Why a town surrounded by wind turbines has been forced to bring in diesel generators to keep the lights on
Because Wind power is BS. Really. Each of these wind parks also have huge diesel generator parks to keep the turbine moving, to face any wind direction, even when it's not spinning. Or, like in Calfornia, it's hooked up to the grid and siphons juice of that way, not providing it. Excepted in small amounts. The whole thing is a scam.
