfound willingness to resolve the Portland protest cases without criminal convictions to the arrival of President Joe Biden’s administration in January and to policy and personnel changes at the Justice Department,” Josh Gerstein wrote April 14. “Some of the assaults described in the Portland cases bear similarities to the Capitol violence.”
This includes assaults on law enforcement with various weapons including a shield—a few Capitol defendants face multiple charges for use or possession of a “deadly weapon,” a riot shield, inside the building on January 6—and flashing a laser at police aircraft. Offenders also face “civil disorder” charges similar to the “obstruction of an official proceeding” charge filed against more than 130 Capitol protestors.
Portland protestors, once the quasi-plea arrangement is settled, will come away with a clean record and serve no jail time. But legal observers admit the special treatment poses a stark difference in how Biden’s Justice Department is handling its “unprecedented” manhunt for January 6 perpetrators. “There are already signs the Portland deals could create contrasts or anomalies with the Capitol cases,” Gerstein wrote. “While the Portland defendants now face no jail or criminal conviction in connection with assaulting law enforcement, prosecutors in Washington have sought pretrial detention in virtually all the Capitol riot cases involving alleged assaults on police.”
Several Capitol defendants have been denied bail and transported from their home state to a D.C. Correctional Treatment Facility where they reportedly are held in solitary confinement and have been attacked by prison guards; some have been behind bars for three months. Judges continue to approve extended pre-trial detention even as trials are delayed due to both the pandemic and the caseload in the D.C. judicial system.
Prosecutors, however, might be hesitant to also offer deferred prosecution to Capitol defendants “amid lingering outrage over the Jan. 6 takeover,” a former federal judge told Gerstein.
The Justice Department already has dropped roughly one-third of the cases tied to last year’s violence in Portland, INCLUDING ARSON, GUN ASSAULT, ARMED ROBBERY. This includes protestors charged with assaulting federal officers; some cases were “dismissed with prejudice,” meaning the case cannot be brought back to court. “Three defendants cut plea deals resulting in probation and home detention,” Portland’s NBC News affiliate reported in March. “Two of the plea agreements required a relatively short prison sentence of 30 days. Several people closely involved with the protest cases, who asked not to be identified, said they expect many more federal charges to be dismissed soon.”
Meanwhile, Biden’s Justice Department continues to round up nonviolent Trump supporters from across the country and hold them as political prisoners.

How Daunte Wright’s Shooting Perfectly Exemplifies the “2021 All-American Clown Show”
Daunte Wright never should have been on the streets.
Daunte Wright was just 20 years old, but was already well on his way to a wasted life as a burden on law-abiding citizens of Minneapolis. In 2019, Wright was arrested twice in one week, including for aggravated robbery, a felony. In summer 2020, a warrant went out for Wright after he violated the terms of his 2019 release. For good measure, Wright then allegedly committed another pair of offenses when he was found brandishing an illegal firearm and fled from police (who were able to recognize him based on past encounters):

Then, in early April, Wright skipped a hearing for this criminal offense, even though (in a fitting 2021 twist) it was being held over Zoom.
Wright, in short, was a dangerous social cancer, yet liberal black judges were doing everything it could to keep him on the streets. Somehow, his 2019 robbery case appears not to have been resolved more than a year later, despite it being a violent felony. As a result, Wright was still free, and committing crimes, up to the moment he was shot. A sane society would have recognized Wright as the threat to the common good he was, and imposed sterner penalties on him earlier in life, so that he could either reform himself or at least stop being a danger to the public.
But Hennepin County, Minnesota is an enlightened land of soft-on-crime policies. Last December, for instance, after one of the worst crime years in Minneapolis history, the county attorney’s office reacted by getting rid of cash bail for 19 separate offenses, including car theft. Aggravated robbery wasn’t among the listed crimes, but the move shows the priorities of county officials.

Two Major Refugee Contractors Receive Millions to Move Illegal Aliens from the Border to Interior US
Because this story is so important, I’m posting it instead of a weekly round-up of refugee news.
And, besides, the US Refugee Admissions Program has been stalled for some mysterious reason by the Biden gang so there isn’t a lot new since last week.
I can only guess the hold-up is because they have created such a crisis at our wide open border with their fake refugee invasion that they aren’t beginning the large movement they promised the Left of Africans, Asians and Middle Easterners into the country fearing more anger from their 80 million voters! (Only 24% of all Americans support Biden border policies.)
That isn’t making the nine contractors***, who are paid by you and me to place them, happy.
However, two of the nine contractors are busy collecting millions to ostensibly take care of the women and kids, including some “not so nice women,” arriving at the border in historically high numbers.
Those two are the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service.

The administration is under intensifying pressure to expand its capacity to care for as many as 35,000 unaccompanied minors, part of a wave of people crossing the border.
More than 20,000 children and teenagers are in the custody of a government system that is already at “103 percent of capacity,” including nearly 17,000 in shelters run by the health department, according to briefing materials from Operation Artemis, a response to the border crisis led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Government projections obtained by The New York Times show there could be more than 35,000 migrant children to be cared for by June — a prospect that one former senior health and human services official called “terrifying.”
The NYT story does not mention the role Catholic agencies are playing, but does mention Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Of course you are led to believe that they are doing their work of moving migrants to the interior US out of the goodness of their Christian hearts.

Catholic Charities Rio Grande Valley on Thursday said a viral video of their work with migrant children on the U.S.-Mexico border is “inaccurate and unauthorized.”

One of those on the scene for the confrontation in front of McAllen’s Catholic Charities facility is Tim Enlow and it is worth an hour of your time to see and hear him explain to patriot interviewer Delora O’Brien what exactly went down that day.
One of the most shocking revelations in the interview is that Enlow describes the arrival at the scene of a white man identifying himself as wealthy and from Philadelphia who claims he was told by a nun! that he could come down to McAllen and pick up a couple of van loads of single women he could care for and provide work for!

The TWO MAIN weapons of EVIL, are DOUBT AND GUILT. And what do we see in the world today? In every aspect of the evils that are befalling us?
This whole BLM is based upon a horrific and terrifying agenda of GUILT. As if modern people of Anglo descent are responsible for all the ills of the past. And because this is force fed into people from kindergarten on up and enshrined now INTO LAW.
Guilt is the official message of CRITICAL RACE THEORY. In their little book, they even start a chapter off with a prayer. "Dear God, Help me to hate white people." Because all of us ARE GUILTY for the alleged sins of the past. Doesn't matter that you weren't born when whatever it is we are being blamed for occurred. It only matters that by guilt...you know the rest.
It's on TV, radio, newsprint, schools, signage, and thrown at us every chance the covens of earth get that chance, which is all the time. Being white means you are at once both A RACIST AND RESPONSIBLE, and always, always GUILTY.
And no wonder, when you have the two founders of BLM declaring in an interview last year that they take all their marching orders from DEMONS. Also, they claim all the slogans and cliches have a SECRET MEANING, that only witches and demonics understand. They don't let on what this secret language is, but they are cloaking it all under the whole WHITEY BAD theme the whole world - main the white world, as it happens - is running with. Guess who these white people are?

Most folks do not realize nor do they care that there are two bloodlines on this planet that HAVE NOT A SINGLE THING TO DO WITH THE COLOR OF ONE'S SKIN. It's genetic and is in all the 70 primary races on this earth.
